Conservative gas supplies impact emissions from traditional energy sources such as carbon dioxide (CO2). These gas emissions threaten global warming and affect the environment and biodiversity. These traditional structures are limited. Then there is the issue of the energy crisis. Because the sun is the best source of energy in the universe. In addition, solar energy is free and unlimited parameters do not damage and can be used for more sophisticated floors. Solar energy also helps improve the security of the power grid. Currently, many companies believe that the solar industry has financial support. Photovoltaic systems require this facility to systematically support the disposal of power generation. The proposed method is a real-time method useful for controlling and monitoring solar power plants using IoT. Solar energy production activity is not accessible or monitored by conventional PLC technology. For this reason, Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning approaches are being introduced to manage solar energy systems. The Internet of Things is a combination of physical technologies using the cloud. The main requirements are the heterogeneous network of manufacturing object communication required for each object, and the processing power and security of each object/data processor in each IoT element. This new method allows us to monitor and improve our solar system. The rotation of the solar panel can be controlled by the slave according to the direction of the sun. This improves power generation efficiency. This was accomplished by creating a solar power system that builds analog circuits for specific resolutions and currents, and creating a web server to monitor the data used by the graphics device. The web server is located in a WAN (network area) and can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection

Abstract: Most of the studies on women entrepreneurs from psychological perspective focused on the gender stereotypes, motives and the cognitive aspects with related to demographics. But studies from positive psychology perspective are limited and this paper initiated to study interrelation between grit, life-satisfaction and psychological well-being among women entrepreneurs, as these variables were less studied together in the context of women entrepreneurship. The sample size consists of (N= 30) women of age range 30 to 45. All of the participants pursued either graduation or post-graduation. These women are successfully running their business since 7 to 5 years in the city of Hyderabad. Their businesses fall under the category of micro and small-scale enterprises. Data was analyzed using Mini-tab and findings revealed that there is a significant positive correlation between all the three study variables grit, life satisfaction and psychological well-being.

The location of medical equipment such as wheelchairs, cardiac pacemakers, nebulizers, respiration pumps, as well as other surveillance systems is tracked in real time utilizing IoT devices equipped with sensors. Real-time examination of medical personnel placement at multiple places is also possible. These technologies have contributed significantly to the improvement of the medical field. Particularly influenced and having modified how they operate in hospitals are the workers. The study will examine in depth how these technologies have impacted workers' life and conduct a behavioral analysis of these people.

In this paper, techniques for identifying birds have been researched and an automatic system for recognizing their species has been devised. Significant study on taxonomy and other subfields of ornithology has been a challenging and difficult attempt for automatic identification of bird sounds without physical interaction. A two-stage identification approach is used in this work. The first step was creating an ideal dataset that included all of the bird species' sound recordings. The sound snippets were then put through a variety of sound pre-processing procedures, including pre-emphasis, framing, silence removal, and reconstruction. For each reconstructed sound clip, spectrograms were produced. In the subsequent stage, a neural network was set up and given the spectrograms as input. Using the input characteristics, the sound sample is categorized by Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), which also determines the type of bird. For the system mentioned above, a real-time implementation model was also created and put into practice.

The South is also well known for its textile industry in addition to being renowned for its natural attractiveness. Tirupur is a significant textile hub and India's knitwear headquarters. Through its textile industry, the city provides job opportunities to more than six lakh people. With numerous players entering in to the market, it has emerged as one of the dynamic and quick-paced sectors. India's retail industry is edging closer to the next big surge. As evidenced by the sizeable retail stores, India has become the centre of modern retail. The study's main objective is to comprehend consumer satisfaction proximate retail outlets in Tirupur city. Every promotional campaign must include a crucial element aimed at raising customer realism. 200 sample were collected, statistical tools such as percentage analysis, weighted score ranking analysis, chi square test were used to analysis the data. The outcome of this analysis revealed that the consumers were cheerful with the service they received. The retail establishment must focus on future development to increase the range of goods that foster a positive attitude and result in consumer satisfaction.

Inclusive Education designates that each and every children irrespective of their needs may be special or normal would be a part of the mainstream. A sense of equity and acceptance of one and all would be a definition of the newer community. There are an estimated more than 3 crore are non-schoolers in India (MHRD statistics cited in WORLD BANK) due to various reasons (e.g. poverty, gender, disability and caste). Unless & until schools accommodate all children regardless of their physical, intellectual, social, emotional, linguistic or other conditions, complete inclusion is not possible. In this paper, we intend to explore the ground reality of inclusion of children with special needs as a result of implications of various acts schemes & facilities by central & state government and what are the challenges that are faced and what can be the possible solutions those.

Silymarin is a natural compound derived from the species Silybum marianum, which is commonly known as Milk thistle. This plant contains at least seven flavoligands and the flavonoid taxifolin. The hepatoprotective and antioxidant activity of silymarin is caused by its ability to inhibit the free radicals that are produced from the metabolism of toxic substances such as ethanol, acetaminophen, and carbon tetrachloride. The generation of free radicals is known to damage cellular membranes and cause lipoperoxidation. Silymarin enhances hepatic glutathione and may contribute to the antioxidant defense of the liver. It has also been shown that silymarin increases protein synthesis in hepatocytes by stimulating RNA polymerase I activity. A previous study on humans reported that silymarin treatment caused a slight increase in the survival of patients with cirrhotic alcoholism compared with untreated controls.

A study on the state of adults' mental health. Using a random sample technique, this study was conducted in the Hassan District of the Holenarsipura Taluk of the Karnataka state. 100 participants participated in the online study, which was done. Tools were converted into Kannada Google forms to aid comprehension. The adult well-being measure developed by Snaith et al. in 1978 was used as part of the study's methodology. The findings showed that the on-going study has yielded some noteworthy findings.Hence, there is a significant positive relationship between socioeconomic status and depressive symptoms such as sadness, worry, and anger that is either directed within or externally. When interns' levels of hopelessness and anxiety rise, so do adults' feelings of both internal and external irritability. Also, people who are less able to access social, financial, and other resources and are more susceptible to pressures. Anxiety and sadness are the two most prevalent mental diseases.

The study aimed to evaluate the predicting role of various human resource management (HRM) practices in retaining employees at NTPC Ltd. NTPC is a leading power industry player that has been successful not only in attracting the best talent but also retaining them. The study analyzed data from NTPC's annual reports and Power Management Institute annual calendars for the previous five years. The study examined various HRM practices such as Security, training and development, quality of work life, compensation, career advancement, promotion, award and rewards, and work-life balance. The findings revealed that Training and Development and Compensation are the most significant HRM practices in retaining employees at NTPC. These findings align with NTPC's annual reports, which suggest that the company's robust HRM practices have contributed to its success in retaining employees. The study highlights that Training and Development emerged as the most prominent HRM practice in NTPC, which is also considered the backbone of the company. This finding suggests that investing in employee training and development can significantly impact employee retention. Additionally, the study found that Compensation is also a critical HRM practice in retaining employees, emphasizing the importance of fair and competitive compensation policies. The study also found that Promotion is the least significant HRM practice in retaining employees at NTPC Ltd. This finding suggests that NTPC may need to revisit its promotion policies and practices to align them with employee retention goals.
