 Abstract

The article discusses and reviews the various factors that affect consumer behavior towards organic food. The findings are extracted from various research studies conducted around the globe, factors are analyzed and suggestions are provided for future research. We explore that awareness and knowledge make people health conscious which change the preferences of consumer towards organic food over conventional food. The positive shift in the attitude of consumers occurs due to demographic changes like growing income and education in modern consumers. Some other factors like due to modern lifestyle people are facing some lifestyle diseases like obesity, heart disease depression also influenced people to make a healthy food choice. This kind of choice creates a huge opportunity for retailers, distributors, farmers, and marketers to accelerate their organic food business.

 Abstract

In India, electronic commerce is becoming more popular. Consumers of online retailers are divided into many sectors, and their purchasing habits while purchasing products online range from one consumer to the next. As a result, the purpose of this research is to evaluate customer purchasing behaviour when it comes to internet shopping using application. The study's goals are to investigate consumer purchasing behaviour while purchasing items and services online, to investigate consumer perceptions of online shopping, and to determine the degree of satisfaction with online shopping in application. This research was done among India. The sample was chosen using the convenience sampling approach. The primary data was gathered using a questionnaire from 200 respondents. Percentage techniques, chi-square methods, and weighted average methods were used to analyse the acquired data. The study's most important result is that the vast majority of respondents prefer to pay by cash on delivery. Finally, this study found that if online marketers focus more on creating awareness, branding, and providing the services that consumers expect to receive according to their convenience, consumers' buying behaviour will likely change in the future, allowing online marketers to market their products and services more profitably.

 Abstract

Banks are critical components of every financial system. It is the financial system's backbone in India. The rising nonperforming assets (NPAs) of Indian banks has presented a serious danger to the Indian financial system during the previous five years. The NPAs of Indian banks are anticipated to remain high at 11.5 percent, according to Standard & Poor Global Ratings. NPA is a useful tool for assessing a bank's performance. It is certain that the recent Covid Pandemic has wreaked havoc on not just India, but the whole globe. The rising NPA has had a negative impact on both public and private sector banks in India. According to the findings of this study, public sector banks are more negatively impacted than private sector banks. My research focuses on the Non-Performing Assets Trends and Differences in Selected Indian Public and Private Sector Banks.

 Abstract

Iddhip?da is a compound term made out of "force" or "intensity" (iddhi; ?iddhi) and "base," "premise" or "constituent" (p?da).[1] In Buddhism, the "power" alluded to by this compound term is a gathering of otherworldly powers. Consequently, this compound term is typically interpreted along the lines of "base of force" or "base of otherworldly power."[2] In the Buddhist quest for edification, the related profound forces are auxiliary to the four "base" mental characteristics that accomplish such powers. These four base mental characteristics are: focus on aim; fixation on exertion; fixation on cognizance; and, fixation on examination. These four base mental characteristics are utilized to create healthy mental states and to free oneself of unwholesome mental states.[3]
