A study was undertaken to explore the possibility of Barley flour and finger millet flour as a fortification of fiber and protein in food. Wheat flour being one of the most commonly used bases for popular meal products, an attempt was made to enrich wheat flour with fiber and protein through processed barley and finger millet flour. As the study indicated, the best acceptable process method was obtained at the barley and finger millet flour. The protein and fiber enriched cookies were developed in the different proportions wheat flour: barley: finger millet, varying in different samples namely S 1; 80:10:10, S 2; 60:10:30, S 3; 60:20:20 and for control sample C S; 60:0:40 in, (g) about 100 g of sample flours. Overall study confirms that suitably processed barley and finger millet flours could be the best biological source of protein and fiber supplement through daily foods to meet the daily protein and fiber requirements.

Study of concept formation of learning disabled secondary students is the Title of the study. To study the Levels and differences in the concept formation of learning disabled students and normal students are the objectives of the study. The sample of the study consists of 2000 (two thousand) secondary school students. Out of which 1752 are normal students and 248 are Learning disabled students. Check list for identifying learning disabled students, Social Economic Test (.S.E.S. Test), Mental Ability Test were used as Tools of collection of data . (1) 9.13%, 52.51%, 38.36% Normal students and 4.84%, 52.42% and 42.74% learning disabled students posses high, average and low concept formation abilities. (2) The normal students posses high concept formation than the learning disabled students. (3) Male & Female learning disabled students posses equal concept formation. (4) High intellectual students posses higher concept formation than the Low Intelligent student. Traffic controlling is very important in the present scenario. Present traffic controlling system fails to control the traffic at busy junctions. Traffic signal controlling is probably the best option to control the traffic as it is very convenient to control the traffic. In this paper PLC (programmable logic controller) plays a vital role in controlling the traffic automatically. The system controls the traffic based upon the density and flow of the vehicles. By using sensors it calculates the density of the vehicles at all the lanes and prioritize the signals according to their density. According to the logic operations and program given to the PLC it controls the traffic by giving appropriate signals based upon their density. If the traffic flow is more then green signal is given to that lane and if the traffic flow is less then the red signal is given to that lane.

However, majority of them were not aware about world soil day (83.00%), SHC web-portal (70.00%), SHC issued for three years (62.00%). A majority of farmers (72.00%) were not aware that SHC tells about plantation of horticultural crops. The data pertaining to use of soil health cards in selection and management practices of different crops revealed that more than half (52.00%) of the respondents used soil health cards as it gives the idea of fertilizer used pattern followed by use of soil health cards, it helps to increase farm income by applying recommended fertilizer dose at appropriate time (48.00%), in selection of rabi and kharif crops and provide information about crops grown suited to soil types (42.00%), respectively. Respondents also uses soil health cards as it helps in maintaining soil structure and soil texture, reduce soil degradation, improve in quality of produce, provide the dosages of lime and gypsum.
