 Abstract

This study has been undertaken to find out and study about the foot posture among the Bus Conductors by using the Foot Posture Index 6 Scale. 85 participants were included in the study. Through this study it was evident that majority of the participants i.e. the sample size had pronated feet. Pronated foot posture is a risk factor for Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome and Patellofemoral pain.

Developing mobile applications presents challenges due to device diversity and platform fragmentation. With various operating systems in the market, developers face hurdles in creating applications that seamlessly run across different platforms. This diversity complicates the development process, increases costs, and requires extensive effort in adapting applications to meet each platform's unique requirements. Despite these challenges, there are promising solutions to streamline the development process and reduce costs. Cross-platform development tools, although not fully matured, show great potential in enabling developers to create applications that can be deployed across multiple platforms with minimal modifications. These tools leverage frameworks and technologies that abstract away platform-specific complexities, allowing developers to write code once and deploy it across various platforms. Hybrid mobile development is also gaining popularity as it combines elements of both native and web development. This approach allows developers to leverage web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create mobile applications that can be deployed across different platforms. By using frameworks like Apache Cordova or React Native, developers can access native device features while still benefiting from the flexibility and rapid development cycles of web technologies. Furthermore, the ongoing evolution of HTML5 presents new opportunities for cross-platform mobile development. HTML5's capabilities continue to expand, offering developers more options for creating versatile and efficient mobile applications.  Abstract

This paper tries to explain India's role as a hoisting nation of G-20. India, being the world leader, played as an emerging power representing 1.30 billion people with a democratic polity, and successfully conducted the summit as the 18th G20 Summit at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi during 9th -10th September, 2023. It was a culmination of all the G20 processes and meetings held throughout the year among ministers, senior officials and civil societies. This initiative indicates international development, cooperation towards the Global South, illustrating the growing influence of emerging economies by promoting India in multilateralism and directing international development and economic cooperation. Further, India has always been described as a land of paradise irrespective of her culture, diversity, population, economical background, geo-political assortment, strategic geographical location and so on India's presidency has got a unique global concern brought an excellent opportunity to accelerate sustainable growth within the country, in the emerging world, and outside. G-20 has brought a massive forum for global cooperation, inclusive development, economic stability and sustainable growth is in line with its national goals for our nation.

 Abstract

Due to technological advancements, there is change in choices that has transformed the trading center. Consequently, we are witnessing the emergence of a new marketing paradigm -- not a "do more" marketing that simply increases the volume of sales games of the past, but a knowledge and experience-based marketing that represents the salesman's death one and all. The transformation of marketing is driven by the great influence and widespread presence of technology. Marketing has moved from deceiving customers to blame customers, satisfying customers, and to systematically integrating customers. The capabilities of a successful marketing organization will increasingly be defined by two key factors: knowledge-based marketing and experience-based marketing. These two fundamentals will replace the outdated approach to marketing and new product development. The role of the marketer as an integrator necessitates the ability to effectively combine internal and external factors. This review paper revisits the marketing notion in a novel context and redefines the marketing notion in the emerging scenario.
