John Banville is a celebrated contemporary Irish novelist whose works are known for their exploration of complex themes. In this paper, we will examine Banville's treatment of themes of identity, memory, and the nature of reality in three of his novels: "The Book of Evidence," "Ghost," and "Athena." In "The Book of Evidence," Banville presents the story of Freddie Montgomery, a former scientist who has turned to a life of crime. Through Montgomery's first-person narration, Banville explores the nature of identity and the ways in which it can be constructed and deconstructed. Montgomery's identity is shaped by his memories, which are often unreliable and contradictory, making it difficult for the reader to piece together a coherent understanding of his character. In "Ghost," Banville explores the theme of memory through the story of Axel Vander, a retired actor who is haunted by memories of his past. Vander's memories are often fragmented and incomplete, and he struggles to come to terms with his own identity as he revisits his past. In "Athena," Banville delves into the theme of the nature of reality through the story of Billy Gray, a young boy who is sent to live with his aunt and uncle in a small Irish village. As Billy navigates his new environment, he begins to question the reality of the world around him and the nature of his own existence. Overall, Banville's novels offer intricate and nuanced explorations of themes of identity, memory, and the nature of reality. Through his characters' introspective journeys and his lyrical prose, Banville invites readers to question their own understanding of these fundamental aspects of the human experience.

Background: Palliative care is a medical treatment that relieves pain and other symptoms caused by a severe illness. Although it is widely accepted in other parts of the world, it is relatively new in the Middle East. Qatar only introduced it in 2008, so the public has yet to experience it. This study investigates the lived experiences of expatriate nurses regarding their palliative approach in medical care units in Doha, Qatar. Method: This study used a qualitative data collection method, which was accomplished by conducting key informant interviews, answering the central question, "How do expatriate nurses deal with the challenges of medical practices in Doha, Qatar?" as it seeks to understand the lived experiences of expatriate nurses in medical care units in Doha, Qatar. A semi-structured interview was utilized to collect the necessary data through which the emerging themes were formulated based on the responses of the participants. Findings: Based on the expatriate nurses' verbal musings in the palliative care unit in Doha, Qatar, the key to understanding their untold lived experiences rely upon three main themes, namely: (1) Patient Supervision, (2) Work Conditions, and (3) Work Adaptation. Conclusion: Expatriate palliative nurses in Qatar have the necessary skills to provide adequate patient care, adjust to their patients' diverse backgrounds, and adapt to their demanding working conditions. However, nurses who work in palliative care are prone to stress, emotional distress, and burnout due to the profession's challenging and melancholic nature. To counteract such difficulties, a favorable working environment and balanced workload distribution are essential for these nurses.

Among the huge floral diversity many plants are considered wild or weed with no economical value, hence, somewhat neglected. Argemone Mexicana L. is one such widely growing weed in almost all the regions of India. Argemone Mexicana L. belongs to the family papavaraceae. The papavaraceae informally known as the poppy family, are an ethno pharmacologically important family of 44 genera and approximately 460 species of flowering plants. The present work offers a review addressing the detailed chemistry, pharmacology and medicinal uses of Argemone Mexicana L. regarded as one of the most significant plant species in traditional system of medicine. The plant is used in different parts of the world for the treatment of several ailments including tumors, warts, skin diseases, inflammation, rheumatism, jaundice, leprosy, microbial infections and malaria. The plant grows between 0.3 and 1.2 meters. A fatty acids and phyto compounds were identified which are utilized in antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory and antimycotic activities. The study concludes that Argemone Mexicana L have many biological important compounds, so it can be recommended as a of the pharmaceutical product.

Domestic violence against women is understand as a situation supported and reinforced by gender norms and values that place women in a subordinate position in relation to men. In other words, it is widely acknowledged that violence against women is fundamentally a result of gender-based inequities, more than the product of any other individual or social factor. Therefore, one would expect violence against women to be more common in societies where gender roles are strictly defined and particularly among couples where men control the wealth and the decision-making process. At the same time, women's empowerment is understood as the process and the result of defying and changing such gender inequities and unequal distribution of power associated to them. Empowerment, by definition, should give women access and control over necessary resources and power so that they can make informed decision and gain control over their lives. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect that empowered women should be in a better position than the less empowered women to avoid or reject violence. In fact, diverse women's empowerment dimension such as freedom of movement, decision making power, formal education, participation in collective struggle or income generation have been hypothesized as element which protect women from domestic violence. Conclusions: Efforts to help women empower themselves through vocational training, employment opportunities and social groups need to consider the potential unintended consequences for these women, such as an increased risk of domestic violence.

Participation means to take part or have a share in common with others in the decision making process, it also refers to involvement. The concept of supporting participation has been understood differently by different group, some regard it as contribution in terms of money and material resources. Students have played a major role as agents of social change and political development. They played a crucial role in freedom struggles of many third world countries and have provided 'left-wing leadership to nationalist movements and a generation of leaders were trained in these student movements. Social movements are large informal groupings of individuals and/or organizations focused on specific political or social issues, in other words, on carrying out, resisting or undoing a social change. Social change refers to the notion of social progress or socio-cultural evolution; the philosophical idea that society moves forward by dialectical or evolutionary means. The Telangana agitation was a prolonged and complex movement which rocked the state of Andhra Pradesh, particularly the Telangana region. Political movement is an expression of the struggle of a social group for the political space and benefits.

The laws of thermodynamics represent a magnificent mathematical expression of some experimentally observed natural truths. The energy conservation concept enables the calculation of process energy needs. The concept of increasing entropy (and the ensuing free-energy minimization) enables forecasts of how far those processes can progress.

Was becoming independent of British rule enough for this nation? Were all the citizens of India at peace amongst themselves after the end of British colonialism? If not, then were the people actually seeking for harmony at that time able to get what they wanted? What about the condition of India at the present times; has there been any improvement since then? The play Final Solutions by Mahesh Dattani attempts to answer all the above-mentioned questions thoroughly and quite meticulously. This research paper not only discusses the main theme of this play, but it also tries to answer an even more important question towards the end: What can be done to take a step towards peace and harmony in this country in the twenty-first century?

Warehouses play a vital role in mitigating variations in supply and demand, and in providing value added services in a supply chain. Minimizing the cost of transporting products from production and storage locations to demand centers is an essential part of maintaining profitability for companies who deal with product distribution. The transportation problems deals with the transportation of product manufactured at different plants or factories (supply origins) to a number of different warehouses (demand destination). The objective is to satisfy the destination requirements within the plant's capacity constraints at the minimum transportation cost. Transportation problems thus typically arise in situations involving physical movement of good from plants to warehouses, warehouses to warehouses, wholesalers to retailers and retailers to customers. In this paper we are discussing how products are shipped from a typical warehouse to showroom in Bengaluru city and try to get an optimal solution using Operation Research technique.
