Ocular drug delivery system is a dosage form medium or structure calculated for injecting or delivering drug to eye against any disease or disorder involving or affecting vision. The most commonly utilized conventional preparations. Ophthalmic dosage forms are the compound, Suspension and ointments which are relatively ineffective as therapeutic systems. It is deviates through a number of anatomical and physiological fence, which have been bottleneck for the ophthalmologist. Calculating an ideal drug delivery scheme should included magnify drug bioavailability and controlled release of the drug at the site of action, which can control various occular barriers. Contact lenses are emerging as an alternative ophthalmic drug delivery system to resolve the imperfection of the conventional topical application methods like eye drops and ointment. Such a drug delivery can be achieved by designing formation such as microspheres, nanoparticles, liposomes which can act as systematic ocular drug delivery system.

In Ayurveda this disease described as Amavata, first in Madhav Nidan. This disease is dominated pathologically by Ama and Vata. Due to different causative factors there is improper metabolism of food which results formation of an intermediate product which is toxic in nature known as Ama. This Ama, if not excreted from the body, it absorbed in the body and produce pain, inflammation and stiffness in joints. Rheumatoid Arthritis (R.A.) is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease of unknown cause, chiefly affecting synovial membranes of multiple joints. According to Ayurveda, freedom from disease is not only health to be healthy, a person should be happy physically, mentally, socially and also spiritually. Drastic change in life style of human and pollution have not only created social problems but also have a great impact over health which has lead to exacerbation of certain disorders which is Amavata (Rheumatoid Arthritis) is one of them. Pain relating to body or mind or both has been an obstacle in the pathway leading to happy life. Sometimes pain can be so severe as to disable the person, cripple and make him confined to bed. Joint disorder, particularly Amavata (Rheumatoid arthritis) is a leading cause of disability. Amavata is common musculoskeletal conditions affecting individuals across the country. Amavata is one of the chronic diseases mainly affecting the joints with pain of severe degree being the main symptom with progressive destruction of the joints with crippling and deformities, arthritis poses an unavoidable clinical situation and prolonged morbidity warranting an active care. It is seen most commonly in the patients due to their changing dietetic habits, social structure, environment and mental stress and strain. Ama and Vata are the two main pathognomic factors held responsible for causation of Amavata. Derangement of Agni that is Agnimandya is a chief factor responsible for the formation of Ama, which is main pathological entity of the disease. The etiological factor for both vitiation of Vata and formation of Ama are responsible for the manifestation of the disease. General management of Amavata includes Nidan Parivarjan/ elimination of cause, Langhan, Deepan, Pachan to promote Agni, Appropriate Elimination of Ama by Selective Sodhan , Dietary Restrictions advocating Katu, Tikta, Usna, Laghu and Use of Medication for Pain & Inflammation , Snehana, Swedan, Vasti in chronic Niramawastha, Local care of Inflamed Joints, Exercise & Physiotherapy, Samshaman Treatment with specific drugs, Rehabilitative procedures and long follow-ups.

Gulmohar is well known for its nutritional and medicinal property in all over world.the research was undertaken to test the effect of gulmohar seeds extract on in flame as on by in vitro method using initiations of rasbumian denaturation technique.ethanolic 80% extract of seed of delonix regia where taken for test and it was found that the share anti-inflammatory activity all that of standard drug diclofenac. This activity must be 50% as a compared to standard drug diclofenac.traditionally delonix regia has been used in various aliments such as chronic fever antimicrobial constipation inflammation piles sorption bite bronchitis asthma. There is a little experimental evidence for its traditional use.in this review and attempt has been made together and compiled the scattered traditional information along with the experimental evidence on the beneficial property of delonix regia. This plant for the commercialize the protective component from different part of this plant for the benefit of humans.

Background and purpose: Frozen shoulder is one of the most common conditions encountered by persons where there is global restrictions of the range of motion of shoulder joint There has been little evidence that alone GH mobilization is effective but shoulder complex mobilization will be more fruitful This study was done to check whether whole shoulder complex (Acromioclavicular joint, sternoclavicular joint, scapulothoracic joint and glenohumeral joint) mobilization is effective. Outcome measures: 1) SPADI: shoulder pain and disability index: - to assess the pain and disability of patient 2) VAS: visual analogue scale: - to asses pain Method: 15 participants were recruited for the study. All the participants were screened for inclusion criteria. Participants following into inclusion criteria were recruited for the study then were assessed for pre intervention And then were given treatment in the form of Shoulder complex mobilization along with exercises and IFT All the participants were treated for 4 weeks. All the participants were then assessed for outcome measures pre and post intervention. Result: All the participants showed significant improvement in improving function and reduction of pain in frozen shoulder with statistical significance in VAS with p=0.036 and SPADI with p=0.000, Conclusion: The study concluded that that statistically & clinically shoulder complex (AC, SC, ST, SC joint) mobilization are more effective in improving pain and function in patients with frozen shoulder.
