Today, every company in existence requires a human effort to hire an employee, the traditional method so called Human Resource Management deals with such methodology, but still this traditional method havent been updated in a long time and the hiring process often gets very long which frustrates both the employee and the hiring manager, Here various details are collected up where the HR department can manage employee payment details and could able to update, delete, modify employee details from database manage employee payment details, work allocation details of share details, short listed candidate project allocation, recruitments information, experience, education details, employee attendance and according to attendance automatically generate the salary. Now this project aims to improvise and modernize the Hiring process through facial recognition software that scans areas like nose, eyes and expression of the candidate. The application interact with the user and recognizes the facial expression. Here we automate the process of the facial interaction and recognition with the candidate to complete their hiring process through collecting detailed data about each personality, thei application actually conducts deeper analysis of this data and uses gathered insights to take action.

Abstract Training in one way or the other, has been playing a very important role in mans Growth, development ever since Adam and Eve landed on this planet, In fact, what the Human beings today is, it has been only because of training in many patterns and indication, Changing their outline and the setups according to developing needs of a particular time and Period in the history of human advancement. This Realization has led to the development of theories, models and strategies of managerial and Organizations effectiveness in public sector electronic units. The present study aimed to explore Perceptions of executive towards Training and Development in Public banking sector (State bank of India and Punjab national bank). This study has finality in term of Training and development method, objectives and analysis which may finally give insight in developing some particular and realistic rules and forecasting to improve the managerial Effectiveness, organizations performance, managerial performance, and methods of training and development. The findings of study shows that the effect of training on Bank Employees in different banking skills, before and after training Was analyzed Out of various skill development programs it was observed that at State Bank Of India basic PC Based program was 23% 23% where is at Punjab National Bank it was 29% interactive multimedia using pica- Based CD ROM style was appreciated by 25% at State Bank Of India web based training programs for Appreciated at State Bank Of India by 20% of people where Punjab National Bank it was only 11%. Training should receive the maximum Support from top management at the emotional level, in such a way that training system should be involved in solving organizational problems.

Core banking may be a set of services provided by a gaggle of networked bank branches. Bank customers may access their funds and perform other simple transactions from any of the member branch offices. The main issue in core banking is that the authenticity of the customer. Thanks to unavoidable hacking of the databases on the web, it's always quite difficult to trust the knowledge on the web. To unravel this Problem of authentication, the proposed system is predicated on click based graphical password system that not only guides and helps the user for password selection but also encourages the user to pick more random distributed password. The secure internet banking is predicated on Persuasive Technology which motivates and influence people to behave during a desired manner. The secure internet banking removes the pattern formation attack.

This study has been undertaken to ascertain if there is any impact of leadership on employees feeling of inclusion. The study also focuses on providing corrective measures to improve leaders understanding about inclusion. This study is purely based on primary data collection which was done using questionnaire prepared through google forms and the link was circulated among the targeted respondents to fill the responses. Snowball sampling has also been used in order to identify the sample and required respondents. The questionnaires were circulated to the personal contacts who further circulated the link to the working professionals in their acquaintance. The impact of demographic variables such as age, gender and qualification on employees feeling of inclusion was also studied. The study concluded that leadership has a significant impact on employees feeling of inclusion.

Prosthetics are the electro-mechanical frameworks which are an incredible assistance in helping the physical difficulties experienced by amputees. These are impelled in various ways, for example, wired associations, pneumatic systems, mechanical systems and shape memory alloys. Mechanical and Pneumatic frameworks that are at present utilized in prosthetics needs exactness, scholarly control and are not exceptionally light in weight. Transducers can be used in which the recognizing components have less weight with closed loop feedback system and precision of the prosthetics can be extended when differentiated with mechanical and pneumatic systems. The demonstration of the bionics can be expanded with the utilization of adaptable sensors in the form of strips and wires. With the utilization of transducers, the conceivable number of degrees of opportunity can be acquired precisely. The detecting factor, constancy in get-together data from sensory system are significant qualities for controlling the prosthetics. Various materials can be used to adjust the dynamic characteristics of transducers and with the utilization of metamaterials in transducers, the resolution can be expanded. The affectability can likewise be expanded with the decrease of structure of the transducer from full scale to small scale level. Shape memory compounds are the activation innovation identified with change of the nuclear structure. These composites can be used in the form of muscle actuators with the end goal that it chips away at the premise of constriction and extension of the prosthetics. The constraints of these detecting components are because of its usefulness in various conditions.

This research is aimed to examine (1) effect of utility and hedonic on customer satisfaction and loyalty, (2) effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, (3) effect of customer loyalty on electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) in the rental of photographic equipment. Research sample are 150 customers of the Lensa Jogja and DIY Kamera iFrame rental shops. Based on analysis of structural equation modeling, there is positive and significant effect of utility and hedonic motivations on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has positive effect on customer loyalty. Further, loyal customer will do positive recommendation of product by E-WOM.
