 Abstract

This research paper explores the traumatic experience passed over on the characters in Michael Ondaatje's Divisadero. It raises the possibility that some wounds may never completely mend and that seeking medical attention may occasionally cause more division. The complexity of trauma and its long-lasting effects on people are depicted by Ondaatje, who also emphasizes the fragility and resilience that are part of the human experience.

 Abstract

This exploration presents a feminist analysis of Indian mythology and culture, examining five chapters that delve into the reimagining of female characters from the Ramayana and the symbolic significance of water in shaping female identity and spirituality. Through the lenses provided by contemporary authors like Koral Dasgupta, Manini J. Anandani, and Vaishnavi Patel, the study uncovers how feminist perspectives challenge traditional narratives and stereotypes, offering nuanced portrayals of characters like Ahalya, Mandodari, and Kaikeyi. Through gynocritical analysis, these authors illuminate the agency, struggles, and resilience of female characters, enriching the understanding of gender dynamics and representation in Indian literature. Additionally, the exploration explores the profound connections between women and water in Indian culture and mythology, emphasizing themes of nourishment, renewal, and empowerment. Ultimately, this analysis invites readers to reimagine traditional stories through a feminist lens, fostering greater appreciation for the richness and diversity of women's experiences in Indian mythology and culture.

 Abstract

Aquaculture, or "ocean farming," is a sustainable way to produce food by raising aquatic plants and animals in marine habitats. In this abstract, the salient features of ocean farming are examined: Different techniques for cultivation: Farms can raise a range of species, such as seaweed, shellfish (oysters, mussels, clams), and finfish, using submerged cages, floating buildings, or seabed facilities. Benefits to the environment: Some methods of ocean farming can enhance the health of the ocean. By filtering water, seaweed reduces dead zones and eliminates contaminants. Eating shellfish also cleans the water, making the ecosystem better. Sustainable food source: Without depleting wild fish stocks, ocean aquaculture provides a means of satisfying the growing demand for seafood. It uses few resources, like as fertiliser or freshwater, hence it's a resource-efficient method. Potential for regeneration: Certain methods, such as when seaweed and shellfish are grown together, a balanced ecosystem is created that supports habitat restoration and biodiversity. All things considered, ocean farming offers a viable way to produce food sustainably and improve the marine ecosystem.

 Abstract

Pandavula Gutta is an ancient sacred grove and a geological heritage site located in the district of Jayashankar Bhupalpally in the Telangana state. The hill ranges are home for many prehistoric sacred habitations of pancha pandavas and kunti devi of Mahabaratha and paleolithic cave paintings of Mahabaratha and Ramayana. For its sacred and geological significance, the hills are untouched and preserved well by the local community since decades back. The present studies on pandavula gutta carried out as part of the exploration and documentation of the less known sacred groves in the Telangana state. The studies reveal the hill ranges are undisturbed and representing the leftover patch of native vegetation. Exclusively they are very rich in the medicinal plant wealth. From the study area a total of 105 medicinal plants have been reported and discussed in detail in the in the present paper. A few of them are very rare and listed in the IUCN red list threatened category also been reported.  Abstract

Every single day, garbage is always produced and sometimes, due to the unbalance between high volume produced and the garbage volume transported to the landfill; it then leads to the build-up. To prevent any negative impact on environment, a system is needed to support the waste management process. Smart Garbage Monitoring System consists of two parts: portable garbage can and monitoring application using android smartphone. The use of ultrasonic sensor, GPS and GSM Module on the garbage can aims to provide the data on the garbage and send it to the real time database, in which the data will be processed by the monitoring application on smartphone to determine the time of garbage transport purposely to prevent any build-up. The system doesn't need a server to process, because the entire process of will be run by android application on a smartphone. Test results showed the capability of the system in monitoring the garbage can with the minimum distance between the wastes by three meters. The information on the height level of garbage can be synchronized in real time to smartphone, with an average delay on the EDGE network of 4.57 seconds, HSPA+ of 4.52 seconds and LTE of 3.85 seconds.

 Abstract

Abstract:-The effect of 2-(2'-hydroxy-3'-methoxy phenyl)-4-bromo-6-methyl benzothiazolyl hydrazones and its metal complexes of Cr+3, Mn+2, and Fe+3 on fermentation processes was investigated. The study aimed to explore the potential impact of these compounds and their metal complexes on microbial fermentation, a vital process in various industrial and biological applications. The compounds were synthesized and characterized using various spectroscopic techniques. Fermentation experiments were conducted using Saccharomyces cerevisiae as a model organism under controlled conditions. The influence of these compounds on fermentation parameters such as biomass production, metabolic activity, and product formation was evaluated. Additionally, the cytotoxicity of the compounds towards the microbial culture was assessed. Results indicate that the metal complexes of Cr+3, Mn+2, and Fe+3 exhibited significant effects on fermentation kinetics compared to the ligand alone, suggesting potential applications as fermentation modulators or inhibitors. Further investigations into the underlying mechanisms of action are warranted to fully elucidate the observed effects and to explore the potential applications of these compounds in fermentation-related industries
