Human-computer interaction is becoming more popular owing to its automaticity, naturalness, and user-friendly characteristics. An innovative approach to this explores by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) with hand gestures and voice commands to revolutionize human-computer interaction in game and virtual mouse, introducing voice-activated functionalities called proton. This system aims to reduce the need of physical device interaction by leveraging computer vision with OpenCV and Python, utilizing only a webcam as an input tool. Instead of using more expensive sensors, a simple webcam can identify the gesture and perform the action. The proposed framework allows users to perform game operations like left move, right move, up, stop. virtual mouse operations like left click, right click, double click, scrolling, drag and drop, volume control and brightness control through various hand gestures, and also users can perform find locations on Google Maps, check the current date and time, put Proton to wake it up, and exit the system, and perform tasks effortlessly through intuitive voice commands. Real-time applications, particularly in gaming, benefit from this approach, overcoming barriers associated with traditional input devices. Testing on games achieve human-computer interaction with minimal hardware requirements. This system integrates AI powered hand gestures and voice commands, demonstrates promising results in enhancing user experiences in virtual environments for gaming and mouse control. A significant advancement in human-computer interaction, providing an innovative and user-friendly interface. This seamless integration of AI and gesture control sets a new standard for efficiency, accessibility in interactive computing experiences.

In present communication geometry stability of CdTe)n ;n=1-8 cluster by using HF and DFT method with LANL2DZ basis set. In DFT with have applied two functional B3LYP and B3PW91 for same calculation. For this study all possible conformers are designed and after geometry optimization have been done by using HF/ LANL2DZ. The minimum energy conformers of (CdTe)n ; n=1-8 further optimised by using HF, DFT/B3LP/B3PW91 method along with LANL2MB basis set. The optimised geometry have no imaginary frequencies for (CdTe)n, n=1-8 clusters. The electronic properties and reactivity of (CdTe)n cluster are computed with HOMO (highest occupied Molecular orbital) and LUMO (lowest unoccupied molecular orbitals). The reactivity parameters of (CdTe)n described that reactivity of odd clusters are high as compared with even clusters. The polarisability of (CdTe)n increases with increasing size of clusters however dipole moment does not shows any pattern. The computational data explained that HF method overestimate results and DFT method underestimate results.we hope our study play important role in designing new clusters in semiconductor field.

Using IoT to monitor healthcare smartwatches can be a smart healthcare partner. He tries to help people by constantly monitoring their health and seeking help when necessary. This little watch has a small screen for health tracking, an ESP32 brain, and multiple sensors to track your Heart Rate, Body Temperature, ECG and Blood Oxygen Saturation. Think of your device as a personal health monitor that constantly monitors your health. It can alert you or alert the doctor if it detects a serious problem, such as a fast heart rate. Your doctor can also view your health information in the cloud.

The paper highlights the entry, existence, competition and complementarily of Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) in India. One of the most controversial outcomes of the Uruguay Round (UR) is the Agreement on Trade Related Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPRs). IPRs along with TRIMs and services were called the new issues negotiated in the UR. Protection of Intellectual Property Rights has become a thorny issue of wide and serious debate, with the formation of the General Agreement on TRIPRs under World Trade Organisation. Indian Government wants a balanced view on IPR, adding that phenomenal technological advancement was a double edged weapon which posed serious challenges along with opportunity. IPRs agreement put numerous burdens on the developing countries-raising cost consumer products such as medicines and hindering innovation and technology upgrading. Introduction of Intellectual property rights by World Trade Organization in Indian Agriculture would bring many reforms both advantages and disadvantages. New knowledge is patented is good, but developing countries have not produced it. They have to depend on developed countries. Transfer of technology can change the developing countries economies, but developing countries also be ready to change their mindset for exporting it. With robust optimism developing countries should facilitate to modernise their "knowledge centres" to generate innovations and inventions in order to copy foreign technology. Our indigenous flora and fauna are to be protected and sustained and keep multinationals as competitive and complementary. Under IPRs regime, many products prices many rise, but state has to take firm steps to produce and keep them affordable to the poorest of the poor. Nonetheless, India has to gear up it's economy to face challenges and took it as an opportunity to make India as a developed country in 2020 through IPRs. India felt IPRs had disastrous effects especially more on two vital areas i.e., pharmaceuticals and agriculture. Both theses areas affect the well being of the people. A dangerous provision has been introduced in patent protection and this relates to changing the philosophy of the patent regime whereby products imported or locally produced, will be covered under patent protection without any discrimination.

Since from ancient times, one of the most significant sources of medicines has been plants. Herbal medicine is becoming more and more important every day. The antibacterial activity of crude leaf extracts of Boswellia serrata, Gardenia latifolia, Woodfordia fruticosa and Wrightia tinctoria also fruit of Gardenia latifolia in four distinct solvents dist. water, ethanol, acetone, and petroleum ether is examined. Boswellia serrata, Gardenia latifolia, Woodfordia fruticosa and Wrightia tinctoria dry leaf extracts were tested against Escherichia coli. Boswellia serrata, Gardenia latifolia, Woodfordia fruticosa and Wrightia tinctoria leaf extracts have antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli when extracted in Acetone, Petroleum ether and Ethanol. There is no antibacterial activity observed in Dist. water. These findings demonstrate that a wealth of primary and secondary metabolites with antibacterial action found in leaves also in fruits of Gardenia latifolia.

A country cannot advance and prosper if its youth do not have their personalities developed and enhanced. Despite the fact that teen boomers are regarded as the most productive generation in history, they are unable to reach their full potential because of a lack of inspiration and direction. In order to engage with others and with themselves in their immediate environment, make highly skilled decisions, and solve a variety of problems, an individual needs a certain combination of social skills and personal qualities. WHO has laid down the top 10 essential life skills which everyone must learn for their better life- self-awareness, creative thinking, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, coping with stress, dealing with motions, effective communication and healthy interpersonal relationships. Life skills can help mitigate self-doubt in children and replace it with valid confidence; through this, they will be able to achieve better growth and development in life. Life skills make us capable to know how to make our life easy and simple. It helps to create a positive life and to spend in the right way. Therefore, life skills are very essential in our life.

This paper presents a comprehensive review of machine learning techniques for the identification of medicinal plants. Despite several existing studies, there are still challenges in automating the identification of plant species accurately. To determine the model's effectiveness, it must first be trained, then validated, and ultimately tested. The ML model is evaluated using measures including accuracy, precision, and recall. For this reason, the model was able to correctly identify medicinal leaves at an accuracy rate of 98.3%. This system has been implementing a technique for medicinal plant identification using Fuzzy C means, a clustering machine learning algorithm based on color, texture and geometrical features. Then reduced feature vectors are inputted into the classification model. The proposed system utilizes adverse dataset of high-resolution leaf images representing various medicinal plant species like Image preprocessing techniques, including normalization and feature extraction. Several machine learning algorithms, such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Multi Logistic Regression, are investigated to discern their effectiveness in accurately identifying medicinal plant species.
