Rhododendron arboreum Sm., commonly known as Burans, belongs to family Ericaceae. It is an ethanomedicinal plant used by the locals of Himachal Pradesh in nasal bleeding, cardiac and menstrual disorders. The present study deals with molecular characterization of leaves through RAPD study. Fresh leaves of Rhododendron arboreum Sm. were collected from its natural habitat, Jhatingri, Himachal Pradesh during April 2018 and sent for Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA analysis at Food testing laboratory, Junagadh Agriculture University, Gujarat. All the primers gave good band patterns. Total 27 bands are produced from the primers. viz. among 14 very clear bright bands and 16 light bands. Primer 4 shows maximum no of bright bands. Only sample 4 and sample 9 produce bands above 1000 bp. The results obtained from the study help in generating RAPD profile of Rhododendron arboreum Sm. that can be used further for authentication purpose.

The study mainly deals with analysis of HighSchool Mizo Textbooks prescribed by Mizoram Board of School Education in terms of the physical aspects which includes cover design, printing and layout, font size, price, quality of papers and illustrations, and the development of structures and vocabularies such as spelling, punctuation, glossaries, sentences etc. for the development of language skills. It was observed that the textbooks cover designs were unattractive where the weights were convenient for the students and the prices were affordable too. Illustrations were not given in both the textbooks although the printing and layout of the textbooks were satisfactory. There were no spelling mistake, incorrect punctuation and sentences to be found, the glossaries presented were sufficient but were less presented in the exercises for the students to apply it in meaningful way. However, some suggestions were also discussed based on the observation.

UAV is Unmanned Aerial Vehicle which can be operated by a man without being present in it. The UAV can be operated to lift up vertically and to fly in all directions. Technological advances have reduced the cost and increased the performance of UAV. The main of the system is to modify and make improvements in UAV to design and obtain stable flight and spray fertilizers and pesticides in the farm. Agricultural spraying UAV is used for reducing human power and time. The UAV includes the KK BOARD 2.1.5, FS-I6 transmitter, FS-I6 receiver, Electronic speed controller (ESC), Brushless motors, batteries, frames were interfaced with the Quad copters frame. The sprayer module consists of a Bluetooth device, battery, Arduino board, L293D driver circuit and DC motor.

ABSTRACT: Indian agriculture has shown a steadily rising trend in Per Capita Agricultural Gross Value Added (PCAGVA) despite facing considerable barriers since independence. If compared with other nations, the trend of per capita agricultural value added may be ordinary. However, the role of the Green Revolution has remained helpful to achieve a modesty regarding per capita agricultural value added trend in India. Reasons of worries and limitations remain still. This paper tries to address towards those worries.

The Building info Modelling (BIM) includes style and construction info. it's not solely visual presentation, however conjointly state construction simulation. the most application of BIM is to produce 3D animation, environmental analysis, inexperienced energy analysis, crash detection analysis, amount & analysis, operation and maintenance info. The BIM model provides platform for info integration. it's useful for style analysis and assist designer to verify drawing correctness and consistency. all types of knowledge will improve project management level. By analyzing relevant info of the development method, the BIM model will offer a much better thanks to the building operation management conjointly. Therefore, several enterprises are setting out to adopt BIM tool, however a number of them don't recognize the BIM series perform clearly, as a result of there's no a lot of specific respect to use. this text resource is in keeping with literature review from completely different references, like conference and journal articles. this text is to {research to investigate} BIM application in practices and compare & summarize relevant research results. The results show varied influence through adoption of BIM, like 3D/4D/5D/6D functions. Finally, the article objective is to market the complete BIM functions can be applied utterly within the construction activities.

Pesticide residue analysis of fruits and vegetables is of great importance not only towards protection of human health but also for international trade and regulatory control. In the last years, pesticide residue analysis, based on high-resolution accurate mass spectrometry (HRAMS), has gained great acceptance in this field due to the improvements in sensitivity and resolution incorporated in modern HRAMS instruments. The current work deals with the process and general procedure to estimate a pesticide residue in food which includes the sampling procedures for different food commodities, packaging, trans- mission of laboratory samples, sub-sampling, homogenizing the sample for analysis, re- serve storage of sample, solvent selection, extraction, clean-up and then estimating the pesticide residues using few standard estimation procedures (micro bio assay, enzyme inhibition method, spectrophotometric method, chromatography, etc.). This also includes a case study by Asi. et.al.[9]. The conclusion made out from the study is that the use of pesticide is necessary in certain limits which comes under the Good Agricultural Practice (GAP). But uncontrolled application of these leaves residues which cause adverse health effect. The study also provides farmers with adequate information for safe practices for use of pesticides, side effects caused by handling of the harmful chemicals. Our study revealed that chemical control is the principle pest control method followed by farmers in the study area and this usage could be reduced by providing them with training and information about the bio pesticides and helping them know the seriousness that is being posed by excessive use of chemical pesticides and their residue.

This study has been undertaken to know whether the RBI has taken steps to improve and promote financial inclusion in India and the impact of financial inclusion on the GDP. This study tells us the areas where people are financial excluded and hence gives the government the idea of promoting financial inclusion in that particular area. From the data we can see that the RBI has been successful in promoting financial inclusion but there are a few areas where the RBI still has to work.

In this paper, the proposed concept is to replace diesel based pumping system to solar-based system for sewerage cleaning. This solar pump is based on photovoltaic technology which converts solar energy into electrical energy to run a DC motor .This system consists of solar panel, battery motor, centrifugal pump solar sewerage pumping system has been found to economically viable in comparison to electrical or diesel based system for sewerage cleaning purpose .The project particularly aimed to address its use as the solar power supply for sewerage cleaning trucks with economical condition. The major difference in this system is relies on solar energy as a power source for pumps instead of diesel.
