 Abstract

The menopause is a physiological event that occurs in all women who reach midlife symptoms shown to be associated with oestrogen deficiency after the menopause are hot flushes and night swat, insomnia and vaginal dryness. However, many other symptoms and conditions (irregular menstrual bleeding, osteoporosis, arteriosclerosis, depressed mood, irritability, forgetfulness, dizziness, palpitation, restless legs, muscle and joint pain) have also been implicated as associated with menopause but are not oestrogen levels. Menopause is the final stage of ovarian physiology in women, and represents the time when reproductive function is lost due to complete depletion of the finite ovarian supply. oestrogens are effective in treating vasomotor symptoms, urogenital atrophy symptoms and irregular menstrual bleeding that occurs in the perimenopausal period. Conjugated oestrogens are given orally, and estradiol may be given orally as tablets or transdermaly as a patch or gel for a period of 3 weeks or longer. Perimenopausal women and women during the first to 2 years after the menopause who have an intact uterus must be treated with a oestrogen for at least 12 to 14 days every month in order to prevent endometrial hyperplasia and possible endometrial cancer.

 Abstract

Typhoid fever is also known as Typhoid is a disease caused by Salmonella serotype Typhi bacteria. Symptoms vary from mild to severe . This is mainly accompanied by weakness, abdominal pain, constipation, headache and mild vomiting ,some people develop skin rash with rose coloured spots.people may carry bacteria without being affected,but they are still able to spread the disease. Typhi grows in intestine,pyers patches,mesenteric lymph nodes,spleen,liver,gall bladder,bone marrow and blood.it spread by eating or drinking food or watercontaminated with the feces of an infected person. It can be diagnosed with blood culture,widal, typhidot and tubex test . treatment is done with ORS, Antibiotics and surgery in rare cases. In Ayurveda jwara is explained in detail , based on history , sign and symptoms and samprapti (pathogenesis) it can be categorized in certain type of jwara and treatment should be done accordingly. we can not co-relate Typhoid with any type of jwara mentioned in Ayurveda directly. This case was diagnosed as vishma jwara, jeerna jwara, punravartaka jwara , ama jwara based on different parameters .

 Abstract

It is quite ironical to say that society at present has become a blend of a number of -isms such as communalism, secularism, feminism, casteism etc, dissecting society into binaries, ultimately in marginalised and privileged. "Manjhi - The mountain man", a film by Ketan Meta released in 2015, seems to be a story of a passionate lover Dashrath Manjhi who out of sheer rage, as his wife passes away while trying to cross a mountain, carves a way out through the heart of the mountain. But it is a pathetic picture of Gehlaur, a village in Bihar, plunged in the darkness of abject poverty, illiteracy and above all exploitation. This paper is an attempt to unravel the different undercurrents flowing underneath a passionate story of love and sacrifice. It will focus on the issues of gender, casteism, feudalism, and poverty, intersecting each other and above all politicians and bureaucrats feeding on them. Nawazuddin Siddique starring as the mountain man, the film is quite inspiring no doubt, but it can be seen symbolic of a Dalit's revenge against the upper caste landlords who are no less treacherous than that mountain that was a great obstacle in the growth and development of that village. Ultimately, by his indomitable will power and courage, he carves his way out through the mountain assuring that a subaltern can also speak. Having a victory over the mountain, the film prophecies the freedom of the downtrodden from the ages long slavery under the yoke of casteism, feudalism, illiteracy and backwardness.

 Abstract

To address the concerns of high costs, long test durations, and animal rights issues there has been a paradigm shift in the adoption of non-animal methods for assessing environmental and human health risks due to chemical exposures. Computational methods harness the power of fast processors, high-speed internet, cloud environment, statistical/ machine learning algorithms, and curated toxicological databases to fulfill this need. This short paper presents a concise summary of publicly available computational toxicology methods and databases. Global regulatory agencies are using these methods and databases to support their decision-making and we are confident that these methods would help India's regulatory bodies in assessing risks and in making appropriate regulatory decisions on chemicals in consumer products.

 Abstract

?इस शोधकार्य का मुख्य उद्देश्य अध्ययन क्षेत्र में स्वयं सहायता समूहों (SHG) से जुड़ी महिलाओं की आर्थिकी का अध्ययन करना है, जिसके अन्तर्गत स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुडने से पूर्व एवं पश्चात् उत्तरदाताओं की आय, व्यय और बचत के प्रतिरूप का तुलनात्मक अध्ययन सम्मिलित है। प्रस्तुत शोध कार्य प्राथमिक आंकड़ों पर आधारित है। ये आंकड़े शोधार्थिनी द्वारा दक्षिणी राजस्थान के चार आदिवासी जिलों यथा- बाँसवाड़ा, डुंगरपुर, उदयपुर और प्रतापगढ़ से एकत्र किए गए हैं। यह आँकड़े प्रत्येक जिले से 15 उत्तरदाताओं का चयन करते हुए अध्ययन क्षेत्र से कुल 60 उत्तरदाताओं से व्यक्तिगत साक्षात्कार और अनुसूचि भरवाकर एकत्र किए गए हैं। सभी उत्तरदाता स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाएं हैं। परिकल्पनाओं की सत्यता की जांच के लिए शोधार्थिनी द्वारा ‘पेयर टू सैंपल टी टेस्ट’ (Paired Two Sample T-Test ) का उपयोग किया गया है। उपर्युक्त शोध कार्य से स्पष्ट होता है कि अध्ययन क्षेत्र में स्वयं सहायता समूह से जुड़ने के पश्चात् महिलाओं की मासिक आय, मासिक व्यय और मासिक बचत में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है।

This study talks about the students' preferences and satisfaction towards boat lifestyle products with special references to Vadodara city. The main objective of the study is to study the factor influencing the students towards boAt lifestyle products, to examine the overall experience towards boAt lifestyle products, to find out reason for preferring boAt lifestyle products and to examine the level of satisfaction of the students towards boAt lifestyle products. The study concluded that, efforts and resources should properly be utilized to reach out to all types of income groups to reduce the cost of the product to retain and attract more customers.

 Abstract

This paper presents the investigation and focuses on alerting structural engineers to the possible distortions, associated to the steel bridges in service life when subjected to a vehicle's dynamic actions. In this paper effort has been made to design Steel truss bridge structure. The basic emphasis has been given to minimize the total deformation of the structural member by optimizing the cross sections, material properties. The crust of our review focuses on the analysis of truss bridge structure by IRS loading, complex or simple because truss is the most widely used in steel bridges used in railways and pedestrian crossings. The analysis and design of steel truss Railway Bridge. The bridge with same railway loadings of BG has been assigned in different types of truss sections to determine the best stable section.

 Abstract

In this fast-paced world, managing your personal and professional lives can be really hectic. And not only this but communication Plays a vital role in your day-to-day life. Since without communication you cannot do half of your daily work. But Now days, we can see that many people cannot communicate with each other due to some problems or some issues, like if a Deaf and a Blind person wants to communicate with each other than how can they do that it becomes really difficult for them to communicate, and it's not only about deaf and blind but also if someone cannot talk on phone, he prefers texting and while the other person prefers talking. So, we create an application to help Deaf and Blind people to communicate and they can also show or hear their emotions and what exactly they are trying to explain and hence it will remove the barrier of communication between them. For such times where everything is just a click away, this functions as an application that helps its users to identify their emotions and also to communicate with each other. This project helps users to communicate who have problem in texting/ Calling and also it helps the deaf and blind people in communication. The application would include processing on Device depending on the range of the application. It also allows the users to witness emotions with the help of emoji, since we have used multiclass in our project. This application saves the time that we spend on unimportant trivialities and aims to communicate between deaf and Blind people. This Project provides a better way for the people with Hearing impairment to visually read text converted by the visually impaired voice.
