Professional courses such as Engineering, and Management Studies have been very popular in India today. Getting employment is a prime aim of opting for such courses. However, surveys conclude that students pursuing engineering education even in tier-1 institutes are facing a huge skill gap to meet industry requirements. One such major skill gap commonly found among them is the English language and communication in it. Though the English language has been taught by English teachers in school, students still find it difficult to use it effectively for communication. Therefore, the role of the English Language Teacher is very important in finding out the problems and providing solutions to overcome these challenges, thereby making students effective communicators in their professional life. The present paper focuses on the role of language teachers to enhance the communication skills of engineering students in the English language.

Robot controlled by giving the voice commands into the Arduino microcontroller using Bluetooth for agriculture purposes is the main objective of this project. It reduces manual work and introduces automation in the field of farming. Motor Driver L293D is a 16-pin IC that controls two DC motors simultaneously. DC motors has been used to drive the wheels, whereas motor driver drives the DC motors. The moisture content of the land is discovered via a soil moisture sensor. The water pump will automatically turn on if the relative humidity is below a certain threshold. Funnel is used for seed sowing and is connected with Arduino. "Arduino Bluetooth app", input is given in the form of voice commands. Based on the voice commands, the robot will move forward, backward, right, left and performs seed sowing with design using Arduino IDE and Embedded C as the scripting language.

Poverty is a social phenomenon in which certain sections of society cannot fulfil even the bare necessities of life. India is known for the poor people it has. Poverty gives birth to many other problems. Our India is well aware that poverty is the most significant barrier to developing the nation's development. Various no.of anti-poverty policies has been introduced since the 1950s. In India, poverty is measured by a poverty line. In almost all underdeveloped countries with low per capita income, income inequality has resulted in a no. of evils, of which poverty is undoubtedly the most serious. It is a socio-economic phenomenon that is intimately associated effects human health, efficiency and productivity, which in turn affects human health, efficiency and productivity, which in turn affects their income. This paper examines the impact of poverty and compares the per capita income of different countries. As per the Government of India Planning Commission percentage and the number of poor estimates by Tendulkar method using Mixed Reference Period (MRP), interstate comparison of population below the poverty line. Various causes and suggestions for the removal of poverty from India also discussed in this paper.

Mulk Raj Anand is one of the galaxy of grand masters of Indian English fiction, who has rendered a great contribution in the field of fiction. His reformative zeal, keen observation and humanistic attitudes towards society gave him a surging call to pen 'Untouchable' delineating the every corner of suffering, subjugation and inhuman plight of the Dalits or marginalised class who were stamped as Untouchables under the domination of the upper class Brahmins who were no less than the British counterpart in dominating attitude. Though M.R. Anand does not belong to post-colonial era of literature historically, his novels and short stories bear strong perspectives of postcolonial literature. This present paper aims at analysing his use of postcolonial language i.e 'english', a deformed and reformed form of standard English, as formulated by the critics Bill Ashcroft, Gareth Griffiths and Helen Tiffin in their 'Empire Writes Back'. During the colonial period the British colonizers not only destroyed the economy of the colonized natives but also the culture, language and every social aspects were dashed to ground brutally. After the decolonization, the postcolonial writers of the former colonized countries like India asserted cultural fundamentalism and the use of native language for writing. Some postcolonial writers advocate complete return to the use of indigenous languages while others see the language (e.g. English) imposed by the colonizer as a more practical alternative to enhance inter-nation communication and to counter a colonial past through de-forming the standard form of English and reforming it with native flavour.

Diabetic retinopathy is a major cause of blindness worldwide, affecting millions of people. Early detection and treatment of diabetic retinopathy can prevent severe vision loss. In recent years, deep learning techniques, particularly Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), have demonstrated exceptional performance in various image recognition tasks, including medical image analysis. In this context, this project aims to develop a CNN-based model for detecting diabetic retinopathy in retinal images. The proposed approach involves collecting a dataset of retinal images labeled for the presence or absence of diabetic retinopathy, pre-processing the data, selecting a suitable CNN architecture, training the model on the data, and evaluating its performance. The anticipated outcome of this project is a CNN model that can accurately and reliably detect diabetic retinopathy in retinal images, which can assist in the early diagnosis and treatment of this severe condition.

Artificial Intelligence is set to herald a promising future for education. It has the potential to bring a massive change in the way education is delivered today, making it more personalized. The integration of AI into the classroom will help teachers address the gaps of traditional methods of teaching a group of students with diverse needs. In such a traditional learning environment, teachers are not able to cater to the demands of every student. AI can aid teachers by identifying factors of successful learning for each student that are not possible to capture otherwise. A personalized learning environment can analyze student performance data in real time and automatically provide customized content, learning parameters and feedback. It also allows teachers to better understand student performance and as a result, teachers can design effective learning plans for their students. Education is a domain largely ruled by human-human interaction. It is difficult to develop learning systems that exhibit human-like attributes of responsiveness, adaptability and understanding. Yet, the advances in educational technology have brought in a plenty of smart learning systems which have utilized AI's inherent strengths to meet the ever growing demands of the new age learners. Though it may seem that these AI backed smart learning systems will replace teachers in foreseeable future and render them jobless. In fact, the future of learning with AI will give rise to a hybrid approach where AI will assist teachers in effectively meeting the varied needs of many students simultaneously. In future, the role of teachers will evolve. Human educators will be able to spend their time more efficiently and effectively in teaching and research. Mundane and repetitive roles of a teacher will be relegated to AI and complex and creative tasks will be performed by humans. By using AI in their classrooms, teachers will not only be able to teach their subjects with greater depth but will also be able to cultivate curiosity and creativity among students. Teacher will play a pivotal role in creating personalized learning environments that are dynamic, scalable, robust and economically viable.

Recent Businesses have adopted Employees who are starting to see the benefits of having more flexibility in their working hours and locations as virtual work technology has advanced amazingly quickly. As leaders accept a once-in-lifetime opportunity to rest work utilizing a hybrid paradigm as they accept what is feasible. every business in the world uses hybrid work culture, many companies use full remote work, while some run hybrid systems. A hybrid workplace is very important for employees to do work effectively and positively. They also work from the office, at home, or elsewhere, so it is very helpful to the employee. the hybrid work mode is the future of the working model and it is beneficial to the employee. An efficient hybrid system promotes staff to work productively, with high levels of performance and amiable co-workers. Concerns regarding hybrid work include how it will affect productivity, how it will change corporate culture, and how it may hinder career advancement. A hybrid working paradigm is detrimental to luring in a varied workforce, namely working parents, individuals with different health needs, and those who are impacted by the rising cost of living close to their place of employment. A workplace plan that incorporates hybrid working may improve work-life balance, increase engagement and productivity, and build a varied and impartial staff, which will spur revolution and progress.
