ABSTRACT Balaram is situated in Banaskantha district of Gujarat. The district takes the name from the river Banas that flows through the district. The Banaskantha district as its name indicates consists of the territories situated on around the river Banas. Quantitative analysis was carried out of selected dominant fabaceae species in Balaram and its environs. For the enumeration of the fabaceae species systematic random sampling method was followed. For the enumeration of plants species sample plots of either 20 20 mts size for tree, 5 5 mts size for shrubs, climber and 1 1 mt size for herbs were demarcated in different areas of Balaram. Ecological parameters like frequency, density and abundance were studied for the fabaceae species recorded in the sample plots. In herb species dominant due to their frequency are followed as Tephrosia purpuria (L.) Pers., Crotalaria burhia Buch. Ham., Indigofera spicata Forssk., Indigofera linnaei Ali. and Alysicarpus longifolius (Spreng.) Wight & Arn. Dominant species of the climber are Canavalia ensiformis (L.) DC., Lablab purpurea (L.) Sweet. and Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp. Dominant species of the tree species are Butea monosperma (Lam.) Taub. and dominant species of the shrub is Cajanus cajan (L.) Huth.

Bank is a financial institution where savers and borrowers come together. Savers are the persons who utilize their surplus money in the form of deposits and borrowers are the persons who borrow money to meet their deficiencies in the form of taking loans.Banks acts as an intermediary where repayment of money lended is not certain. Therefore management of credit is essential because there are chances for default thereby leading to Bad Debts. This study focuses on Credit Management with special reference to Axis Bank, Guruvayoor. Axis Bank is considered as the third largest Private Sector Bank offering a wide range of financial services.

As a method whose creator is Sigmund Freud and has been used in many different disciplines since 20th century, imagology, when it comes to literary criticism, locates the other in the center of his study area and requires interdisciplinary approach. In this study, first of all, what the imagology is and its working principles will be mentioned, and then two different images which are local and urban people encountered in Yakup Kadris novel Yaban it means wild in English will be identified and examined. In the context of prejudices and stereotypes within the scope of imagology, these images belonging to two different social statuses that share the same geography but are constructed as the other for each other will be tried to reveal and to analyze with their reasons by using pluralistic method.

Regenerative medicine uses MSC as a tool to promote tissue regeneration. A major action of MSC to repair pathological degeneration is secreting paracrine secretory factors to reduce inflammation and accelerating tissue regeneration. MSC from different origins produce different significant trophic factors. Using MSC that fits to the need is a strategy for regenerative therapy. Here, we investigated paracrine bFGF TGF-? and IGF, as significant secretory factors, in MSC derived from human amniotic fluid (AF-MSC), Whartons jelly (WJ-MSC) and endometrium. The work quantified the levels of bFGF TGF-? and IGF gene transcriptions using quantitated real time RT-PCR and the secretory levels of trophic factors using ELISA assay. Our results indicated that bFGF was a significant trophic factor secreted by AF-MSC, whereas, TGF-? was a significant factor in WJ-MSC. AF-MSC secreted bFGF at 3 times over to control human fibroblasts. Secreting of IGF binding protein was found at a low level in AF-MSC, WJ-MSC and EM-MSC as compared to the secreting of control human fibroblast. Moreover, we found that WJ-MSC at late culture had a high level mRNA transcribed in bFGF TGF-? and IGF genes. They showed 2 times of bFGF and TGF-? genes expression and 7 times of IGF-1 gene expression higher than control. However, our study in allelic expression of IGF-2 imprinted gene analysis indicated epigenetic imbalance in WJ-MSC at late cultured passage. We conclude that an optimal MSC type for treatment in different pathologic diseases should be provided regarding a dissimilar significant trophic factor of each MSC origin. We also suggested that MSC in late cultured might great offer in regenerative medicine as cell-free therapy.

Students Attendance gadget is smart way of marking attendance. This work describes the methodology where attendance of students is taken with the aid of capturing the photograph of the school room and with the aid of detecting and recognizing the faces of college students and matching it with the database and marking attendance. This approach overcomes some of the drawbacks of the guide attendance system and additionally we can have a view of the file of attendance of students enrolled for that specific class.

This study examined gender and locality differences on anxiety and gender role conflict with 600 Mizo adolescents aged between 15 to 18 years (300 males, 300 females and 300 urbans, 300 rural), from different districts of Mizoram. The participants were tested using Gender Role Conflict Scale (GRCS) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale- 42 (DASS- 42) in classroom settings. The findings of the present study show significant independent effect of gender and locality on anxiety, in which female participantsas compared to male participantsscored higher on anxiety; and urban participants as compared to rural participants scored higher on anxiety. Also, rural participants scored higher than urban participants on restrictive emotionality and restrictive affectionate behavior between men/women subscales of GRCS, whereas, the urban participants scored higher than the rural participants on conflict between work and family relations subscale of GCRS.

Regenerative medicine is a strategy of treat degenerative pathology. Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) has been used as tool for tissue regeneration. Both MSC embedding in scaffold and MSC from microfracture techniques are presented by previous study for regeneration at site of cartilage injury. To studied and compare cartilage regeneration by MSC embedding in scaffold and microfracture techniques, we contributed a cartilages defect rabbit knee using a stainless steel drill. PEGDA-scaffold, which was embedded with MSC was implanted over the left knee lesion, whereas, the injured right knee was drilled deep into subchondral bone for leaking of bone marrow-MSC. Rabbits were sacrificed at 12 weeks after surgery to examine macroscopic appearance of the articular following the modified ICRS evaluation. Macroscopic appearance was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. We found that cartilage repairs with the uses of microfracture technique showed a better result as compared to the uses of MSC/PEGDA scaffold implantation technique, as seen in ICRs scores. The treatment with microfracture technique improved smooth cartilage surface, subchondral bone formation and reduce inflammation in rabbit knee. We conclude that microfracture technique is an efficient treatment for tissue regeneration in knee injury.

Gandhi and Macaulay both were philosophers and their philosophies are still relevant. Thomas Babington Macaulay, better known as Lord Macaulay, is the man who brought English language and British education to India. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi gave us the first indigenous education system named Basic Education in the British Raj. The foreign education system makes the Indian weak and fragile. Instruction in the foreign language decreases critical thinking as well as prepares the common masses to follow the guidelines laid down by the Britishers. It took many years for the Indians to overcome the trauma inflicted by their colonizers. The retaliation of the colonized to their colonizers can be seen in the Basic Education of 1937 laid down by M.K. Gandhi in which he had given them the hope of freedom and sovereignty. Gandhi knew that education plays a very effective role in the awakening of Indian masses. He worked even before the Wardha Commission as Britishers were also working on the education of Indians before the Macaulay minutes. This Basic Education or Wardha Commission or The Nai Talim creates a sense of unity and interdependence among fellow Indians by giving the concept of vocational education that was purely indigenous.
