Consider the energy-band diagram of the n-p-n bipolar transistor in the forward active mode, at which the emitter-base junction is forward biased and the collector-base junction is reverse biased. The forward-biased junction voltage reduces the potential barrier at the emitter-base junction and triggers the injection of electrons from the emitter to the base. The reduced potential barrier also helps holes diffuse through the forward-biased emitter-base junction into the emitter region. The supply of electrons at the emitter contact provides the emitter current, and the supply of holes at the base contact results in the base current. Since the collector junction is reverse biased, the energy band bends down and prevents hole injection from the base to the collector. The electrons injected into the base, however, are assisted by the field in the collector-base depletion region and are swept to the collector. The collection of electrons at the collector contact gives rise to the collector current has been undertaken to investigate

Throughout the beginning of time, the North-East Region has been linked to the rest of the world by riverine routes for both people and goods trade. In North East India, the Brahmaputra and Barak Rivers play a significant role in transportation. These rivers were heavily used for trade and transportation between the northeast and Kolkata during British rule as too. The rivers made it possible to export tea and other items to Kolkata and other areas of the world as the tea business in Assam grew. In 1844, the Brahmaputra was utilised by the British East India Company to link Kolkata and Dibrugarh. At about the same time, the Barak-Surma-Meghna navigation canal connected Kolkata with Silchar in Assam. The current study aims to determine how Assam's greater economic connection with the rest of the globe through the Indo-Bangladesh Protocol Route was made possible by the river system (IBPR).

Printed collections of Santal songs in the original Santali are listed in the Bibliography the chief collections being Hor Soren and Don Soren, published jointly by Gopal Gamaliel Soren and myself in 1943. Hor Seron comprises 1676 songs which are sung at festivals or dances, Don Soren 1824 songs which are sung at weddings. A further 129 cultivation songs are included in the second volume. The majority of these songs are ancestral but it is part of the vitality of Santal poetry that new songs are sometimes made up on the spur of the moment. There is no special class of poet, singer or bard, and the songs are accordingly communal in origin and inspiration. Songs connected with the induction ceremony of Caco Chatiar and with the ritual of Karam are given in Stephen H. Murmu's Karam or Caco Chatiar (published 1945). The special songs, known as Bir Soren, which are sung in the privacy of the forest, are as yet unpublished. A manuscript collection amounting to almost one thousand is with me and I hope in due course to deposit it in the India Office Library, London.

: This paper focuses on Design & Development of Health-care Patient Monitoring System using cloud Environment ,In traditional method of patient monitoring the patients physiological information is on paper recorded by the nurses. As these nurses work on shift basis the latest details of the patient may not be completely explained from outgoing to incoming nurse. Many times the diagnosis is made based on manually recorded physiological information and the prescription was noted without concern with tolerant current medical records. With such conventional method diagnoses as well as the recommendation are noted against the law, which does not permit to do experts to have an easy entry to tole rants record. With such scenario it is bit difficult to diagnose the patient correctly for the proper treatment. This leads to the expansion of store and ahead at least under ICU environment. With such system the patient's normal functioning in the form of space-time records of biological event are seize, stored for as long as to the experts for unplugged. To facilitate population living in rural as well as interior part of the country with portable battery operated Telemetric unit. To provide flexibility to such patients to have distant medical checkups as well as continuous patient monitoring. Shows methodology and basic idea about how the sensors, actuators Connected to processor which able to process the signal in proper graphical physiological parameters of patients displayed on monitor by Java Programming technique later its connected to wireless sensor network then sent to web server to the experts present on another side.

Introduction: Assertive communication attempts to transcend these extremes by appealing to the shared interest of all parties; it "focuses on the issue, not the person". Aggressive and/or passive communication, on the other hand, may mark a relationship's end, and reduce self-respect. Aim: A true experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of assertiveness training program on level of assertive behaviour among adolescent girls in selected Village Sagar (M.P.) Objectives: 1) To assess the pre-test and level of assertive behaviour among adolescent girls in both experimental group and control group. 2)To develop assertiveness training module. 3)To compare the effectiveness of assertiveness training module on behaviour among adolescent girls in experimental group and control group 4) To find out the association between the post-test level of assertive behaviour Among adolescent girls with their selected demographic variables in experimental group and control group. Method: Quantitative research approach will be used for the study. True experimental design will be adopted with pre-test post-test control group design. The study was conducted at selected village Amakhurd Sagar M.P. It is situated near to the Jhansi Road NH 26. Probability sampling; simple random sampling technique was used. Findings: The analysis of pre-test level of Assertive behaviour in control group, revealed that 18(72%) had non-assertive behaviour and 7(28%) had mild level of Assertive behaviour. whereas the post-test level of Assertive behaviour in control group, revealed that 16(64%) had non-Assertive behaviour and 9(36%) had mild level of Assertive behaviour. The analysis of pre-test level of Assertive behaviour in experimental group, revealed that 15(60%) had non-assertive behaviour and 12(40%) had mild level of Assertive behaviour, whereas the post-test level of Assertive behaviour in experimental group, revealed that 2(8%) had non-Assertive behaviour and 9(36%) had mild level of Assertive behaviour and 14 (56%) had assertive behaviour. When comparing the post-test level of assertive behaviour score between the experimental and control group, the post-test mean score in the experimental group was 123.16 with 26.74 and the post-test mean score in the control group was 68.04 with S.D 27.07. The calculated unpaired t" value of t = 7.25 was found to be statistically significant at p<0.001 level. This clearly indicates that after the administration of assertiveness training on level of assertive behaviour. Conclusion: Assertiveness training is more effective intervention to improve the level of assertive behaviour. The assertiveness training helps to promote well-being of the persons. The experimental group late adolescent girls were experienced more benefit.

Cancer is caused by the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the body, which is influenced by genetic and environmental factors. Some of the main factors that increase the risk of breast cancer are modern lifestyle changes, food choices, genetic vulnerability, family history, estrogen exposure, age, late night working, hazardous chemical exposure, obesity in the postmenopausal phase, and exposure to high doses of radiation. It is the most commonly diagnosed cancer and the leading cause of cancer deaths in women worldwide. Treatment and prevention of breast cancer are important issues in public health and medical practice. The current treatment strategy for this disease focuses on early detection and treatment. The current treatment strategy for this disease focuses on early detection and treatment. A literature study compiles and contrasts information on the clinical stages of breast cancer, wait times for treatment, and hurdles to access in various nations. It shows that while most high-income nations diagnose more than 70% of breast cancer patients in stages I and II, most low- and middle-income countries only diagnose 20% to 50% of patients in these earlier stages. New therapeutic approaches for breast cancer have been made possible by recent advancements in our understanding of the molecular and genetic changes underlying breast cancer's progression and development. According to the hypothesis, the result of novel treatment for breast cancer will emerge from identifying specific molecular targets that are exposed in research designed to illuminate the gene and molecules implicated in breast carcinogenesis. The fundamentals, pathophysiology, and classification of breast cancer are highlighted in this review, along with problems like multidrug resistance (by ABC transporter, P-glycoprotein, MDR-associated Protein (MRP1), breast cancer resistance protein (BCRP), drug resistance in breast cancer, and multidrug resistance in breast cancer cells in vitro), altered microtubules, altered enzyme, p-53 tumour suppressor gene, cell cycle, altered DNA repair processes, cell death response, and different types of It also covers potential and cutting-edge imaging methods for the treatment of breast cancer.
