This research investigates the transformative effects of the cashless revolution in rural India, focusing on Beed District in Maharashtra. The emergence of internet payments has had a profound impact on traditional merchant operations and financial inclusion in the region. This study looks into the impact of online payment methods on economic diminuendos and inclusionary processes in Beed District by doing a complete analysis of merchant revenues and financial access. The study examines the changing prospects of the cashless revolution and their meaning in rural India, particularly on how internet payments affect the earnings of merchants and the status of financial inclusion. With the development of online digital payment systems into more corners of rural economies, understanding their significances is critical for development. Using empirical analysis and case studies, we discuss the effect of online payment methods on the revenue streams of merchants based in rural areas and also its further implications on financial inclusion.

This research paper evaluates the use of computerization in cooperative banks in Beed District, Maharashtra, India. The study looks into how many cooperative banks in the region have adopted computerization projects, what factors influence adoption decisions, and how computerization affects bank operations and client service. On the other hand, the study also cites persisting hurdles, such as security breaches, digital literacy barriers, and regulatory compliance complications that prevent cooperative banks from fully leveraging the benefits of computerization. All things considered, this study adds to the expanding corpus of research on the use of technology in the banking industry and sheds light on the advantages and disadvantages of computerization in cooperative banks in Beed District, Maharashtra. Policymakers, financial regulators, and practitioners looking to boost inclusive growth in rural regions and improve the efficacy of digital efforts should take note of the findings.

Abstract: This study critically assesses the impact of Savitribai Phule's social reforms on the advancement of women in Indian society from an analytical perspective. Savitribai Phule, a prominent figure in the 19th-century Indian social reform movement, dedicated her life to advocating for women's rights, education, and social equality. Through a comprehensive analysis of historical sources, biographical accounts, and scholarly literature, this study examines the multifaceted influence of Savitribai Phule's initiatives on the status and empowerment of women in Indian society. Key areas of focus include the expansion of educational opportunities for women, efforts to challenge patriarchal norms and discriminatory practices, and the promotion of women's participation in social and political spheres. By critically evaluating the legacy of Savitribai Phule, this study aims to shed light on the enduring relevance of her ideals and contributions to the ongoing struggle for gender equality and social justice in India.

Manufacturing industry deal with the converting the raw material into the finished product, there are several activities which are associated in this process and all this processes are associated with the several expenses which are Machining expenses, labour expenses, electricity expenses, inventory expenses, marketing and operational expenses etc. among this all cost the inventory expenses hold the more than 50% of the total expenses and 70% cost of the product MRP, due to this inventory is most important for manufacturing industry for lowering the product price as well as for quality of product. Poor inventory management can create several problems for the manufacturing industry which are higher inventory related cost, storage issues, no optimum level of inventory, poor efficiency, higher wastage and longer delivery period. This all problem is cause create unbalance in the process and leads to reduces the product quality as well as it directly affect the profitability of the company, also it directly increase the product price and leads to lesser customer satisfaction level because customer want product with lesser price and good quality. This study aim is to analysis the inventory related issues that industry faces also analysis the effectiveness of just in time inventory management technique with its all benefits, lacking and effective method for implementation.

South Kosala region comprising the southern part of Chhatisgarh and undivided Sambalpur, Balangir Kalahandi, Koraput and Phulbani district of Odisha played a significant role for the revival of many cults like Buddhism, Jainism and Brahmanical Hinduism right from the beginning under the patronage of various dynasties like Guptas, Sarabhapuriyas, Somavamsis and Kalachuris. Apart from the Saivism, Vaisnavism and Saktism many minor religions like Saura, Ganapatya, Brahma cult, flourished throughout the region and immensely contributed for the development of the same in coastal Odisha after the conquest of Utkala by the Somavamsis in 9th century A.D. In the present article an attempt has been made to show the art and iconography of Surya images found in this region.

Cosmeceuticals is an amalgamation of cosmetics, Pharmacy, and Chemistry with bioactive ingredients purposed to have medicinal benefits. Nanotechnology is a potentially beneficial and rapidly growing field that uses nanomaterials and has tremendous suggestions for society, industry, medicines, and cosmeceuticals. Cosmeceuticals are rapidly gaining momentousness in the sectors of skincare and wellness. The cosmetic industry was among the first to implement nanotechnology in product development. Nanotechnology shows a promising approach to designing a product with much better bioavailability, decreased toxicity, and a targeted drug delivery system. By overcoming certain draw-backs associated with the traditional system, Nanotechnology has been escalating in the field of cosmeceuticals. the use of nanocosmetics has risen over the years at a large scale. The political participation of tribal communities in India is a complex and multifaceted phenomenon encompassing various dimensions, including electoral representation, grassroots activism, and engagement in policy formulation. This paper provides an overview of the key factors influencing tribal political participation and explores the challenges and opportunities faced by tribal populations in the Indian political landscape. The political participation of tribals is crucial for the inclusive and democratic functioning of the Indian polity, given these communities' diverse cultural, social, and economic backgrounds. This study draws on existing literature, case studies, and empirical data to analyze the historical context and evolution of tribal political participation in India. The research investigates the impact of constitutional provisions such as Scheduled Tribes (ST) reservations, Panchayati Raj institutions, and other affirmative action policies on tribal political liberation. Examines the extent to which these mechanisms have facilitated or hindered the effective participation of tribals in decision-making processes at local, state, and national levels. Furthermore, the study reconnoitres into the socio-economic factors influencing tribal political engagement, including education, economic development, and social awareness. It also reconnoitres the role of traditional tribal leadership structures, cultural values, and community solidarity in shaping political participation patterns. The abstract highlights the challenges faced by tribal communities in accessing political representation, such as issues related to land rights, displacement, and marginalisation. It also sheds light on civil society organizations play multiple roles, and advocacy groups in amplifying tribal voices, and addressing the concerns within the political sphere. The findings of this research aim to contribute to a nuanced understanding of tribal political participation in India and provide a perception for policymakers, researchers, and activists working towards enhancing the political empowerment of tribal communities. Ultimately, the study seeks to promote a more inclusive and equitable political landscape that reflects the diverse aspirations and needs of India's tribal population.

This research paper examines the challenges facing Manikarnika Ghat, one of the oldest and most revered ghats located in Varanasi, India, and explores potential architectural solutions for its preservation and conservation. The ghat holds immense religious and cultural significance for Hindus and is an important tourist attraction, but it faces numerous challenges that threaten its preservation and conservation.
