Data were collected by the distribution of questionnaires among 68 employees in selected advertising agencies within Kathmandu valley through fully structured questionnaire. The study uses SPSS for coding the collected data, which encode the alphabet into numerical form and derive the result from it. Data was processed using statistical tools like mean, ANOVA, and correlation. Results indicate that among various factors, compensation, recognition and appreciation for work, challenging nature of job and feeling of personal accomplishment are the major factors that affect the level of satisfaction among the employees working in the advertising sector.

 Abstract

This research paper wants to identify the research objective that the effect of simulated video in biology learning for senior secondary students on academic achievement. 60 students (30 control group, 30 experimental groups) who studied at Rishi Bhumi Inter College Saurikh, Kannauj affiliated with Uttar Pradesh Senior Secondary Education Board U.P. (India) in the academic year 2018-2019 participated. In this research quantitative method was used to conducting research. The instructional material included biology subject topic cell and development biology concept used in simulated video teaching. The result of present research endeavour that the experimental group of students was getting more enhancement in academic achievement who were taught by simulated video than the control group of students taught by the conventional style of the teaching. Based on data analysis, the researcher finds out that the academic achievement of experimental group is more than control group.

 Abstract

Abstract: low back speaks to one of the significant reasons for disability around the world. Our research has the motivation behind featuring the proof supporting the distinctive rehabilitative systems depicted for it. Altogether, 26 examinations were seen reasonable as remembered for the research (14 articles about Pilates, six about McKenzie (MK), one article about Feldenkrais, three about Global Postural Rehabilitation (GPR) and two about Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation). The impact of activity treatment was inspected for each single investigation through changes in the principle clinical results (torment, handicap,) personal satisfaction (QoL) and mental angles and the focused on parts of physical capacity (muscle quality, mobility, solid movement and adaptability). All the systems are viable for the examination bunches as for the benchmark groups in lessening torment and handicap and improving the QoL and keeping up benefits at development; Pilates, Back School, MK and Feldenkrais strategies decrease torment and are more proficient than a pharmacological or instrumental methodology in diminishing capacity and improving every mental angle moreover. GPR shows dependable outcomes for the last result. Until now, it is hard to vow the predominance of one methodology over another. Further excellent research is expected to affirm the impact of these strategies, together with the utilization of increasingly fitting assessment measures.

 Abstract

A slope failure is a common occurrence that a slope collapses instantaneously due to weakened the self-retainability of the earth under the influence of various factors such as rainfall, earthquake, geological features, construction activities, external loading rapid drawdown erosion, etc. Generally, four types of failures are Translational, Rotational, Wedge, and rotational failure. This study is to examine and create a wedge failure slope by introducing a shear zone in the slope in clay soil. When the slope is prepared manually in clay with optimum moisture content and proper compaction, the clay itself gives enough stability for the slope. However, in the case of field conditions, the slope will have different strata and not have homogenous soil conditions. To make the manually prepared slope with field condition, a layer of filler material added as a predefined failure plane or shear zone in the slope. The index and engineering properties soil is studied, and three samples such as wood chips sawdust and thermocol balls used to make the shear zone. The interaction study conducted in clay soil with each sample separately using the direct shear test. From the test result, Sawdust with cohesion C 1.37, which gives the least value among the taken samples. Hence, it has chosen to use it in the slope to make it a failure by getting the lowest shear stress and friction between soil and filler material.

 Abstract

The present study entitled Emotional Maturity among Higher Secondary School Students of Aizawl City: A Comparative Study was conducted on 200 students of two Deficit and two Private Higher Secondary Schools in Aizawl City. From the four schools selected, data was collected using The Emotional Maturity Scale developed by Dr.Yashvir Singh and Dr. Mahesh Bhargava. The present study is an attempt to provide a clear picture on the emotional maturity of Higher Secondary School students in Aizawl City. The comparison on the emotional maturity reveals no significant difference among higher secondary school students based on their type of school and stream of study.

 Abstract

Agricultural land suitability analysis is a prerequisite for sustainable agriculture. In that process geo environmental parameters and the expertise of computer scientist to analyze and interpret the information is required. It involves evaluation criteria, ranging from soil fertility, communication, infrastructure, irrigation facility, agricultural land etc. The inappropriate use of land without suitability analysis may lead to ecological, economic and social problem. Multi-criteria decision making techniques like ranking and rating are used for suitability analysis with the help of Remote Sensing (RS) and GIS techniques. In this work using the high resolution Sentinel 2B optical data and also used Google Earth Engine (GEE) for extract agriculture land. The present study highlights the land suitability analysis and socio economic status of some places of Sankrail block and Gopiballavpur-II block, Jhargram District, West Bengal, India. Its main feature was to support of GIS capabilities that converted the map on digital format. Different Geo-environmental, socio economic development and infrastructural criteria like agricultural land, road, infrastructure (market, bank), fertility map, and irrigation were considered to match the local environmental conditions for land suitability analysis. The support of expert knowledge through on spatial tools to derive criteria weights with the use of their relative importance by using pair-wise comparison method technique was also used. Then the weighting sum techniques were applied to analyze the suitable land for agriculture.

 Abstract

Sentiment analysis is such a groundwork space that understands and extracts the opinion from the given review and also the analysis method includes Natural Language Processing (NLP), linguistics, text analytics and classifying the polarity of the opinion. With in the field of sentiment analysis there are several algorithms exist to tackle natural language processing issues. On scrutiny with numerous algorithms like GA(Genetic Algorithm) and PCA(Principal component Analysis), it's that combining SVM(Support Vector Machine) with PSO(Particle swarm optimization) offers an improved accuracy for optimization for product reviews characteristic pretend product or not. In this paper we have used NLP for text preprocessing, Naive Bayes classifier for rating classification, and SVM algorithm to detect fake reviews and spam by providing a better accuracy.
