In recent years, low power has emerged as an attractive target for high-level VLSI circuits. A 2-bit GDI-based Magnitude Comparator has also been suggested and implemented utilizing modified GDI semiconductors in order to satisfy something quite comparable at the highest spot on the demand list. In cutting-edge VLSI setup circuits, comparators are a necessary component. In the present instances, reduced devices are motivated by a demand for low power and a smaller on-chip space. Using Modified GDI innovation, we present a new Magnitude Comparator for adjusting the range of lower supply voltages. In terms of varied pattern boundaries, the suggested GDI approach based degree comparator has the benefit of requiring less management. When compared to a standard CMOS size comparison, fewer semiconductors are predicted to be present. Tanner EDA Tool version 12.6 at 45nm cycle innovation is used to frame and simulate both circuits.

Menstruation is the regular intrauterine bleeding of female after puberty. There are various physical and mental paining by menstruation is called dysmenorrhea. Few studies on dysmenorrhea occurs due to rotational shift various changes in menstrual characteristics, changes in quality of life of nurses and myofascial pain occur in female nurses. Aim of the study: The study aims to assess the impact of rotational shift work patterns (rotational shifts) on dysmenorrhea in females nurses aged 18-40 to examine the dysmenorrhea and musculoskeletal pain, occurrence of MTrPs and menstrual characteristics among nurses in India. Study design: A research on comparative study of two groups that were selected as one group of nurses from college (day shift working nurses) and other group of nurses from hospital (rotational working nurses) Methodology: The comparative study of rotational shift works pattern impact upon menstrual characteristics on quality of life and myofascial pain occurs in nurse at Navsari area. It is questionnaire used for assessment. There is NPRS for pain and QOL scale taken for difficulty in activity of living. Result: There is QOL score has no significant differences found in both day and night shift working nurses. There is no significant differences found in NPRS of MPTS of quadratus lumborum, rectus abdominis and paraspinal muscle but, gluteus medius muscle has showed the significant in female nurses who working day shift than night shift. Conclusion: In present study is shows no changes in QOL of both shift working nurses and some changes in NPRS scale in both groups. There is no significant differences found in QOL both groups in day or night shift works nurses but, there is significant differences showed in NPRS of MTrPs of gluteus medius muscle.

The present study investigated the relationship between parental involvement and self-efficacy of senior secondary students of Meerut district. For this study a representative sample of 400 12th class students was taken from 8 CBSE schools of Meerut district by using stratified random sampling technique. And the parental involvement of the students was measured by Dr Vijaya Lakshmi Chauhan and Mrs Gunjan Ganotra Arora parental involvement scale, while Dr G.P Mathur and Dr Rajkumari Bhatnagar self-efficacy scale was used to measure the self efficacy of the students. And the result of the study showed that there exist positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and parental involvement of senior secondary school students.

Mating ratio is the ratio of males to females in a population kept for breeding purpose. It is also called sex ratio and one of the major factors for the productive and reproductive performance of each and every species of animals but also an important determining factor for cost economics for rearing. Quails (Coturnix sp.) are generally kept for egg production in Far East and Asian Countries, while they are reared primarily for meat production in European and American Countries. Quails are also used as laboratory birds because of their short life span and small size. Mating ratio affects lots of traits like productive traits, reproductive traits and some other parameters also either directly or indirectly, alone or in combination with other factors in quails as well as other avian species and animals. Besides the other effects the major and important one are observed in fertility and hatchability of eggs. Number of results found by different scientists but most of the studies observed that higher mating ratio (1:1 to 1:3) performed better than lower mating ratio (1:4 to 1:7) in terms of egg production. Similar results were recorded from most of the researchers for the hatched chick weight and fertility while the others found just opposite results for fertility. But for hatchability trait and embryonic mortality the results have so many variations with majority of non significant difference among the different mating ratios. There are very less literature were found on the effect of mating ratio on carcass traits and behavioral traits while the not a single literature was recorded for the effect of mating ratio on feed intake, feed conversion ratio and cost economics for rearing for extra males in breeding group/population. This review summarizes how mating ratio affect the number of economic traits of quail. The aim is to emphasize the role of mating ratio in quail farming and lots of future needs and scopes for the research works in that field.

As OTT platforms have increased, it has replaced the television in the entertainment industry. Nowadays OTT platforms like Netflix, hotstar, Amazon Prime, Sony LIV, Voot, etc are preferred by customers. Numbers of subscribers number of subscribers to this OTT platform has been increasing. And because of the pandemic there is Surge in amount of subscribers seen during this two years. Through this paper we are going to study how demographics of the customers change it's preference towards the OTT platform. We will consider the various factors like age, gender, occupation and the content. The data was collected by a descriptive research through Google forms. Finding of this study will give us more conclusive status of the consumer preference towards OTP platform.

As we are going through this pandemic period of covid-19 for the last two years, it has affected the education system in a very bad manner. The covid-19 pandemic has created a huge disturbance in the education system by affecting more than 1.6 billion learners in more than 200 countries. The social distancing and other restrictions have disturbed the traditional teaching methodologies. In order to safeguard the students in this pandemic education system has adopted the new technology of teaching and learning. More than 90% of the countries have adopted remote learning policies i.e. E-learning. Almost all of the schools and colleges are using digital platforms like MS-Teams, Google classroom, Zoom, and so on for delivering the lectures. But is it a really effective method to deliver the knowledge is still a question. Not all learners are able to attend online classes because most of the students live in a rural areas where they face network issues. I have taken a survey on the "Impact of online learning" on students in this study.
