 Abstract

In this paper, we define quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic refined sets and its properties. Also we examine some desired properties of quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic refined sets. Further we introduce the concept of quadripartitioned single valued neutrosophic refined topological spaces and study the basic concepts with examples in detail.

 Abstract

Ecommerce is the buying and selling of goods and services over the Internet. It is conducted over computers, tablets, smartphones, and other smart devices. Almost anything can be purchased through ecommerce today.E-commerce puts new demands not only on support and delivery IT, but also on the way business processes have to be designed, deployed, and maintained. So our proposed idea is to develop a user friendly website for Ecommerce. To implement e-commerce, a virtual store on the Internet is needed which allows customers to seek for products and select them from a catalog. The customer needs to fill some fields to order a specific product. This research paper focuses on Sales Analysis and Product Price Optimization .

 Abstract

The study, design, fabrication, synthesis, manufacture, and application of nanoscale materials, devices, and systems are known as nanotechnology. Nano is derived from the Greek word dwarf. One billionth of a meter, or 109 m, is a nanometer. Because of the prominence of particles in this range, they can have unique and better properties as compared to bigger materials. Nanomaterials are distinguished from ordinary materials by their increased surface area and quantum effects. It's still difficult to deliver anti-cancer medications to cancer cells specifically. Conventional therapy has failed to appropriately treat cancer due to drug availability, unfavorable side effects, and drug resistance. Nanotechnology holds a lot of promise for revolutionizing how doctors diagnose and treat cancer patients. Nanotechnology is already having a substantial impact on patient care, posing major future problems such as improving the design and engineering of cancer-targeting materials. One of the most terrible diseases of our day is cancer. A world in which millions of people are killed every year. cancer, uncontrolled apoptotic cell proliferation It frequently vanishes and necessitates a lengthy procedure. It demonstrates clinical variability and treatment resistance because of its genetic and phenotypic complexity. In recent years, a lot of work has been put in. Dedicated to creating nanotechnology to improve and decrease anticancer drug delivery to tumor tissue, as well as the distribution and toxicity of anticancer treatments in healthy tissues. Much has changed. Polymers Nanoparticles, liposomes, dendrimers, nanoshells, carbon Nanotubes, superparamagnetic nanoparticles, and nuclei Acid-based nanoparticles are examples of innovative nanotechnology platforms.

Nowadays, tumor is the second main reason for cancer. It is a fibrous mess of tissues that may be cancerous or non-cancerous. Tumors can arise in distinct places and can be hazardous. This paper proposes the model for treating the brain cancer using the image processing technique and with the help of the convolutional network users can recognize whether the tumor is present in the brain or not. The MRI images is being inputted and the result is displayed in terms of Yes or No.

 Abstract

This research paper titled Employee Attrition and its effects in IT Sector is an attempt to acknowledge the merits and demerits of employee attrition. Looking at the worldwide serious situation, there are ocean of opportunities for gifted people who are skilled, talented, capable people on the planet, and given a decent possibility, employees start moving with one company then onto the next. Employee Attrition is viewed as the main point of contention for all companies nowadays, considering its unfavorable impacts on work environment, workplace productivity, profitability of the company, and achieving hierarchical targets on schedule. Any sort of attrition is classically perceived to have a financial expense. Additionally, it is workable for an organization to utilize employee attrition to its advantage only in certain conditions, depending on that the working costs are managed without giving any mass layoffs.

 Abstract

There have been many criticisms about the low performance of students in mathematics by the examinations conducted by the West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). Comparing the performance of students in mathematics in the district to their performance in the WASSCE leaves some discrepancies. This study, therefore, examined the distracter efficiency and reliability coefficient of teacher made achievement test of senior high schools in Ghana . The research design adopted for the study was a descriptive survey. Purposive sampling was used to select the school for the study. The data was gathered from an adopted teacher-made test developed from the mathematics syllabus of the Ghana Education Service by the teachers. The fifty items were randomly sampled from the previous (2018-2021) end-of-term mathematics test of Brakwa Senior High and Technical School teachers. Kuder Richardson version 20 (KR20) statistics was used to check for the reliability of the study instrument and percentages for the functional distractors and non-functional distractors. The finding revealed that out of fifty (50) items, 38 were good, and 12 were poor as indicated by the distracter efficiency. It could be concluded from the findings that generally the distractor and reliability analyses result of the teacher-made test of Brakwa Senior High and Technical in mathematics was better. It was recommended that heads of the mathematics department of Brakwa Senior High and Technical School should organise more in-service training on item analysis for mathematics teachers to upgrade and improve their test construction skills.

 Abstract

पुरुष प्रधान भारतीय संस्कृति में स्त्री को निम्न दर्जा होने से उसे दु:ख, यातना, पीड़ा आदि को चुपचाप सहन करना पड़ा है। यह सच है कि वर्तमान स्त्री घर-परिवार तक ही सीमित नहीं रही है बल्कि पढ़-लिखकर विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में ऊँचे पद की नौकरियाँ कर रही हैं। कुछ स्त्रियाँ अपना उद्योग-व्यवसाय संभाल रही है और कुछ गृह-उद्योग में अपना योगदान दे रही है। इन सभी माध्यमों से भारतीय स्त्री अपना अस्तित्व, अपनी पहचान बनाने में सफल होती दिखाई दे रही है। नागरी जीवन में इस सत्य को नकारा नहीं जा सकता किन्तु ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में परिस्थितियाँ भिन्न दिखाई देती हैं। आज भी ग्रामीण स्त्री अनेक ही समस्याओं से जूझ रही है। कई तरह के मेहनती कार्य उसे करने पड़ते है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में आय का एक मात्र साधन खेती होता है। अत: खेती में उसे मजदूरी तो करनी ही होती है, साथ ही घर-परिवार, भेड़-बकरियाँ, मुर्गियाँ आदि को भी संभालना पड़ता है। उनके भरण-पोषण का ध्यान रखना उसी के जिम्मे होता है। ज्यादातर ग्रामीण पुरुष व्यसनाधीन होने से अपने घर-परिवार की देखभाल भी उसे ही करनी पड़ती है। ग्राम जीवन में कुछ ऐसे भी परिवार होते है जिन्हें अपनी खेती-बाड़ी नहीं होती या व्यवसाय का कोई एक साधन भी नहीं होता परिणामत: उन्हें ओरों के खेतों में मजदूरी करनी पड़ती है। अपने पुरुष के कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर ऐसी ग्रामीण स्त्रियाँ कड़ी मेहनत करती है। कुछ कार्यों में तो वे पुरुष से अधिक कार्य कुशल होती है किन्तु मजदूरी का मुआवजा पुरुष की तुलना में बहुत कम मिलता है। इस तरह के श्रम विभाजन से उसका आर्थिक शोषण होता रहा है। साथ ही ढेर सारे बच्चे पैदा करना, कभी गर्भपात हो जाना, उसमें कुपोषण, कमजोरी जैसी अन्य कई बिमारियों से वह जुझती रहती है। इन समस्याओं के घेरे में आज भी वह ग्रामीण खेतीहर स्त्री घिरी हुई है। इन समस्याओं को केन्द्र में रखकर स्त्रियों को समाधान हेतु मैं अपना ‘‘खेतीहर स्त्रियों की समस्याएँ एवं समाधान’’ यह शोध आलेख प्रस्तुत कर रही हूँ।
