The concept of precarious employment has received considerable attention in light of the increase in flexible forms of employment in the last three decades. Studies show that individuals employed precariously can experience adverse health and well-being outcomes, with both physical and mental health indicators like depression, fatigue, etc. being affected. The pandemic and ensuing lockdowns and health scare has aggravated the lived realities of precarious employees with many of them falling through the fault lines. While researchers have attempted to study the influence of Pandemic on the well-being of precarious employees, a review of such information is not available. The purpose of the current study is to conduct a systematic review and qualitative synthesis on the lived experiences of individuals with precarious employment and related health and well-being consequences in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Thematic synthesis has identified themes around the changing nature of work and resulting psychological outcomes. It is seen that the pandemic has exacerbated the experiences of precarious employment. Results can inform labor market policy making and organizational practices to improve employee well-being.

The variant is characterized by 30 mutations, three small extracts and one small insertion into the spike protein, of which, 15 are the receptor binding domain. This variation was first obtained from samples collected on 11 November 2021 in Botswana and 14 November 2021 in South Africa. As of November 26, 2021, travel-related cases have been found in Belgium, Hong Kong and Israel. The Omicron variant is a very different variant found in significant numbers during the epidemic so far, raising concerns that it may be associated with increased infection, a significant reduction in vaccine efficacy and an increased risk of re-infection. As of November 26, 2021, the ECDC has listed this variant as a variance of concern (VOC) due to concerns about immune defenses and potentially potent infections compared to the Delta variant.

As we probably are aware we are residing in the period of advanced existence where everything depends on information investigation, presently a days after Coronavirus it's truly hard to do the examination on genuine world, so there is need of a calculation which can do the examination on virtual world, assume there is any application which can distinguish the client criticism in light of their feeling, so there is need of a clever calculation which is work on the idea of the feeling investigation, in this paper essentially we proposed a swift algorithm which is able to detection the person emotion in quick time, in this paper our main focus is to implement a algorithm which is able to give result in quick time, here we use the computer vision approach and also apply the logic of ML.

Use of computational strategies in the field of medication has been an area of extraordinary exploration as of late. Diabetic Retinopathy and Glaucoma are two retinal sicknesses that are a significant reason for visual deficiency. Regular Screening for early disease detection has been a highly labor - and resource- intensive task. Hence automatic detection of these diseases through computational techniques would be a great remedy. In this proposed work, order and discovery of exudates in shading retinal picture utilizing computerized procedure have been proposed.

Sulphur is an essential nutrient for all the plants. It is constituent of essential amino acids (cysteine, cystine and methionine), several coenzymes (biotin, coenzyme A, thiamine pyrophosphate, lipoic acid and thioredoxin) and sulpholipids. Application of sulphur fertilizers to rapeseed and mustard can lead to increased glucosinolate, protein and glucoside. It has important role in improving the quality and marketability of produce (seed & oil). The quality decides the market price and output of the end product i.e. Oil per unit of economic yield. Sulphur application increases plant height, leaves per plant, dry matter production besides increasing yield attributes and yield of mustard. Rapeseed and mustard are the third most important edible oilseed crops of India after soybean and ground nut. Importance of mustard as sources of both fats, proteins is well known the annual requirement of oilseed in India. In India, a variety of oilseed such as groundnut, sesamum, mustard, soybean, safflower etc. are grown. However, about 88% of edible oils are derived from soybean, groundnut, mustard crops. The nutrient which plays multiple role in the nutrition of oilseed cops is sulphur. It is an essential constituent of Sulphur containing amino acids, protein as well as several fatty acids (oils).

As we all know glaucoma is leading disorder nowadays which causes blindness. Glaucoma is nothing but group of disorder characterized by condition that damage to the optic nerve due to the increased intraocular pressure which affects the vision and other associated organ damage. We are going to study in this topic about some non-pharmacological aspects and therapeutic aspects of herbal agents to improve the quality of patients life and life style modification such as dietary intake as well as improvement in physical exercises. Herbal agents such as baicalein, bilberry, marijuana and Ginkgo biloba would be beneficial as alternative therapy along with pharmacological agents. While studying these all aspect we found that the alternative therapy and the lifestyle modification should become very useful to achieve the therapeutic goal. This study will be helpful for whole paramedical field to reduce the disease progression and as a clinical pharmacist it is our motive to introduce our clinical review study.

The world's population is growing at a rapid pace, and population growth is making it difficult to provide quality food to this growing population. But at the same time, the world's agricultural land is limited, and the land also faces serious pollution, salinization and drought problems, making it unsuitable for crop production. This need of food security had given birth to soilless cultivation, which further become popular in urban area and became a part of urban farming. (Bhargaw and chauhan.2020). Soilless cultivation refers to the cultivation of plants without using soil as a rooting material, and is divided into hydroponics and substrate cultivation. Among the water culture techniques, float hydroponics is adopted for the cultivation of fresh-cut leafy vegetables and aromatic plants (Tuzel et al., 2019). This soilless cultivation has a great prospect in many countries along with high space research to fulfill the lack of arable land where proper cultivable land is not available (Ahngar et al., 2020). This kind of agriculture may sound doubtful regarding the plant quality but 100% results are seen (Abinaya et al., 2021). A experiment was conducted in Spinacia oleracea in that the hydroponic system has a better effect as it makes the plant grow faster and more efficiently (Chakrabart et al., 2020). In this review attempts were made to review the research related to various soil-less cultures with different media for the plant growth.
