The study explores the future and growth of online fashion events in India during COVID19, pros and cons of online events, use of technology and its financial implications on fashion industry. The study will be an exploratory study. The researchers will present case study of virtual fashion events conducted during pandemic for the purpose of the study. The research approach will be qualitative. The researchers will also conduct in-depth interviews of fashion designers and experts of fashion industry events.

This review focused on conceptualizing, measuring, and investigating various aspects of public sector organizational culture in relation to the performance of female employees. General theoretical and empirical gaps in the field of public sector organizational culture is related to the performance of female employees. The results of an empirical analysis show that women face discrimination in their workplaces and face problems related to work restrictions, poor attitudes and dress codes. Studies confirm empirically and theoretically support that these are important steps in regulating the problem: raising people's awareness of the problem and making gender equality part of the education system.
