Ayurveda has described three basic physiological constituents of human body, viz., Dosha, Dhatu and Mala. Human physique is made up of seven Dhatus. Shukra is the 7th Dhatu among the Sapta Dhatus and it posess the qualities of all the succeeding Dhatus . Dhatu which exists in the body in its purest form is called Shukra Dhatu. The channel which carries Shukra is called Shukravaha Srotas. And its Moola sthaana is described as "Vrushana" and "Shepha" by Acharya Charaka and as "Stanya" and "Vrushana" by Acharya Sushruta. When Shukra Dhatu vitiated then it shows Shukradhatu Dusti Laxanas in the form of Vriddhi or Kshaya. This vitiation may primarily results in infertility and along with physical as well as psychological disorders. Thus it plays a vital role in reproduction as well as to maintain physical and mental health. In this article it is intended to make a correlation of Shukra Dhatu and Shukravaha Srotas with modern prospective to have a clearer view about the Shukra Dhatu.

The skin consists of different cell types that express certain molecules and have different properties, and provides the interaction and intercellular communication that is important for the continuity of the skin. Additionally, a change in one of the molecules can affect the entire organization and function of these important networks, causing cell detachment, blistering, and other conditions in the skin. Phenotypes will emerge. Over the past few decades, the genetic basis of various monogenic skin diseases has been elucidated using classical genetic methods. More importantly, the results of these studies demonstrate the importance of different types of molecules and genetic and molecular interactions that lead to irreversible changes in the skin. With the advent of the Human Genome Project, next-generation sequencing technologies, and several other recent advances, progress has been made in reducing genetic variation rather than the Mendelian gene behind the monster patterns of genetic diseases. Over the past few years, progress has been made in uncovering the genes underlying various skin diseases and various phenotypes. Many molecules are directly involved in the pathogenesis of these diseases, many of which have been discovered through genetics and are discussed in detail in this chapter. These techniques help determine the genetics of monogenic skin diseases. Recently, the genetic basis of non-Mendelian dermatoses has begun to emerge, with many regions involved in their pathogenesis

Solid waste is an issue that needs to be handled correctly to safeguard public health, the environment, and natural resources. Many people are unaware of the fact that solid wastes have a discernible influence on climate change. The production, consumption, and distribution of the goods, along with the elimination of the trash they generate, all contribute to the emission of "Green House gases" into the atmosphere, which have had a significant impact on the planet's ecosystem. One of the main greenhouse gases produced by the uncontrolled decomposition of organic waste in landfills is methane, which has a significant impact on the surrounding climate and ecosystem.

In this study, the effects of graphene oxide (GO) on composites based on epoxy resin were analyzed. Different ratios of GO from 0 to 1% were added to epoxy resin. The GO and epoxy composite materials was prepared using the casting method and performed under room temperature .To perform the Mechanical tests' results such as tensile test, and Flexural test show enhancements of the mechanical properties of the GO/epoxy composite. The experimental results show the filler material in the epoxy/resin increase the tensile strength and hardness. The Flexural strength was seen to decrease, pointing to brittleness increase of the GO/epoxy composite. So to increase the strength of flexural strength an healing agent used to improve the properties. A microstructure analysis Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is done for GO composite to understand the structure, bond and crack of GO/Epoxy composite material From this research the GO/epoxy composites that if filler material ratio increased the strength of the material decreases.

Reality Pedagogy is a 21st-century teaching-learning approach introduced by Christopher Emdin, a Professor at Columbia University in 2001. It focuses on how a teacher gains an understanding of the reality of students (previous experiences) and how this previous knowledge helps in the foundation of instruction. Reality Pedagogy is an approach that exchanges expertise between teachers and students. In this approach, the teacher plays a crucial role in the engagement of the students with the class and also motivates them. In this approach student's role is to active participation in each activity and develop the competencies. This approach uses a set of pedagogic tools known as the "5 C's" to gain the students' reality and allow students to participate in each phase and express themselves in a democratic classroom. The reality Pedagogy approach includes five pedagogic tools: Cogeneration of dialogue (ideas about the problem), Co-teaching (students as a teacher), Cosmopolitanism (Equal opportunity and responsibilities for all students), Context (Bringing the knowledge out from the classroom and use in a social context), Content (Theoretical knowledge or content must be according to immediate needs and its application in real life situation and daily life). Reality Pedagogy is an approach concerned with teaching through understanding and the application of the knowledge of the students. In the practice of the approach teachers needs to find the reality of students from their friends, parents, andstudents' community and then decide their role in the participation of classroom activities. Reality pedagogy is a new approach or perspective, there is a lack of literature so it's hard to find the impact of the approach on the development of self-efficacy of the student. But it is an approach that plays a vital role in the teaching and learning process.

In the contemporary digital landscape, the influence of social media on the global tourism industry is undeniable. This paper explores the transformative impact of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube on tourism promotion. Social media has revolutionized how destinations are marketed, experiences are shared, and tourist engagement is fostered. The rise of social media has facilitated unprecedented connectivity, enabling travellers to interact with destinations, accommodations, and experiences in novel ways. Influencers and content creators play a pivotal role, leveraging their platforms to showcase destinations and drive engagement. Social media serves as a dynamic channel for destination marketing, offering opportunities for immersive storytelling and community engagement. However, challenges such as content saturation and maintaining authenticity persist. By embracing innovation and strategic partnerships, tourism stakeholders can harness the full potential of social media to drive sustainable growth and enhance visitor experiences in the evolving landscape of travel and tourism.

The study was undertaken to find out the relationship between couple's romantic relationship satisfaction and their partner's emotional intelligence. In order to understand the relationship between the two constructs, a total of 30 pairs of unmarried heterosexual couples were undertaken for the study through purposive sampling. All the participants were in the age range of 20-25 years and another inclusion criterion for the couples was a minimum of two years of relationship duration. The relationship satisfaction was measured using "Couples Satisfaction Scale" developed by Funk and Rogge (2010). The emotional intelligence level of each individual's partner was measured using a scale named "Emotional Intelligence Scale" developed by Schutte et al. (1998). After collection and scoring of data, appropriate statistical methods were taken for the analysis of data. Pearson product moment correlation was used to find out the association between couples' romantic relationship satisfaction with their respective partners' emotional intelligence. From the analysis, it was found that, the association between the overall couples' satisfaction and their respective partners' emotional intelligence were not significantly linked. It was also tested whether relationship satisfaction in males and females is linked to their respective partners' emotional intelligence. From the result it was found that males' relationship satisfaction was not significantly associated with partners' emotional intelligence. However, the females' relationship satisfaction was linked with their partners' emotional intelligence.
