The proportion of semi-government employees in the government sector is increasing. We have found in our study how employees are exploited by not giving equal pay for equal posts. We have specifically included teachers or professors and contract employees working in the education department. The study follows qualitative research approach. In this approach primary and secondary data were used. In primary data we organised viva with known persons who are working as semi government. And secondary data were used from ministry of labour in India, Article, journal and publications. The result shows how the government economic policies are exploit the semi government employees in development countries. How the job policies or satisfaction make sweet poison for employees.

ABSTRACT The banking system plays a vital role in Modern banking. In today's world, everybody needs instant banking solutions for a better lifestyle. The name of a bank is based on the number of loyal customers. At present, almost every bank has digital banking facility. This helps the people to be less tensed as they don't want to carry hand full of cash. Because of less involvement of cash, transactions have to be done with cash with proper KYC. Usually, bank provide services based on customer needs which are friendly and convenient to use. Due to the rise in technology, traditional banking has been gradually replaced by electronic banking. Customer satisfaction is an important factor that help banks to sustain in the industry. So, it is necessary to study the customer satisfaction towards digital banking. Descriptive study was conducted on research which shows customer satisfaction towards digital banking. This study includes both primary and secondary methods are used to collect the data. Questionnaire was framed to collect from the respondents who use digital banking. Internet and Journals are used for secondary purposes. The statistical tools used to analyze is Percentage Analysis, ANOVA and Chi - Square test.

The primary purpose of this ground-breaking study is to introduce a cutting-edge facial recognition device that will push the limits of existing technology firms in the healthcare industry. The healthcare terrain is constantly transforming with the introduction of new technologies that are continuously revolutionizing the patient-focused care approach [1]. Among all these technologies, facial emotion recognition is emerging as a game-changer for meeting patients' emotional needs. My AI-driven device stands out as a remarkable innovation within this sphere, applying the latest technological innovations in computer vision and AI to transform the healthcare industry. This device aims to achieve the highest possible speed and accuracy in facial recognition tasks by incorporating advanced internal components such as a Quantum Facial Recognition Processor (QFRP) and Neural Network Accelerator (NNA). Furthermore, adding new functionalities, such as the Holographic Facial Landmark Detector and Bio-Inspired Facial Feature Extractor, will pave the way for a more thorough and accurate analysis of facial features. It utilizes sophisticated algorithms and biometric authentication to give unmatched precision and dependability in decoding facial expressions and micro-expressions [2]. It makes it possible for healthcare professionals to catch some subtle reactions of patients in their facial expressions and, therefore, identify many emotions (happiness, sadness, anger, fear, etc.) Besides, the device can detect subtle nuances of patients' facial expressions. In addition, my device can be an invaluable aid in pain assessment and management, mental health evaluation, and continued emotional monitoring in healthcare settings. The device enables healthcare workers to make practical inferences about patients' emotional states and well-being, which creates a platform for empathetic, personal, and proactive ways of care in hospitals.

A cooperative society is a self-governing group of individuals who voluntarily come together to address their common economic, social, and cultural needs through a collectively owned and democratically controlled enterprise. India, primarily reliant on agriculture, is the birthplace of the world's largest cooperative movement. Cooperative ventures in agriculture, such as dairies, sugar mills, and spinning mills, are established by pooling resources from farmers aiming to process their produce. The country boasts 194,195 cooperative dairy societies and 330 cooperative sugar mill operations, with the latter contributing to 35% of the nation's sugar production. In the domain of banking and finance, cooperative institutions are widespread in rural and urban areas. Notably, primary agricultural credit societies (PACS), formed by farmer associations at the village level, submit credit requests to district central cooperative banks (DCCBs) before a village's needs arise. State cooperative banks serve as the apex of the rural cooperative lending structure. PACs, as a collective of farmers, wield significant negotiating power compared to individual farmers dealing with commercial banks. Amul, a renowned cooperative brand, has its roots in Gujarat, with 36 lakh milk producers. It oversees the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation. Moreover, cooperative marketing groups have emerged among small producers and manufacturers facing challenges in independently selling their goods.

This study looks at the asset quality and capital status of the Indian banking system with regard to non-performing assets to selected public and private sector banks' advances during a five-year period, from 2016 to 2020-21. For the comparison analysis, secondary sources of data obtained from selected banks' annual reports were taken into account. Private sector banks outperformed public sector plans in terms of the capital adequacy ratio (CAR), debt equity ratio (DER), total advance to total asset ratio, and government security to total asset ratio. Public sector banks had higher net non-performing assets (NPA) to total asset ratios and total investment to total asset ratios, while private sector banks had higher net non-performing assets to net advance ratios.
