In international relations, the liberal international order illustrate a set of global, rule-based order, structured relationships based on equality, political liberalism, economic liberalism and liberal internationalism since the late 1940s. More specifically, it entails international cooperation through multilateral institutions like, the United Nations, International Monetary Fund, World Trade Organization, UNCLOS etc and is constituted by equality (freedom, rule of law and human rights), free and open economy, security cooperation, and monetary cooperation. The order was established in the aftermath of post war. Time and again, China's compliance with international law is a contentious issue between the People's Republic of China and the world society. China refers to law frequently and does not view it as trivial, in contrast to popular assumption in the West. China has a very different legal political tradition that does not treat legality as carrying normative value in itself. This paper review China's rhetorical reference to the law, its recent case of Chinese treatment of international legal obligations with reference to UNCLOS. Apparently, Chinese treatment and non-adherence of international law is a threat to international liberal order and hence this issue needs to be discussed in the international forums.

In the era of digital connectivity, securing online accounts has become a top priority. The surge in the number of online accounts managed by an individual has led to an increase in the number of passwords that need to be remembered and managed. Moreover, the growing sophistication of cyber attacks has highlighted the need for more advanced and robust security measures. Our proposed solution is a browser extension model designed to tackle these challenges by offering a secure and user-friendly solution for password management. The model integrates several key features aimed at enhancing both security and usability. The extension provides a centralized repository for storing passwords for multiple online accounts, eliminating the need for users to remember multiple passwords and reducing the risk of password loss or theft. To protect sensitive user passwords, the extension uses the robust encryption algorithm, a cryptographic technique known for its strength and resistance to unauthorized decryption attempts. Unlike many other password management solutions that store data on the cloud, our extension stores passwords locally on the user's device. This approach enhances data privacy and reduces the risk of exposure to external threats. The extension also allows users to decrypt their stored passwords as needed, ensuring that users have access to their passwords when required, without compromising security. The extension is designed with a user-friendly interface that simplifies storing, managing, and retrieving passwords. It also includes features such as auto-fill and one-click login for added convenience. By integrating these features, our browser extension model offers a practical and secure solution for managing digital identities. It marks a significant advancement in addressing the challenges associated with password management in today's digital era. Our proposed browser extension model provides a comprehensive solution to the pressing issue of secure password management in the digital age. By integrating robust security features with user-friendly design elements, we aim to provide users with a tool that not only enhances their online security but also simplifies their digital lives.

MgFe2O4 (MF) nanoparticles synthesized through hydrothermal method. The structural, optical, morphological, and magnetization of MgFe2O4 nanoparticles were carried by XRD, UV-VIS, FT-IR, PL, FE-SEM with EDX, and VSM techniques, respectively. It is confirmed that the prepared sample has a cubic structure in nature through XRD. The crystallite size is determined by Debye-Scherrer formula. The Optical properties are such as UV- Visible FT-IR, and PL was estimated by an energy band gap, the formation of the ferrite have been phase confirmed and the studies reveal that the excitation wavelength is at 425 nm of MgFe2O4 nanoparticles. The presence of peaks of respective elements (Mg, Fe, and O) in the EDX spectrum showed the formation of MgFe2O4 nanoparticles. The magnetic properties were estimated by VSM.

Reservation policies in education have generated a lot of discussion around the world, especially in nations that are struggling with past injustices and marginalised populations. This abstract explores the many facets of reservation in the educational system, examining its goals, history, debates, and effects through a socioeconomic perspective. Reservation in education was first implemented to remedy historical injustices and systemic inequality. Its primary goal was to give underrepresented groups--especially marginalised castes, tribes, and economically disadvantaged segments of society--opportunities. Its proponents contend that by levelling the playing field and empowering historically marginalised communities, it promotes inclusivity, diversity, and social justice. But there has been doubt and criticism about the effectiveness and fairness of reservation schemes. Opponents contend that these actions could exacerbate discrimination, threaten meritocracy, and result in ineffective educational outcomes. Concerns are also expressed over the weakening of educational standards and the possible stigmatisation of recipients. Reservation policies undoubtedly brought about important socio-economic shifts, despite the criticisms. Through expanding educational opportunities for historically underprivileged populations, they have promoted social mobility, strengthened community bonds, and broadened the range of viewpoints found in educational settings. Furthermore, data indicates that reservation laws have boosted marginalised groups' involvement and representation across a range of industries, supporting inclusive development and progress. In the future, the difficulty will be finding a careful balance between advancing diversity and upholding high standards in education. Reservation laws must be regularly reviewed and improved by policymakers in order to stay applicable, efficient, and in line with the changing socioeconomic environment. Furthermore, supplementary actions are necessary to create a more meritocratic and equitable education system. These actions include raising the standard of elementary education, strengthening skill development programmes, and tackling structural disparities.

This paper suggests using blockchain technology to address transparency, security, and trust issues in traditional voting systems. The proposed framework covers voter and candidate registration, voting processes, biometric authentication, and utilizes smart contracts and decentralized storage. A strong consensus mechanism ensures result integrity. The transparent ledger, real-time monitoring, and post-election transparency build trust, aiming to revolutionize voting systems and enhance public confidence in democracy.

This abstract summarizes a comprehensive study presenting a proactive detection and mitigation of electric vehicle (EV) explosions, alongside an in-depth analysis of eco-renewable charging stations. The research explores cutting-edge techniques to enhance EV safety while evaluating the ecological impact of renewable energy sources within charging infrastructure. This interdisciplinary approach contributes to advancing both EV technology and sustainable energy solutions, aligning with the broader goals of transportation safety and environmental responsibility. To detect any sudden emergence of explosion or fire priorly, so that it can be intimated and prevented.
