The phenomenon of cloud computing has emerged as a game-changing technology that provides several benefits across a wide range of businesses, including the healthcare sector. The objective of this study is to investigate the both positive and negative aspects associated with the use of cloud computing in the delivery of medical care. By conducting a comprehensive review of the relevant literature, we analyze the potential advantages, which include scalability, cost-effectiveness, and greater accessibility, as well as the potential disadvantages, which include concerns over data privacy and security, as well as difficulty in complying with regulatory requirements. Additionally, we discuss strategies to decrease the impact of these challenges and provide ideas for making effective use of cloud computing in the provision of healthcare services.

Panchakarma is a fruitful measure and its extensive efficacies are classified in different dimensions to cure different types of complicated diseases. Vamana, Virechana, Niruha, Anuvasana and Nasya are the five procedures and subsequently even Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Rakta Mokshana are broadly termed as Panchakarma in day-to-day practices. The new diseases are evolving with intense gravity and therefore to combat those, Panchakarma is a very effective measure. In present era competition and advancement have led to hectic and stressful life, man has eventually forgotten the absolute enjoyment and solitary affection of nature and as a result is facing many health problems. Gridhrasi is no exception, it is correlated to sciatica in modern science where low back ache radiating to toes in the lateral aspect of the thigh associated with stiffness is the main complaint.

Introduction: Vatarakta, classified as a Mahavatavyadhi and as a separate disease in the scriptures has evoked attention of the Ayurvedic physicians because of its versatility in symptoms. Focussing on a single disease elaborated in modern science and equate it to Vatarakta cannot be considered as an apt methodology. Rather, Vatarakta can be understood as a conglomeration of different diseases such as autoimmune disorders, peripheral arterial disease and gouty arthritis to name a few. Material and Methods: In this case study, a 48-year-old male patient diagnosed with peripheral vascular disease was treated with the aid of the principles of Vatarakta chikitsa and medications suitable to the disease under consideration. Discussion: Shamana modality of treatment was advocated for the patient. The findings were obtained with timely monitoring of the symptoms and condition of the disease. Medications which included Guduchyadi Kashaya,Patoladi Kashaya,Kaishor Guggulu, Guggulu tiktakakashaya and Jatyaditaila provided significant relief. Conclusion: Study result indicates that Ayurvedic drugs can be cured Peripheral vascular disease.

This study investigated the multifaceted impact of globalization on tribal social mobility, delineating the challenges and opportunities faced by indigenous communities in navigating the processes of economic, social, and cultural change. Through a qualitative research approach incorporating the existing knowledge and debates on globalization, indigenous rights, social mobility, and related topics to inform the research design and analysis. Analyzing news articles, documentaries, multimedia presentations, and online platforms to understand public discourse, media representations, and narratives surrounding globalization and its impacts on tribal social mobility. Findings revealed that while globalization presents opportunities for economic diversification, access to education, and cultural exchange, it also poses challenges such as economic displacement, cultural erosion, social marginalization, and loss of sovereignty. By identifying these dynamics within the context of tribal social mobility, the study aims to inform evidence-based policies and interventions that promote inclusive development, preserve cultural heritage, and enhance the well-being of tribal populations in an increasingly interconnected world.

This paper explores the intersection of artificial intelligence (AI) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within organizations. By leveraging AI technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, companies can address systemic biases in recruitment, performance evaluation, and talent management processes. AI-driven tools facilitate the identification and mitigation of biases, promote fairness and transparency, and enable personalized learning and development opportunities. Moreover, AI enhances supplier diversity efforts, community engagement strategies, and collaborative innovation ecosystems, driving meaningful societal impact. However, successful integration of AI in DEI-focused CSR initiatives requires careful consideration of ethical implications, transparency, and stakeholder engagement. Through strategic alignment and responsible implementation, organizations can harness the transformative potential of AI to foster inclusive cultures, drive equitable outcomes, and contribute to building a more diverse and inclusive society.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of synchronous versus asynchronous forms of computer-mediated feedback (CMF) on writing self-efficacy among ESL undergraduate students at the University of Mysore, India. A total of forty-one second-year students participated in a quasi-experimental study spanning two months. They were randomly assigned to two groups: one group received synchronous CMF (immediately while composing their essays), whereas the other received asynchronous CMF (two days after they had completed writing). Over the course of the study, participants engaged in six writing tasks, iterating through the process of (write, review, and revise). A self-efficacy for writing scale was administered before and after the experiment to gauge the impact of synchronous and asynchronous CMF modes on learners' writing self-efficacy. The findings indicated that both groups demonstrated improvements in writing self-efficacy levels before and after the intervention; nonetheless, the synchronous mode displayed notably higher efficacy.

The Unani System of Medicine has its origins in Egypt and its sister civilization, Mesopotamia, with its earliest roots often attributed to Hermes (Idris A. S.). While it took on a more scientific form under the influence of Hippocrates in ancient Greece, it was further refined and developed by Arab and Persian physicians. Upon its journey to India, the Unani System underwent significant enhancement and refinement, owing to the substantial contributions of Indian physicians. The amalgamation of diverse influences and advancements from various cultures has enriched and shaped the Unani System of Medicine. Hakim Nizamuddin Ahmad Gilani stands out as one of the eminent Unani physicians in India, having authored several important books on Unani medicine. The medical heritage of Hyderabad dates back to a period predating the European Dark Age. The mausoleum of the renowned physician Hakim Nizamuddin Ahmad Gilani is situated in the Qutb Shahi Heritage Park in Hyderabad, serving as a testament to his contributions. He established extensive herbal gardens also. Hakim Nizamuddin held the esteemed position of chief royal physician under King Abdullah, Qutb Shah VII, in 1045 AH (1635 AD) receiving an annual salary of 6,000 Qutb Shahi Huns, equivalent to approximately 206 kilograms of gold coins. In modern currency, this amount translates to roughly Rs 62 crore per annum. His significant contributions led to the naming of two localities in Hyderabad after him: Hakimpet near Shamirpet and Hakimpet in Jubilee Hills. The latter features a special medical garden spread across hundreds of acres.

A newborn is like the beginning of new things, new responsibilities, new journey, new life. It comes in our life with new hope, new dreams. So, the preparation to bring this newborn into the world should also be special. A Fetus also needs a healthy environment to grow up and environment for the Fetus is his/her mother's womb, father's affections, love and care by other family members or surrounding which Fetus receives through her mother's turmoil of emotions. So, it's not only the sole responsibility of the mother to grow up and deliver a healthy child. It demands everybody's contribution. To lead a healthy pregnancy, it's important to prepare ourselves prior to conception so that it can help to grow a Fetus in a healthy manner.
