Coastal structure engineering and design encounters with specific challenges in marine environments, which demand for careful planning and innovative solutions. For concrete jetties to remain durable, safe, and functional, a thorough understanding of the structural behavior is necessary due to the dynamic interaction of maritime factors, such as tides, waves, and currents. The study's conclusions have consequences for design guidelines, engineering procedures, and the larger field of coastal infrastructure development. The goal of the research is to provide useful information that advances the development of durable and sustainable concrete jetty structures by fusing environmental factors and structural engineering concepts. It is expected that the comprehensive methodology used in this study will influence future advances in coastal engineering by providing a framework for optimal design and construction techniques in the constantly changing marine environment.

 Abstract

: The scarcity of water is increasing to a great extent due to population explosion, intense industrialization and urbanization. Various scientists worked on the water quality assessment of industrial waste water, river water and other water resources. This paper highlighted researchers work in the said field emphasizing these two decades i.e.20 years from 2004 to 2023 and included the literature survey related to research exertion on water bodies in vicinity of mining areas and and various pollution causing industries. The physio chemical analysis by various co-workers helped the society to understand the quality of water and its utility and potability and its significance in forthcoming years.

For the last several years, the problem of air pollution is arising in the country's capital Delhi and its surrounding areas. Especially in November and December, the level of air pollution reaches such a dangerous level that people have to face difficulties in breathing. Many types of diseases caused by pollution have disrupted life here. There is a mixture of poisonous gases in the environment here. Environment is the natural environment which surrounds us from all sides and which helps the humans, animals, birds and natural vegetation present on the earth to live. Development of a healthy person is possible only in a clean environment, that is, environment has a direct relation with daily life. According to the current circumstances, global warming is a serious problem related to the environment in the context of environmental protection and sustainable development. Protection of forests and lakes is necessary to prevent the problem of global warming. Trees should not be cut unless they cause any harm. At this time we need more and more tree plantation. Even one step taken by such a large population of ours can make a significant contribution to environmental protection.

 Abstract

In recent years, there has been a growing demand for intelligent transportation systems (ITS) to enhance road safety, traffic management, and law enforcement. This paper proposes an efficient Vehicle Monitoring System. The system comprises four primary components: vehicle speed estimation, number plate recognition, Deblurring number plate and moving vehicle detection. For vehicle speed estimation, by tracking vehicle movement and applying optical flow techniques, the system accurately calculates the speed of each passing vehicle in real-time. In parallel, the system integrates a Number Plate Detection module. Upon detecting vehicles within the camera's field of view, the system extracts their number plates using advanced object detection algorithms.The proposed method utilizes advanced image deblurring techniques to restore the clarity of vehicle number plates in blurred images. Initially, the system detects and extracts candidate regions containing number plates using state-of-the-art object detection algorithms. Also the proposed approach utilizes a convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture to detect and localize moving vehicles in video streams. By leveraging the temporal information inherent in consecutive frames, the system accurately distinguishes between static background elements and dynamic objects, such as vehicles in motion. Overall, the proposed system offers a robust and scalable solution for real-time vehicle speed and number plate detection, contributing to enhanced road safety, traffic management, and law enforcement in urban environments.

 Abstract

The current study has been undertaken to assess knowledge score regarding Covid-19 & its prevention among antenatal mothers by educational program in Gram Tharol, Aklera, Rajasthan. The research design used for study was pre- experimental in nature. The tool for study was self-structured knowledge questionnaire which consists of 2 parts-PART- I consisted questions related to Socio-demographic data, PART-II consisted of self -structured knowledge questionnaire to assess knowledge score regarding Covid-19 & its prevention among antenatal mothers. The data was analyzed by using descriptive & inferential statistical methods. The most significant finding was that 20.5% of antenatal mothers were having average knowledge regarding Covid-19 & its prevention whereas 79.5% had fair knowledge after post-test. It was suggested that nurses must educate antenatal mothers regarding Covid-19 & its prevention.

 Abstract

Purpose: Open Educational Resources (OERs) are online study materials in the form of text, video, audiobooks, graphics, simulations and lecture notes. These resources are extremely valuable as with the rise of technology universalization of education has become easier. It is a powerful force that is reshaping the educational sector. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept and significance of OERs. This paper also discusses the initiatives launched by Indian Government and the challenges faced by educators and students. Methodology: A systematic and detailed review of research papers, reviews and reports have been done to understand the significance of OERs in India. Findings: From the reviews, it has been noted that OERs are platforms that promises increased knowledge, collaboration, innovation, creativity, and more inclusive education for all.

The world faces environmental pollution and increasing demand for housing, leading to the establishment of power plants and fly ash disposal issues. To address these issues, new environmentally friendly technologies have been developed. In India, the "Housing for All" program was approved by the Union Cabinet, aiming to revitalize impoverished residents, encourage affordable housing, and provide financial assistance for individuals. The Technology Sub-Mission recommends adopting innovative technologies and materials for green buildings, with earthquake and disaster-resistant designs. Rising EPS Panels Building Systems are now popular in the building industry worldwide. In this research paper, we have conducted an analysis of a building model using STAAD Pro software. Additionally, we have performed a flexural strength & dry density test to evaluate the EPS wall panel.

 Abstract

Kamala is a condition characterized by yellowish discoloration of skin, eye and mucous membrane . Kamala is mainly cause due to excessive intake of Ushna (hot) ,Tikshna i.e pitta prakopaka (aggravation) diet and regimen .Due to this the increased pitta dosha with vitiation of rakta (blood),mansa (muscles) dhatu results in Kamala roga. Here we study of young male 28 year old had complains of Chhardi, Ajirna, Dourbalya,Avipaka with increased liver functional test value i.e S.G.P.T 1200U/L. on physical examination and as per the liver functional test this case was diagnosed as Koshthaashrita Kamala which is very similar to Hepatocellular Jaundice due to resemblance .In Ayurveda,Virechana is the frist line of treatment of Kamala followed by Virechaka (purgative), Rasayana (rejuvenator) and Dhatuvardhadhaka (nourishes body tissues) treatment for formulation Ayurvedic medicine .
