Tinospora Cardifolia (Menispermaceae) is an Ayurvedic medicinal plant distributed throughout the Indian subcontinent and China. The whole plant is used in folk and the Ayurvedic system of medicine alone and in combination with other plants. Due to its commercial importance T. Cardifolia has been of intense research interest for the last four decades with the isolation of diverse compounds such as alkaloids diterpenoids phenolics steroids aliphatic compound and polysaccharides along with discovery of a wide spectrum of Pharmacological properties like immunomodulation anticancer hepatoprotective and hypoglycemic. Although pharmacological activities of extract and compounds of T. Cardifolia have been studied in both vitro and in vivo only a few mechanisms of action have been explored. In the present review the pharmacological activities of compounds and different extracts of T. Cardifolia are highlighted along with those of the marketed products. This compilation of the extensive literature of T. Cardifolia here will be referral point of clinical study and the development of standardized phytomedicine in healthcare.

The development of Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is progressive milestone throughout the entire existence of construction industry bringing about prevalent utilization of SCC overall these days. It has numerous benefits over ordinary cement regarding upgrade in efficiency, decrease in labor and generally cost, amazing completed item with magnificent mechanical reaction and solidness. Joining of fibers further improves its properties extraordinarily identified with post break conduct of SCC. Henceforth, the point of the current work is to make a similar investigation of mechanical properties of self-merging concrete, supported with various kinds of fibers. The factors include in the examination are type and diverse level of strands. The fundamental properties of new SCC and other properties were studied. The fibers used in the study are 15 mm long chopped glass fiber, carbon fiber and basalt fiber. First stage comprised of improvement of SCC mix design of M20 grade and in the subsequent stage, various fibers like Glass, basalt and carbon Fibers are added to the SCC blends and their new and solidified properties were resolved and thought about. The investigation showed noteworthy enhancements overall properties of self compacting concrete by adding strands of various sorts and volume parts. Carbon FRSCC displayed best execution followed by basalt FRSCC and glass FRSCC in solidified state while most unfortunate in new state attributable to its high water ingestion. Glass FRSCC showed best execution in fresh state. The current examination infers that as far as generally exhibitions, ideal dose and cost Basalt Fiber is the most ideal alternative in improving by and large nature of self compacting concrete.

Action Research is an applied scholarly paradigm resulting in action for continuous improvement in our teaching and learning techniques offering faculty immediate classroom payback and providing documentation of meeting our educational responsibilities as required by AACSB standards. This article reviews the iterative action research process of planning, acting, observing, reflecting and revising in which faculty/researchers collaborate, openly communicate, critically analyze, reflect and relate their classroom practice to theory. An innovative experiential learning activity (Bake Sale) designed to teach marketing concepts to Principles of Marketing students is used to illustrate the action research process.

The mental health landscape in Jharkhand, an eastern Indian state, presents a complex scenario for its diverse tribal population. The high prevalence of anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders is exacerbated by societal stigma, witch-hunting, violence against women, and geographical isolation. Substance abuse further complicates the situation. While government initiatives aim to bridge healthcare inequities, they often fall short. Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) emerge as critical players, tailoring interventions to specific needs and addressing cultural nuances. They promote community engagement, challenge stigma through awareness campaigns, and deliver services directly to remote areas. Their holistic approaches address socioeconomic factors contributing to mental health challenges. This paper looks into the prevalence of mental health problems in Jharkhand, considers the effects of societal issues, and emphasizes the crucial role that NGOs like Ekjut, Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra, and the Ram Krishna Mission have played in transforming access to mental healthcare and enhancing the lives of tribal communities. This study highlights the urgent need for improved mental health services tailored to the particular difficulties that tribal communities in Jharkhand face. NGOs play a pivotal role in bridging gaps in mental healthcare provision and addressing the multifaceted issues affecting mental well-being in these populations.

Abstract The present study aimed at exploring the Hemisphere Dominance among B.Ed. Teacher Trainees. It is to understand to what hemisphere B.Ed. teacher trainees prefers to use while learning and thinking. It is important to understand the brain preferences among teacher trainees to develop ability to use whole brain for information processing in them. It was found that majority of teacher trainees had dominance of integrated hemisphericity, average number of teacher trainees showed right hemisphere dominance where as a fewer teacher trainees showed dominance of left hemisphere. It was identified that B.Ed. teacher trainees do not differ significantly in their preference of hemisphere dominance on the basis of gender. Both boys and girls were found to demonstrate an average level of right hemisphericity, a low level of left hemisphericity and a high level of integrated hemisphericity. It is concluded that B.Ed. teacher trainees irrespective of their gender had wider exploration to content and skills. They had creativity and innovation in their learning and thinking.
