The present study helps to understand the current scenario of Electric vehicles in Indian states and the reasons for their rising popularity among people. The study is based on secondary data taken from government reports that depict popularity as highly diverse among Indian states. States like Bihar, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, and Assam are at the top in adopting EVs that are away from traditional combustion engine vehicles. although the government of India is running various schemes and programs for the growth of the electric vehicles industry, state policy is highly important in implementing the programs and schemes initiated by the central government. Bihar is keenly prioritizing the industrial policy in favor of EVs using the PPP model and is on the list of leading states in production and sales. These vehicles' lower maintenance and running costs make them popular among consumers. The need of the day is to work on the infrastructural front to give a further kick to the industry.

The latest generation of networking paradigm known as distributed system appears to offer a number of services over the internet. A crucial component of distributed system is load balancing, which prevents situations in which some nodes are overburdened while others are idle or active. Their techniques are suggested as a good mechanism and more effective algorithm for allocating numerous client requests to already-existing system nodes. Results of tests performed to evaluate the load balancing efficiency algorithm use distributed system. Learn results of this study based on the total response time, the servicing of service requests, the load on the data center, and the cost information for virtual machines from the simulator utilized.

This research presents a novel approach for real-time fault detection for PCB using AI and Python. The increasing complexity of electronic devices has led to a rising demand for efficient fault detection mechanisms in Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs). The integration of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies with advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) algorithms presents a promising avenue for addressing this need. This paper proposes a novel approach leveraging Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for the automated detection of faults in PCBs, facilitating real-time monitoring and diagnostics within IoT frameworks. The proposed system begins by acquiring high-resolution images of PCBs using specialized cameras or sensors, capturing intricate details of the board layout and components. These images serve as input data for the CNN model, which is trained on a comprehensive dataset comprising various types of faults, such as short circuits, open circuits, and component defects. Through extensive training, the CNN learns to discern patterns and anomalies, establishing a robust fault detection framework. Utilizing the inherent ability of CNNs to extract hierarchical features from images, the model accurately identifies and localizes faults within the PCBs. The integration of this AI-based solution within an IoT infrastructure enables seamless connectivity and data transmission, allowing for remote monitoring and analysis. Detected faults trigger immediate alerts or notifications, empowering timely interventions to mitigate potential issues, thereby enhancing the reliability and performance of electronic systems. The effectiveness of the proposed AI-driven fault detection system is validated through extensive experiments and evaluations, demonstrating high accuracy and reliability in detecting various types of faults in diverse PCB designs. The integration of CNN-based fault detection within IoT frameworks showcases its potential to revolutionize fault diagnosis in electronic systems, paving the way for more resilient and self-monitoring devices in the era of interconnected smart technologies

All humans now consider cleaning to be a basic requirement, and it is an inevitable daily ritual. The most common locations for the traditional road cleaning machine are bus stands, airports, train stations, and hospitals. These locations also require electricity to run the equipment. It is neither environmentally friendly nor user-friendly. There is a power outage during the summer, and as a result, most road cleaning equipment is not used efficiently. We are employing inexpensive, readily available materials for our project. It is a superior substitute for a traditional machine.

Abstract: The government of Telangana has come up with many welfare initiatives for elevating the poor and marginalized sections of the society. Poverty is still a major challenge, even Telangana is stepping towards development. To overcome such problems and to help the underprivileged (socially and economically), the government has taken an initiative called "Aasara Pension". This scheme was launched in November, 2014. This enhanced the monthly pension from Rs. 200 to Rs. 1000 for the old age, widows, weavers, toddy tappers and AIDS patients. And for disabled from Rs. 500 to Rs. 1500. Welfare Schemes play a crucial role on economic development. Since the inception of the state, the government has covered an average of 39 lakh beneficiaries annually under this scheme. This scheme is aimed to bring welfare among the weaker sections of the society and to provide them social safety. This paper tries to analyze the beneficiaries under this scheme.

Stemformatics is a newly introduced platform of bioinformatics which deals with stem cell related in-silico information and a well-known source of gene expression datasets that have been compiled using single cell profiling, RNA sequencing, and microarray technologies. It is also a well known data portal of stem cell gene expressions. It allows for simple to view and compare gene expression profiles in mouse and human across many platforms from various lab sources. Our group also has preliminary omics study of translation applications in CRISPR CAS 9 Gene by exploiting Stemformatics tool viz: phylogeny along with the transcriptional factors and CpG islands analysis. Using "molecular scissors (CRISPR)," genome editing involves adding, and replacing DNA in a living organism's genome. Traditional genome editing for human stem cells using designed nucleases has limitations by its ineffectiveness, Cost effective, and lack of selectivity. The CRISPR system has recently come into prominence as a potent gene-editing method with benefits of high editing efficacy. Despite the enormous potential for gene modification in a variety of species, from prokaryotes to higher mammals. The sample annotations are not adequately standardized, the abundance of primary data in stemformatics creates difficulties for data aggregation and downstream analysis. So, in this article, we focused on the underlying biology and use of the CRISPR/Cas9 system in current human stem cell research, in-silico evaluations of its advantages and future applications of human stem cells in regenerative medicine.

A. The insurance industry of India has 57 insurance companies - 24 are in the life insurance business, while 33 are non-life insurers. Among the life insurers, Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) is the sole public sector company. There are six public sector insurers in the non-life insurance segment. In addition to these, there is a sole national re-insurer, namely General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC Re). Other stakeholders in the Indian Insurance market include agents (individual and corporate), brokers, surveyors and third-party administrators servicing health insurance claims.
