Introduction: Oral health is important for quantity of life. Oral cancer is major health problem in developing country. Oral cavity is most common site for both Pre-malignant and Malignant lesions. Aim: To study histopathology of pre-malignant and malignant lesions of oral cavity with reference to age, sex and site distribution. Material and methods: Total 140 cases of oral cavity lesions were studied from January 2023 to December 2023. Received biopsy after adequate fixation in 10% buffered formalin, were routinely processed and embedded in paraffin wax. Multiple sections are obtained and stained with Hematoxylin and eosin. All specimens are studied with perspective of age, sex, site and final histopathological diagnosis. Result: Total 140 cases were studied. 61 cases were malignant, 48 cases were pre-malignant and 31 cases were others. Peak incidence of tumors of both pre-malignant and malignant lesions were seen in the age group of 41-50 years. Male predominance was seen. The buccal mucosa was most frequently involved site. Among malignant lesions most common was moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and among premalignant lesions most common was keratosis with mild dysplasia. Conclusion: Early detection of pre-malignant lesion can prevent further complication. Hence not only clinical examination but also histopathological examination which is gold standard for lesions of oral cavity.

Indian policy towards Micro and Small enterprises (MSE's) uses a simple definition of a cluster. Micro and Small Enterprises - Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP) defines a cluster as a group of enterprises located in nearby locations where they produce same or complementary products or services. In Indian context, this simple approach is very useful as the cluster policy is strongly connected with development policy for rural areas and small cities. The Indian Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) has adopted the cluster development approach as a key strategy for enhancing the productivity and competitiveness of MSEs and binding it with creation of industrial infrastructure. The main concept behind this scheme is to build small local cooperation networks of MSEs, which will change their surroundings in a positive way. Cluster Development Programme (CDP) is a sequential mix of soft and hard intervention which improves capacity building, productivity and competitiveness of MSMEs. Clustering is the way forward which helps the country to have socio-economic development at each corner leading to regional balance. This phenomenon helps the country to face and solve the primary problem of migration issues, regional gap of development (societal turbulence), rich-poor divide (poverty elevation), employment, reducing dependency on service sector. This concept is towards the 'Atmanirbhar' which provides opportunities for growth.

This research paper will delve into the intricate relationship between unreliable narrators and the concept of post-truth within Paula Hawkins's novel, "The Girl on the Train." In a future where personal beliefs and emotional appeals are anticipated to potentially eclipse objective facts, this psychological thriller will continue to provide a valuable lens for examining the complexities of truth, perception, and narrative manipulation. The paper will analyse how the novel's narrative structure, featuring multiple unreliable narrators, will blur the boundary between reality and fiction, echoing the expected challenges posed by a post-truth society. It will scrutinise the anticipated unreliability of the narrators, including Rachel, Megan, and Anna, as they present their perspectives on the central mystery, which is expected to frequently contradict one another, akin to the anticipated multiple sources of information in the post-truth era. The paper will also explore how the narrators' subjectivity, influenced by emotions, biases, and personal motivations, will align with the anticipated post-truth idea that personal beliefs will mould one's interpretation of information. The novel's portrayal of blurred reality, where characters are expected to grapple with distinguishing truth from perception, will mirror the expected intricacies of navigating a post-truth landscape. Moreover, it will analyse the novel's challenges to objective truth, reflecting the expected post-truth phenomenon's coexistence of conflicting narratives and the contentious nature of objective truth itself.
