This paper attempts to analyze the trade policies of India and Japan, specifically in the post-World War II era. This period is significant because while Japan underwent radical economic, social, and political transformations following the war, India simultaneously gained its independence. Foreign trade plays a monumental role in the economic progress of any nation, which is why it is often referred to as the "Engine of Growth." To accelerate the development process, India initially emphasized policies of licensing, permits, quotas, Import Substitution, and Export Promotion after independence. However, post-1991, the focus shifted toward the policies of Liberalization, Privatization, and Globalization (LPG), along with a significant emphasis on the "Look East Policy."

The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT in education has significantly transformed students' learning processes. This study examines the impact of ChatGPT on students' critical thinking and writing skills through an experimental research design. A total of 120 undergraduate students were divided into two groups: an experimental group (ChatGPT users) and a control group (non-users). Both groups were assigned identical academic writing tasks over a two-week period. The performance of the participants was evaluated using standardized rubrics focusing on coherence, argument quality, originality, and analytical depth. The findings reveal that while students using ChatGPT demonstrated improved writing structure, grammar, and organization, their critical thinking and originality scores were comparatively lower than those of the control group. On the other hand, students who did not use ChatGPT exhibited stronger analytical depth and independent reasoning, although their writing mechanics were weaker. The study concludes that ChatGPT serves as an effective assistive tool for improving writing skills but may hinder the development of critical thinking if used excessively. A balanced and guided integration of AI tools in higher education is therefore recommended.

Liver abscess is a serious hepatobiliary condition characterized by localized pus formation within the liver parenchyma, most commonly of pyogenic or amoebic origin. Cholelithiasis, a prevalent biliary tract disorder, can act as an important etiological factor for liver abscess through ascending biliary infection and obstruction. The coexistence of liver abscess with cholelithiasis represents a clinically significant entity due to its diagnostic complexity, potential for rapid deterioration, and need for timely intervention. In this case, we report a case of a male patient who presented with pain in abdomen at right hypochondriac region, fever and anorexia. The management strategies of liver abscess associated with cholelithiasis is discussed, emphasizing the importance of early recognition and integrated hepatobiliary care to reduce morbidity and mortality.

This study was conducted to assess and compare the knowledge regarding risk factors of cardiovascular diseases among male and female residents of Nashik City. A quantitative comparative research design was adopted, and a total of 100 participants were selected using convenience sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire consisting of socio-demographic variables and a 25-item knowledge assessment tool. The findings revealed varying levels of knowledge among participants, with differences observed between males and females. The study also identified significant associations between knowledge levels and selected demographic variables. The results highlight the need for targeted health education and awareness programs to improve understanding of cardiovascular disease risk factors and promote preventive practices in the community.

With the increasing population in urban residential complexes, the management of visitors, residents, and maintenance staff has become a critical challenge in ensuring safety, efficiency, and convenience. Traditional manual systems for entry management and maintenance service allocation are time-consuming, prone to errors, and lack centralized control. To address these limitations, this project proposes a Machine Learning-based Gated Community Resident and Visitor Management System, designed to automate visitor approvals, record maintenance, and staff allocation through intelligent data-driven decision-making. The proposed system comprises two primary modules: (1) Visitor Management and Approval, and (2) Intelligent Staff Allocation for Residential Issues. In the first module, visitor access requests are submitted digitally and can be approved by the resident, the security staff, or automatically by a Machine Learning model. The ML model is trained on historical visitor data, including visit frequency, purpose, time of entry, and resident feedback, to predict the likelihood of visitor authorization. This predictive approval mechanism reduces manual dependency and enhances overall community security. All visitor data is stored securely in a MySQL database, enabling real-time monitoring, historical tracking, and anomaly detection. The second module focuses on automated staff allocation for maintenance requests, such as plumbing, electrical work, and housekeeping. A supervised learning algorithm evaluates parameters including staff specialization, current workload, proximity, and previous task efficiency to assign the most suitable staff member for each task. This ensures optimal resource utilization, minimal response time, and improved service quality. The system is developed using Python, Django Framework, and Scikit-learn for machine learning model implementation. The architecture integrates a web-based interface for real time interaction between residents, visitors, and staff. The backend ensures secure authentication, seamless data flow, and predictive analytics capabilities. Experimental testing demonstrates that the system reduces visitor processing time by approximately 40% and increases staff allocation efficiency by 35% compared to traditional manual systems. This project presents a scalable, intelligent, and secure solution for modern gated community management, contributing to the development of smart residential ecosystems aligned with emerging smart city initiatives.

Traditionally cloud computing relies on continuous internet connectivity to enable centralized data access and processing. Many real-world scenarios like rural deployments, disaster recovery zones, military operations and remote industrial sites reliable internet connectivity cannot be guaranteed. This paper proposes an Agentic Artificial Intelligence i.e. Agentic AI based framework for autonomous data management in disconnected cloud environments. Intelligent data caching, prioritizing, synchronization, and decision-making are all made possible by the suggested approach, even in the absence of constant internet connectivity. By utilizing self-governing AI agents equipped with planning, memory, and learning capabilities, the system is able to adjust on the fly to restrictions in connectivity and resources. For reducing unnecessary data transfers, optimizing local resource utilization and maintaining data integrity the framework supports frugal and ethical AI principles. Experimental analysis and qualitative evaluation demonstrate the feasibility of agentic AI for resilient and autonomous cloud data management in disconnected environments.
