Capital markets have arisen to be at the Centre stage of the Indian economic device from a miniscule impact it had upon the financial markets a decade earlier. Capital market in India has also witnessed a substantial increase in institutional setup and development. Institutions have developed and developed in the form of a assorted shape of mutual funds. Mutual Fund is a trust - pools the savings of a range of investors, who share a frequent financial goal. The money, accordingly collected, is then invested in capital market units such as shares, debentures and other securities. Earnings - earned through mutual fund investments and the capital grasp realized is shared by unit holders in share to the quantity of units owned by them. Thus a Mutual Fund is the most appropriate investment for the common man as it presents an possibility to invest in a diversified, professionally managed basket of securities at a extraordinarily low cost. Monthly Income Plans or MIPs make investments most of their whole corpus in debt instruments whilst they take minimum exposure in equities. It gets benefit of each equity and debt market. These schemes rank slightly excessive on the risk-return matrix when in contrast with different debt schemes.

Heat transfer rate in plate type heat exchanger was quite less. This problem could be solved by using graphene composite inks. Graphene ink has been prepared by using Graphite nano powder, epoxy resin, sodium silicate mixture of high thermal conductivity by stirring. The graphene composite ink was then coated on cast iron disc and allowed to dry. When composite ink used as a thermal interface on plate type heat exchanger increased the heat transfer efficiency.Graphene has received significant attention due to unique electrical, optical and thermal transport properties. The extremely high thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity may make graphite be used as fillers in porous ceramic matrix to provide enhanced thermal properties and replace metal or graphite parts in thermal management systems. The coated disc has been kept on magnetic stirrer with an constant temperature and then raise in temperature was noted for a period of time say five minutes and then heated composite ink coated cast iron was taken for the testing methods using infrared thermometer (IR Thermometer) to find the thermal conductivity of the different composition of graphene ink. Thus from the testing, thermal conductivity of the material has been found. To inspect thermal properties the model of plate type heat exchanger were designed using software (solid works) to simulate thermal conduction for the different types of graphene composite inks. The simulation result reveals the best composition and displays more efficient heat transfer rate as compared to others. As a result this work proves that the most improved and easiest way of heat transfer rate using the graphene composite ink benefiting practical application such as the plate type heat exchanger ,heat sinks etc.

A Man of the People reiterates a new situation in a modern African state which is on its way to sever its ties with traditional past and expresses the opportunistic tendencies of newly emerging politicians in independent Nigeria. Achebe does not merely conduct a sentimental journey into the traditional past but takes a satirical stance to show how the traditional norms are exploited by the politicians to achieve their selfish motives. The novel takes up the matter of interference and dominance of the army in a society where democracy is still in its infancy.

Seismic design codes are generally based on strength philosophy, where structures are designed on a linear elastic force-based design (FBD) approach. The main objective of this philosophy is a strength rather than a displacement capacity. This paper reviews the Egyptian code-compliant designs (CCD) to test their effectiveness, reliability, and structural performance, as well as it proposes an alternative performance-based design (PBD) approach for seismic design, by developing a performance factor (P) for different performance levels. Regular and irregular RC moment frame structures are assessed using this approach through nonlinear static pushover analysis. The correlation between forced based and performance-based design methods is carried out using the performance factor (P), which can be used in design codes to have a more reliable fulfillment of intended seismic performance and reduced construction costs while accommodating to the owners features.

The old Middle English origin word Riht has its first known use before 12th century, have been now attributed and forms the basic structure of all the guiding framework of most of the nations throughout the world. The Constitution of India guarantees certain inherent rights which has subjected its derivations from foreign sources prima facie, and which further has its reclining in their instrumentality. But all the nations rights have a common origin subjugation i.e. the natural order which exists in the universe because all things are created by nature. The vision related to Justice and Equality given under the preamble are secured through the fundamental rights as it attempts to guarantee the street vendors, like any other persons the basic inalienable human rights and promises to protect them by the law of the country without any discrimination. Thus, this research paper is an attempt to understand that how legitimization of the street vendors will recognize and protect the interest of the street vendors and guarantees the basic fundamental rights of them.

Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) composites have inflation and replacing conventional materials with their excellent strength and low specific weight properties. These materials are desirable choices in engineering applications. CFRP is worn as structural materials in various industries due to cutting force essential over machining a polymeric material is lower than that of conventional materials. Hence, the flexibility of machining is to be tested in order to reduce the machining time and cost. The previous conventional and unconventional machining studies suggested that input process parameters and cutting forces have a great influence on the machined surface quality of CFRP composites. In this analysis, a research survey was addressed the surface failure mechanisms, machined surface topography and machinability of CFRP composite materials. Moreover, this literature study has focussed on different statistical techniques used to achieve better-machined surface integrity. The initiation and propagation of machining composite failure occurred due to not only manufacturing characteristics, but also influenced by machining conditions.

The spatial and temporal study of periodic rainfall (month, quarter, semester and agricultural year) at the Tadla perimeter, a semi-arid climate zone in central Morocco, was based on data from 27 rainfall stations at 1958-2018 period, using Mann-Kendall test coupled with Sen's test and completed by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method. The keys results of the study are that monthly rainfall varies in wide range from 4 to 44 mm/month, with a significant trend in nine out of twelve months of the agricultural year: The agricultural year ends in July and August with a stable monthly rainfall; impacting other periodicities given the significant downward trend in rainfall in the last three quarters of the agricultural year that are: December-January-February follow-up with March-April-May and June-July-August; in both wet semester (September-February) and dry (March-August) semester and also in the annual period.PCA method identifies seven variables of periodicity intra-annual with significant rainfall trends, distributed between two homogeneous geographical delimitations, defined by a grouping at the 13 sites of rainfall stations for variables following: monthly in December and April, quarterly in March-April-May and both semesters wet and dry and by versus other grouping at the 14 sites of stations for monthly variables months at September and at June.
