Abstract: Millennium development goals have now been replaced by Sustainable development goals. Some unfinished jobs have been prioritized again within Sustainable development goals in a more holistic way for making a better planet for future generations. It has targeted to achieve access to adequate and equitable sanitation and hygiene for all and end open defecation, paying special attention to the needs of women and girls and those in vulnerable situations by 2030. UNICEF (2018) estimated that, 1 in 7 people or 946 million people practice open defecation, 9 out of 10 people who practice open defecation live in rural areas and India has the largest number of people still defecating in the open. Now, lack of proper sanitation facility, improper disposal of human excreta, lack of personal hygiene lead to various diseases, increase in morbidity and mortality. Apart from affecting the health of the people poor sanitation creates social as well as economic poverty. Girls and women suffer the most in search of a safe and suitable place for defecation. Increasing dropout of girl student and incident of sexual harassment have become matter of shame for India. From this backdrop this paper tries to represent the status of sanitation of rural Sundarban of West Bengal. Namkhana block of South Twenty Four Parganas district in West Bengal has been selected as the study area and a part of Amarabati village of Namkhana block will represent the profile of individual households in rural Sundarban as a case study.

In case of system Mathematical model plays an important role to give response. This paper explains different kinds of system such as electrical and mechanical. In Accordance of it examples of Mechanical, Electrical system are represented by mathematical model; in different types of Mathematical model i.e. Mechanical System by Differential Equation Model, Electrical system by State-Space Model and Transfer Function Model. To describe the behaviour of electrical circuits involving resistors, capacitors, and inductors using mathematical equations. This model using analysis, design and Mathematical modelling of electromechanical systems.

Indian institution of inequality has been carefully built in the shape of a caste system from ancient times. Traditionally, the Dalits are lower caste people considered untouchable and socially, economically and politically discriminated against. About a sixth of the population in India is made up of Dalits. They are protected by the 1989 'Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes' Act, however due to the occurrence of numerous cases of atrocities, there are in doubt an effective execution of this specific Act. This essay thus tries to explain the process of creating a social environment to avoid atrocities against Dalits with special reference to the Ganda caste. Custodial torture and death in India are widespread and estimates show that during 2016-2018, an average of 1800 persons perished each year in police custody. Failure to adequately raise awareness and educate police officers in the area of human rights, the severe lack of policies and laws to incriminate custodial police officers, prejudices and discrimination along caste, clan and social class lines contribute significantly to the diseased nature of custodial torture. Police torture does not take place in isolation, but because the structural reform has failed to hold government agencies responsible and inform them of their fundamental responsibilities as civil employees. Torture prevention was one of the major advances in the past decade in respect of human rights. The problem has gained significance, given India's significant involvement in seating the Security Council.

Financial Management as the name suggests is management of finance. The objective of Financial Management is to make efficient use of economic resources mainly capital. Financial management at UPCL becomes important to analyse because it receives funds from state government and central government whose mismanagement has large opportunity costs for the people of Uttarakhand. The face value of shares implying that the capital has been eroded due to inefficient financial management at UPCL. This further implies that if the situation remains so, UPCL would face acute shortage of funds (in absence of government grants and subsidies) and would not be able to carry on business in future. Modal value of ranks for Financial Viability of UPCL (on basis of Risk Analysis and Solvency Analysis) is 3 implying poor position of UPCL which is interpreted as poor capital and financial structure of UPCL. Poor financial and capital structure of UPCL further implies poor financial viability of UPCL.

Conventional methods of Maximum Power Point tracking (MPPT) have drawback of having less accuracy and slow response to the output. In this project, a method of Maximum Power Point tracking, MPPT using Fuzzy logic controller for Distribution Grid connected Photovoltaic system has been presented. The system composed of photovoltaic module, buck-boost converter, Fuzzy logic controller and inverter with sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM). The maximum power point tracking control is based on Fuzzy logic to control ON/OFF time of MOSFET switch of buck-boost converter.
