 Abstract

Snakebite is a big problem for public health worldwide, especially in Asia. The main reasons for high death rate are the lack of good healthcare, transportation difficulties, and delays in getting the right treatment. Using traditional medicinal plants could be a solution, as they are widely used by local healers. Sometimes people get entangled in exorcism which is totally superstition and in that situation many of the people loses there life. Numerous plants and their active compounds have undergone research for their therapeutic potential. However, there remains a plethora of botanical species awaiting exploration and investigation for their medicinal properties. This article gives an overview of the current situation with medicinal plants for snakebite treatment.

 Abstract

English Literature has an important role in numerous professional and personal shifts in women's lives. The advent of feminism in India can be attributed to prominent Indian women writers who wrote in English, such as Shashi Deshpande, Nayantara Sahgal, Anita Desai, Kamala Markandeya, Arundathi Roy, Chitra Banerjee, Anita Desai and others. These writers present a realistic image of contemporary society. Several societal problems, including the dowry system, partition, child maltreatment and child employment, were intended to be brought to the readers' attention by these authors. They also uncovered issues like women's education, child marriage, complex man-woman relationships and maltreatment given to women in a patriarchal society. The same pattern is still being followed by contemporary women authors who depict modern women through their novels. Of them, Preeti Shenoy is the shining one. She portrays the modern woman of today's society through her various novels. The narrative of The Secret Wish List centers on 'Diksha', a contemporary woman. She is initially a traditional woman but one day because of her friend she realizes her hopes and aspirations. Though it seems impossible for her to achieve all of her ambitions at first, she encounters numerous obstacles because of a variety of situations, but ultimately, she succeeds. This paper aims to analyse the novel through the lens of portraying a woman's life journey from traditional to modern.

 Abstract

This study investigates the implementation and impact of an integrated health care system designed to streamline processes and improve overall healthcare delivery. The system integrates electronic health records, telemedicine solutions, and data analytics to facilitate efficient communication among healthcare professionals, enhance patient care, and optimize resource allocation. The research evaluates the system's effectiveness in reducing medical errors, improving patient outcomes, and increasing operational efficiency within healthcare institutions. Insights gained from this study contribute to the ongoing efforts to harness technology for advancing healthcare systems and ultimately enhancing the overall quality of patient care. the imperative to improve diagnostic precision is underscored by its pivotal role in patient outcomes and resource optimization. this review aims to provide a nuanced understanding of their potential impact on diagnostic improvement. The synthesis of existing literature and emerging trends serves as a guide for healthcare practitioners, policymakers, and researchers navigating the evolving terrain of diagnostic enhancement within healthcare systems.

The aim of this article is to identify the trends and evolution of attitudes towards the use of social media as a marketing tool. For this, a bibliometric analysis was developed, divided into two stages: obtaining information (database and search equation), and obtaining bibliometric indicators (quantity, quality and structure) between 2008 and 2016. Among the results it is observed that increasing topics are centered on: Consumer Attitude, Health, Advertising, Communication y Consumer Behavior. Keywords: social media; marketing; bibliometric analysis; attitudes

 Abstract

This paper focuses on Ecological aspects through Literature with special reference to the novels of Ruskin Bond. The novels chosen for the eco- critical analysis in this Paper are The Room on the Roof (1956), Vagrants in the Valley (1987), An Island of Trees (1992), Book of Nature(2003). Ecology is the study of the relationships between living organisms, including humans, and their physical environment. One of the biggest problems facing the world today is global warming. Many experts believe that production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are the cause of heating in the atmosphere, which is very dangerous to human life. The important solution is to plant more trees. Trees absorb C02 and produce oxygen, which is not a greenhouse gas. To protect environment, many Writers have been inspiring through their writings and thereby trying to bring awareness and reduce global warming. Ruskin Bond is an environment conscious writer and the themes in his novels reflect the association and harmony that exists between fauna and flora and ways to enhance the awareness in the society.

 Abstract

Ethosomes are non-invasive delivery devices that allow drugs to reach the deeper layers of the skin and the systemic circulation. Although ethosomal systems are conceptually advanced, their preparation is a simple and safe combination that can greatly expand their application. Ethosomes are soft, malleable vesicles adapted to improve the transport of active substances. Due to their unique structure, Ethosomes are able to encapsulate and carry through the skin very lipophilic molecules such as cannabinoids, testosterone and minoxidil, as well as cationic drugs such as propranolol, trihexaphenidyl, cyclosporine, insulin, salbutamol. Enhanced transport of bioactive molecules through the skin and cell membranes by an ethosomal carrier opens up many challenges and opportunities for research and further development of new, improved therapies. Ethosomes are gaining popularity in the design of drug delivery systems for topical and transdermal use because they can reach deep skin layers and systemic circulation. Although conceptually advanced, Ethosomes are easy to make and safe to use. Although very efficient, Ethosomes offer the potential for expanding applications. The purpose of the review is to give an in-depth overview of the properties and preparation of Ethosomes, followed by a characterization and list of drugs encapsulated in Ethosomes over the last 15 years

 Abstract

The catastrophic impact of stressed assets coupled with the obvious provisioning and hence a hit on the bottom line of the financial institutions has taken its toll on the banking sector in India making it reel under it. A healthy banking sector functioning smoothly and profitably is a sine qua non for any growing economy but for India it is the mythological "elixir". Statistics show that credit growth is linked with the growth of economy and vice versa. The stressed assets hit the very nerve of it. Tougher BASEL norms vying for strict and upward provisioning against bad debts leave the banking sector in peril as they huff and puff for more capital. The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act 2002.) came as a breather at the early stage of the new millennium. It was touted as a go for all type of legislation for banking institutions given its objective of recovering bad debts without intervention of the courts in India. This paper makes an attempt to ascertain its impact viz a viz other modes of recovery mechanism in bringing down the quantity of stressed asset.

 Abstract

The human culture in the Sundarbans region of Lower Bengal continues to fluctuate, mixing and acculturate with the arrival and departure of various communities. In this land dominated by lower caste Hindus, the trend of mixed culture has developed with the arrival of muslim, christian and tribal people. With the arrival of the Portuguese and British, many people of Lower Bengal became Christians. Apart from highlighting the socio-cultural characteristics of this Christian community, various aspects of acculturation of these regional cultures have been explored. Basically it was not possible for the people of this region to completely assimilate the foreign Christian culture. Because of the culture obtained by conversion was not fully able to influence the place of their previous traditional culture. Even though the Christian people of this region tried to adopt foreign customs and traditions, there naturally existed in them various characteristics of local culture. The expression of these regional characteristics is particularly prevalent with little variation in food, speech, dress and manners. The local character of the Bengali language is reflected in the conversation. Social customs, worship of regional deities, etc. continue to flow with the amalgamation of cultural traits.
