Water is essential for the all development and for maintaining healthy ecosystems As pollution increases and development call for increase of groundwater and surface water for the domestic agriculture and industrial sectors the pressure on water resources intensifies leading to tensions conflicts among user and excessive pressure on the environment . The inversing. Stress on fresh water resources brought about by ever rising demand and profligate use as well as by growing pollutions world wide is of serious concern. The water quality monitoring for selected ponds in and around Bihar sharif and the determination of recreational value especially for fishing of different ponds. This has been determined by collecting surface water samples to a comprehensive Physico- chemical and Bacteriological analysis. In the present study fifteen samples are taken from all the three seasons (Summer season, Post-monsoon, and Winter season) of a year of the pond Maa Sheetla talab, in and around Bihar sharif. There are eighteen Water Quality parameters have been considered: D.O., Alkalinity, Acidity, Total Hardness, Calcium Hardness, Magnesium Hardness, Chloride, Temperature, pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Total Solid, Total Dissolved solid, Total Suspended solid, Iron, Nitrate, Phosphate, ammonia etc. for water quality monitoring of each pond. The objective of my work is to study the condition of pond water at different selected sites of Bihar sharif with reference to recreational value.

The key factor for the development of any nation is education. It provides an important foundation for the social, economic and industrial development of the nation. Citizens with higher moral values are created through education. Education provides social, professional and character qualities among the citizens. Thus to ensure above development, the nation has to spend enough money for the advancement of education. A developing country like India can never ignore education. In our country, since the beginning, there have been regular efforts to improve the standard of education. The formulation of the National Education Policy by the government is a step in this effort. But in a developing country like India, there are many other problems besides education, which our government has to face. As a result, the government is unable to spend a major part of public money in the field of education. Therefore, the Indian government is able to spend limited budget money on education. Thus, it is necessary to use this money in such a way that the citizens of the country get maximum benefits. But in today's time, the amount of money is being spent by the government by looking at the number and quality of successful and unsuccessful students. Thus, most of its part is being wasted. Therefore feeling of dissatisfaction among students is emerged and taking the form of an explosive. The sense of dissatisfaction is emerging in the form of many anti-social acts such as violence, demonstrations etc. There is no visible goal before the students. He is not able to use his energy properly by being confused. But for proper utilization of his energy it is necessary that the reasons for dissatisfaction should be known. After surveying the literature related to the subject, it was found that the number of researches done in India related to academic satisfaction and academic dissatisfaction of students is very less.

Behavioral maladjustment is the inadequate personality integration which makes m individual ineffectiveness in adjusting to the demands placed on him by his physical as well s social environment and by his own demands (Coleman, 1974). According to Shaffer (1936) when the relationship among the organism, the environment and the personality is not well established, it is termed as maladjustment. It is measured in terms of the relationship between a person's social status and the social roles (his actual behaviour) which he is prepared and willing to play. The greater the coincidence of status an roles, the better is the adjustment (1ewey and Humber, 1951). Whether the incidence of maladjustment is mild or severe, it is found among the people of every society. Maladjustment is assumed to have psychopathological origin and it is believed that emotional stress may have a significant effect on it (Coleman, 1974). Boring et al, (1905) have mentioned that strong emotional reaction to frustrations of difficulties is detrimental to go adjustment. Richard (1976) alarmed that maladjustment may often creates psychopathology and ultimately leads to a number of health problems. In the early stages of personality development, some of the areas of personality change more easily than others (Hurlock, 1978). Such kind of changes, sometimes produce in harmony among the various drives, impulses and motives of persons and consequently, an individual becomes the victim of maladjustment (Page, 1970). A long standing maladjustment may produce serious personality disorder apart from indulgent to antisocial activities like violation of law and order, homicide, suicide etc. (Deway and Humber, 1951). The situation is mostly found among the Indian adolescents and it is gradually evolving as a major psychosocial problem of our country. Since long ago the techniques of psychotherapy and counseling have been applied by many psychologists and social scientists to sure maladjustments. But they require a substantial period, before any change is effected and their results are also temporary in nature. However, maladjustment as we already knew is the product of disturbed emotions can easily be treated by adopting the technique of Surya Namaskara which has direct control over the neuro-endocrine functions of emotional reactions. Indeed, neuro-endocrinal system profoundly influences the conscious min (Mishrs, 1999). Exponent sociological behavior as well as the tendencies of state that regular practice of "Surya Namaskara" positively affect the functions of h and also the activities of neuro-endocrine system (Saraswati, 2000). Therefore, much regulation and affecting the basic systems of body, Surya Namaskara refines the attitude and behavior of the practitioner. Having acquainted with these positive roles of Surya Namaskara, the preset investigators undertook the following research program.

The present study has tried to explore Psycho-Physical-Health of Male Collar Workers. For this the data was collected on 100 male workers equally divided into Popped Collar and No-Collar workers (50 Popped & 50 No Collar Workers). Psychophysical-Health of the respondents was measured by using The Cornell Medical Index (CMI) developed by Wig, Prasad and Verma (1998). The sample was selected by using Quota Sampling method. The obtained data was analyzed using Mean, SD and t-testing. The results of the present study have revealed some significant results. The results have revealed that 1. No-Collar Workers were found to report better Physical Health than Popped-Collar Workers. 2. No Collar Workers were found to report better Psychological- Health than Popped Collar Workers 3.Total distress was found more among Popped-Collar Workers. So, the results of the present study throw light on the varied patterns of Psychophysical Health or the mental condition of two different types of Collar workers which may be very useful for their future guidance and counseling.

Prahan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) is a national mission for financial inclusion to ensure access to financial services namely banking, savings and deposit accounts, remittance, credit, insurance and pension in an affordable manner. This financial inclusion scheme was introduced in August 2014 and it envisages universal access to banking facilities with at least one basic banking account for every household, financial literacy, access to credit, insurance and pension facility in the country. The study finds that new accounts have been opened by women, small and marginal farmers, and rural people with no formal education. The present study has been undertaken to examine the extent of financial inclusion through PMJDY, reasons for financial inclusion/exclusion under PMJDY and to give suggestions to strengthen the financial inclusion through PMJDY. The present paper also endeavours to study economic empowerment through financial inclusion in India with special reference to Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY), highlighting its key areas and suggests strategies to ensure maximum financial inclusion for the underprivileged and unbanked areas.
