The purpose of this paper is to analyze the nature and pattern of language development related to different aspects of cognitive abilities of hearing impaired children as well as to classify them according to test scores. A Bengali language test belonging to class VI has been applied to 20 hearing impaired children of class VI standard of Helen Keller Badhir Vidyalaya, Mukundapur,Kolkata. Different aspects of language along with cognitive abilities have been analyzed. The major findings have been found that language development of the class VI students is poor and variable also although their average age is 15.5 years, but comparatively their cognitive abilities in to some extent is not bad. They have lack of sentence construction ability, vocabulary ability, grammar ability, divergent thinking ability etc.

The purpose of this paper is to assess the Plant Quarantine, Pest Risk Analysis and Phytosanitary Services for Environmental Food Safety and security in Bangladesh and to suggest other useful methods that can be attempted to environment. Plant pathogens and invertebrates unsafe to plants, cooperatively referred to as plant pests; maintain to threaten food security and safety. International cooperation and regulatory systems to inhibit the spread of plant pests began formally in 1878. Primarily seven countries worked mutually and agreed phytosanitary measures. There are now 183 countries that are contracting parties to the International Plant Protection Convention, a treaty that aims to prevent the introduction and spread of pests of plants and plant products, and to promote suitable procedures for their control. Apparently contradictory interests between international trade, which has facilitated the spread of plant pests, and the protection of plants are mutually recognized in global trade and phytosanitary agreements. Globally ten Regional Plant Protection Organizations facilitate more local cooperation and recommend the regulation of over 1,000 named quarantine plant pests. Challenges that impede the success of limiting international pest movement embrace increased international trade and climate change. International guidelines designed to prevent pest spread current challenges of their own if they remain complicated to implement.

Soil stabilisation is the process by which strength properties of soil can be improved with the use of adding some materials like Lime, NaOH, polypropylene etc. There is a rapid increase in waste quantity of plastic fiber materials, these waste plastic fiber materials are generally dumped or thrown, which may deteriorate the ecology and environment, because these are non-biodegradable fiber materials. Among these, one of the waste fiber materials are polypropylene fiber materials. In this present work polypropylene fiber has been used as ingredients for soil stabilization. The soil has been replaced by the polypropylene fiber in certain percentages and tests have been performed. The soil was replaced with varying proportions of polypropylene fiber to find out the optimum quantity of polypropylene fiber. From the experimental results, it has been found that various properties of the soil replaced with 1.0% of polypropylene fiber by weight of soil gives optimum results. The value of Unconfined Compressive Strength has increased from 3.24 kg/cm2 to 7.41 kg/cm2 which make clear that it can be used to bear higher loads. The value of MDD has also been increased but percentage of increment is low.

The women of Uttarakhand have been well recognized as a backbone of the region in terms of the role they have been playing in the development and prosperity and maintaining the social cultural heritage of Uttarakhand for the past generations. But in most of the cases they lack equal treatment, behavior and status as provided to their male counterparts both at household level as well as in local social system. The present study is an attempt to analyze the important schemes/programmes for the welfare and empowerment of women in Almora district of Uttarakhand.

This review paper presented on the energy analysis of the vapor compression refrigeration system using a mixture of R134a and LPG refrigerants with various concentrations of SiO2 nano lubricant with various capillary tube length in R134a compressor of a domestic refrigerator. In this paper the R134a (HFC) coolant high global warming capacity (GWP), immiscibility with issues of conventional mineral oil and flammability issue in Liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (HC), and these problems can overcome by mixture of R134a and LPG coolant gives excellent results. It guess that the Nano particle refrigerant SiO2 is used in the mixture of R134a and LPG refrigerant can gives better properties and better results in domestic refrigerator .With the use of Nano refrigerant, the refrigerator parameters like compressor power can be reduced and compressor life can be increased. Coefficient of performance (COP) can be increased, second law efficiency and minimum IR-reversibility.LPG and SiO2 nano lubricant mixture work safely and efficiently in domestic refrigerator with and without modification of capillary tube length.

The present study aims at studying the impact of psychological empowerment on job satisfaction among the employees of a shipyard. Psychological empowerment is a cognitive state that is characterized by a sense of perceived control, perceptions of competence, and internalization of goals and objectives of the organisation. Psychological empowerment refers to personal beliefs that employees have about their role in relation to the organization. The sample consisted of 63 employees working in a shipyard. Questionnaires were used for data collection. The collected data was analyzed with statistical tools which include mean, standard deviation, ANOVA, correlation and regression tests. The Results showed that approximately twenty nine per cent of the variance in job satisfaction was explained by psychological empowerment.
