New possibilities in 3D printing may open up a whole new chapter of opportunities for pharmaceutical research and bio-technology applications. There are a number of ways that could be used as drug dosage forms, supporting delivery, or helping to research cures. To explore its work. 3D printing has been around for many years; predominantly been used in manufacturing. This type of printing, also called stereo-lithography, can create almost any object by fusing different materials, layer by layer, to form a physical version of a digital 3D image. Over the past 15 years, 3D printing has expanded into the healthcare industry, where it has used to create custom prosthetics and dental implants. Now, there may be a chance to use it for personalized healthcare. Since a three-dimensional (3D) printed drug was first approved by Food and Drug Administration in 2015, there has been a growing interest in 3D printing for drug manufacturing. There are multiple 3D printing methods - including selective laser sintering, binder deposition, stereo-lithography, inkjet printing, extrusion-based printing, and fused deposition modeling - which are compatible with printing drug products, in addition to both polymer filaments and hydrogels as materials for drug carriers. We see the adaptability of 3D printing as a revolutionary force in the pharmaceutical industry. Release characteristics of drugs may be controlled by complex 3D printed geometries and architectures. Precise and unique doses can be engineered and fabricated via 3D printing according to individual prescriptions. On-demand printing of drug products can be implemented for drugs with limited shelf life or for patient-specific medications, offering an alternative to traditional compounding pharmacies. For these reasons, 3D printing for drug manufacturing is the future of pharmaceuticals, making personalized medicine possible while also transforming pharmacies.

In this study, substituted cinnamic acids (4-hydroxy, 3-nitro, 4-nitro, 2-chloro, and 4-methoxy) and their amides were synthesised. The synthetic compounds were tested for seed germination inhibitory effectiveness on barnyardgrass (Echinochola colona) seeds at 50, 100, and 200 ppm concentrations, and the results were compared to standard herbicide formulations containing butachlor and pendimethalin. All substances displayed significant action. The majority of the chemicals exhibited limited inhibitory action at 50 ppm concentration. Most of the compounds had activity comparable to conventional butachlor and pendimethalin. Thus, substituted cinnamic acids and their amides may be produced as potential herbicides.

'GENDER', in a basic sense, refers to the meaning of identity, role, and involvement of human beings, which is socially constructed. If we dissect these inevitable entities that develop a human being, it must include the form of 'sex' and its biological and physical construction as well. This inclusion and dissection are the salient needs of the term 'gender' to be a prudent definition that features broader scopes and possibilities. The typical ideas and construction of society, irrespective of circumstances, influence the observation and role-making procedure to define the 'gender'. The distinction between male and female can be defined in the form of sexual identity, but it also gets included if the aspect desires a broader shift to make role and involvement by partaking in social concern. This particular aspect revolves around the umbrella term 'gender' with umpteen loopholes, whether the concern confuses itself, whether it needs to delineate its 'Social-Constructed' formation, or whether it concerns roles, involvement, scopes, and identity that have been modified by the stereotypical ideas of society. Hence, this research paper tends to find out the extensive array of ways of defining 'gender' in the light of psychological and essential perspectives.

:The project delves into the development and implementation of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model for brain tumor detection, leveraging deep learning techniques in neuroimaging. Through meticulous CNN architecture design and optimization using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and Computed Tomography (CT) scans, the objective was to achieve heightened accuracy in tumor detection, reduced false positives/negatives, fine-grained segmentation, and feature extraction for deeper insights into tumor pathology. Validation against diverse datasets, employing cross-validation techniques, showcased the model's robustness and efficacy, paving the way for potential integration into clinical workflows. This fusion of neural networks with neuroimaging represents a transformative approach in reshaping brain tumor diagnostics, aiming for more accurate, efficient, and personalized healthcare solutions, ultimately enhancing patient care and clinical decision-making. This project not only aimed to develop a robust CNN-based model for brain tumor detection but also sought to address critical challenges in the field, including interpretability of deep learning models in medical imaging and the ethical considerations surrounding patient data privacy. By exploring the interpretability of the CNN's decision-making processes and employing ethical data handling practices.

Snakebite is a big problem for public health worldwide, especially in Asia. The main reasons for high death rate are the lack of good healthcare, transportation difficulties, and delays in getting the right treatment. Using traditional medicinal plants could be a solution, as they are widely used by local healers. Sometimes people get entangled in exorcism which is totally superstition and in that situation many of the people loses there life. Numerous plants and their active compounds have undergone research for their therapeutic potential. However, there remains a plethora of botanical species awaiting exploration and investigation for their medicinal properties. This article gives an overview of the current situation with medicinal plants for snakebite treatment.

English Literature has an important role in numerous professional and personal shifts in women's lives. The advent of feminism in India can be attributed to prominent Indian women writers who wrote in English, such as Shashi Deshpande, Nayantara Sahgal, Anita Desai, Kamala Markandeya, Arundathi Roy, Chitra Banerjee, Anita Desai and others. These writers present a realistic image of contemporary society. Several societal problems, including the dowry system, partition, child maltreatment and child employment, were intended to be brought to the readers' attention by these authors. They also uncovered issues like women's education, child marriage, complex man-woman relationships and maltreatment given to women in a patriarchal society. The same pattern is still being followed by contemporary women authors who depict modern women through their novels. Of them, Preeti Shenoy is the shining one. She portrays the modern woman of today's society through her various novels. The narrative of The Secret Wish List centers on 'Diksha', a contemporary woman. She is initially a traditional woman but one day because of her friend she realizes her hopes and aspirations. Though it seems impossible for her to achieve all of her ambitions at first, she encounters numerous obstacles because of a variety of situations, but ultimately, she succeeds. This paper aims to analyse the novel through the lens of portraying a woman's life journey from traditional to modern.

The accelerated progress of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) has made that marketing strategies are strengthened through the construction, personalization and socialization of information, which is one of the main dynamic social media. The aim of this article is to identify the trends and evolution of attitudes towards the use of social media as a marketing tool. For this, a bibliometric analysis was developed, divided into two stages: obtaining information (database and search equation), and obtaining bibliometric indicators (quantity, quality and structure) between 2008 and 2016. Among the results it is observed that increasing topics are centered on: Consumer Attitude, Health, Advertising, Communication y Consumer Behavior. Keywords: social media; marketing; bibliometric analysis; attitudes
