Now a days Staphylococcus aureus is most important concerning bacteria which causing diseases in both humans & animals leading to skin infections and respiratory diseases that occurring mainly due to food poisoning by its enterotoxins. By the observations of some patients with antibiotics as over dosage or misuse may lead to toxoids and sometimes antibiotics kill some germs that cause infections but they also kill helpful germs that protect our body from infections and become antibiotic resistant. This S.aureus became an Antibiotic resistant to Methicillin (MRSA), Ampicillin, Cefozolin, tetracycline, penicillin and even to Vancomycin . Even Vaccination for the Antibiotic resistant S. aureus is failed. So this studies identified Plant Secondary metabolites having fewer chances than antibiotics in creating side effects. Plants possess antioxidant activities effective in reducing toxicities of toxic agents or other drugs. We studied that S.aureus causes a benefit of interest to medicinal plants as an effective means of control by the study of local medicinal plants like Cranberry, Azadiracta indica, Digitaria sanguinalis. The role of flavonoids, isoflavones, phytosterol, and plant hormone-related chemicals are examined for their physiological effect. We propose that plant alkaloids will inhibit the antibiotic resistant S.aureus bacterial growth.

Due to the advance development in the CT software, angiography based on the conventional catheter techniques has been replaced by the CT angiography. In order to study the contrast based CT examination, large proportion of intravenous iodinated contrast agent were required to enhance the region of interest. The enhancement of contrast in CT examination is affected by three main factors such as patient, contrast media and scanning techniques factors. The factors which are related to the patient affecting the contrast enhancement are age, sex, height, weight and cardiac output. Aim of our study is to evaluate the factors affecting on the intravenous contrast flow during chest studies. In conclusion, outstanding vascular enhancement can routinely be obtained for CT scan of the chest. The relationship between injection rate, injection duration and required vascular enhancement as shown in our study will remain an important consideration as technology improvements in CT scanning.

Utilization of marble powder and different is Crusher sand as incomplete substitution of concrete and stable creation. Right now ruin down the excellent of cement made with utilizing these waste substances one is marble powder and different is Crusher sand. The marble powder is utilized as 16% supplant by means of weight of concrete and Crusher sand as the incomplete substitution of Fine Aggregate from 0%, 6%, 12%, 18%, 24%, 30% and 36%. The comparison of the strong right here is M-30 evaluation. It has been utilized as a substitution of nice totals in severa writing works but this paper famous the practicality of the substitution of marble powder for concrete to accomplish financial system and circumstance sparing. Droop Test was once performed for the crisp cement whilst Compressive Strength, Flexure Strength and Split Tensile Tests have been conveyed for the Hardened cement. All exams are carried out at 7-day, 14 - day, and 28 days with zero to 36% substitution of sand at an meantime of 6%. Investigation, for example, express gravity trial of Crusher sand and sand by means of pycnometer strategy, dampness substance of sand and Crusher sand with the aid of range drying technique, normal consistency of concrete, and beginning placing time of concrete, have been carried out to determine the bodily property of cement. On new strong slump check was once carried out to test performance of concrete and after then compressive satisfactory used to be checked. Consequently stone residue is appropriate replacement of fantastic totals in strong mixture for development. This is magnificent sparing in exorbitant material.

Solid waste management is very essential for sustainable development of any nation. Waste is the outcome of human activity. The collection and treatment of solid waste have become an intense problem due to population growth, economic development, fast urbanization and living standards of the residents in the city. In 2018, the municipal solid waste generation in Bongaigaon city was 20 metric ton per day and now it is increased to 22 tons per day. Solid Waste is basically collected in a segregated manner i.e. wet and dry manner. In the study area out of 22 tones total generated waste about 19 tons per day were segregated and collected on daily basis, rest 4 tones waste create unhygienic condition in the area. It has been estimated that approximately 80-85 per cent waste is collected for transportation to the disposal sites. The remaining waste is either left on the streets, deposited in open plots, low-lying areas and drains or burnt in the open. No scientific method is adopted while disposing the waste. The waste transported from the collection points to the land-filling site was always found uncovered. This might cause of air pollution. The present paper is a comprehensive review summarizing the present solid waste management system in Bongaigaon City. The study also identified the associated challenges and deriving potential solutions for sustainable waste management. This paper is an attempt made to find out various suggestions for better management of solid waste.
