According to studies, there is a strong relationship between gender literacy rate and GSDP. Men and women both are equal and play a paramount role in the creation and development of their families in particular and society in general. Gender inequality in India is a crucial reality. The top four and bottom four states of India have been taken into consideration for the analysis. Literacy is one of the most important indicators of economic development. Recent empirical research reveals the benefit of male and female education and describes the importance of this subject for economic development. Therefore the main objective of this research paper is to analyse the relationship between gender literacy and GSDP of selective states of India. The secondary data from the year 2011 has been used for the analysis. The methodology used for finding the relationship between gender literacy rate and GDP is a correlation, Descriptive statistics.

Background: The theoretical foundations for the therapeutic application of yoga in patients with lower limb amputation are outlined in this article. Yoga has developed and perfected highly effective models and tools for healing and well-being to improve physical and mental health over the course of its several thousand years of existence. There is dearth of literature available to assist researchers in developing treatment protocols on yoga practices for health concerns. This article is written with the intend to explore what factors motivate or inhibit patients to practice yoga as a treatment protocol and establish the feasibility and acceptability of Yogic practices in patients with traumatic lower limb amputations. Methods: This is prospective single arm design. Traumatic lower limb amputation patients were enrolled in the study to develop a feasibility and acceptability of yoga protocol in such patient population. Total of 26 patients were enrolled in the study and were made to do the set yoga protocol for the duration of 18 weeks. Discussion: The research protocol can be used to guide future feasibility studies on yoga for people with lower limb amputation, as well as future yoga intervention studies aimed at determining the most effective and feasible yoga practices.

HIV still poses a serious hazard to public health, and co-infection with Hepatitis B and/or C virus adds another element of danger. When compared to a single/mono infection, this double/triple infection increases morbidity and mortality. Hence, the regular checking for HBV and HCV infections in People with HIV (PWH) will be helpful in proper patient care and management. To study the prevalence of HBV and HCV coinfection among PWH and people without HIV (Non-PWH). A total of 220 cases with HIV (n=110) and without HIV (n=110) infection were included in the study. Samples were tested for HBV and HCV infection by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) method. Odds ratios, 95% confidence interval was calculated and the relative risk factors were analysed. Among the 110 PWH, 4 patients shown, HIV-HBV co-infection (Odds ratio (OR):2.0377 with 95% Confidence Interval (CI): 0.3655 to 11.3620) and in 5 patients, HIV-HCV co-infection (OR: 5.190 with 95% CI: 0.5964 to 45.1758 was observed. In 110 Non-PWH, 2 were HIV-HBV co-infected (1.81%) and 1 was HIV-HCV co-infected (0.90%). None of the participant either from PWH or from Non-PWH is positive for Triple co-infection of HIV-HBV-HCV. Our study demonstrates the co infection of HBV and/or HCV in HIV patients that significantly associated with immunodeficiency. The prevalence of HIV-HCV co-infection is more than HIV-HBV con-infection. But the prevalence of HBV is more in non-PWH than HCV. These findings emphasis the necessity of improving integrated care approaches, especially for the population with immunodeficiency, in order to lower the risk of viral transmission.

sustained release bilayer tablet containing metformin and glimeperide in which metformin is in the form of sustained release layer and Glimeperide is in the form of immediate release layer gives fast release. The aim and objective of present study is to design and prepare oral dosage form able to deliver a first impulse of the dose in the shorten time possible and a second fraction of dose in the prolonged time at a constant rate. This combination of drugs used in Diabetes Mellitus type 2 which shows potent effect. Metformin tablet were prepared by using tablet compression technique. different grades of HPMC were used. HPMC used as a matrix forming polymer for the metformin layer enables drug release for up to 9-10hour. Glimeperide tablet are prepared by using solvent evaporation method ofsolid dispersion technique is PEG6000.The formulated Metformin Hydrochloride & Glimeperide tablets were evaluated for thickness, hardness, weight variation, friability, drug contents & in vitro drug release .

Sexual harassment at work is the absolute reverse of gender equality, which has been pushed for all over the world. It is a kind of gender discrimination that violates Articles 14, 15, 19, and 21 of the Indian Constitution, which guarantee a woman's right to equality and right to life. These Articles guarantee every Indian citizen, regardless of gender, the right to equal protection under the law, the right to live a life free from any kind of discrimination, and the right to protection of life and personal liberty. On July 9, 1993, India signed the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW). After the horrific gang rape of Bhanwari Devi, a social worker from Rajasthan, a petition was brought for the first time before India's supreme court in 1997 to uphold the fundamental rights of working women. In this research paper, one of the most important causes is the male-dominated organisational structure. For example, a lot of the harassment women face at work isn't "sexual" in nature or intent, but it's done to show that men are in charge. In organisations, women usually have less power in the hierarchy than men, so sexual harassment is one way for the powerful to keep control. When they started looking for a job in an organisation, whether it was an educational institute, a private business, or the government, they were harassed and given sexual favours by the person in charge. In exchange, they were promised a job, which is what led to sexual harassment of women. The current research suggests that the most important thing to do at this point is to examine the problem in greater detail and come up with preventative actions that could better evaluate the situation.
