Weaning covers the entire process of liberating the patient from mechanical support and from the endotracheal tube.Discontinuation of mechanical ventilation and weaning represents a milestone in the progression to patient recovery in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Despite advances in mechanical ventilation weaning and respiratory support, the science of determining if the patient is ready for extubation is still very vague. The goal of this article is to summarize key developments in this important clinical area that the patients are weaned safely and as soon as possible, to improve their outcomes and avoid complications.

Chatbots are artificial intelligent systems that helps customers to solve their queries and respond accordingly. It is virtual assistant that engages 24x7 customer experience, where customers feel like they are having a humanlike conversation which helps them to get rid of the issues they are facing. Chatbots are easily scalable to manage customer requests with instant responses and boost customer satisfaction. After conducting literature review, the GAP is to improve the interaction of AI based customer acquisition through user compliance and feedback.Hence, the purpose of the study is to recommend the use and awareness about the chat bots for all the customers who can avail the personalized executive from banks for free of cost. The motive of chatbots is to help the banks to save on the customer service costs by speeding up the response time and answering most of the routine questions. Data is collected through empirical research and primary survey that includes the questionnaire in which 100 people were targeted. Our study offers to main contributions to research by providing a novel perspective on the nascent area of AI based customer acquisition in customer service context. AI powered conversational bots, or chatbots, will have the ability to know customers better than humans and automate most customer services interactions.

The challenge often confronted by the clients (owners of buildings and contractors) in housing sector of Assam that they require paying different wage rates to the workers serving in identical skill jobs. Due to such confusion, they get difficulty in estimating the fund need to be paid to the workers in advance and suffer a sizeable amount in vain. Despite the government of the state have fixed the minimum wage rates for workers as per skill category for both rural and urban areas , in practice, the uniformity in the payment of such wage rates to the workers is hardly found, particularly in the private housing sector of the state .The state fixed wage rates not only differ from the market prevailing ones, the disparity in payment of the wage rates to the workers in same/identical skill jobs has been observed either in same or different geographical areas of the state. Against this backdrop, an attempt has been made to examine the degree of inequality in wage distribution among the construction workers in urban housing sector of the state. This has been done mainly through examining the wage inequality with respect to job, labour quality and geographical areas.

Humans are increasingly changing their lifestyle from active living to passive living due to technology and occupational settings. The Covid - 19 pandemic has added to it exponentially and more prone to adversity on mental health as well as the quality of lifestyle. The virtual shift of the workplace and long sitting hours lead to physically inactive and encouraged sedentary behavior. Social isolation, staying away from people, lack of personal touch with colleagues and peer groups, lack of proper sleep & quality time with family and loneliness has resulted in burnout and chronic stress. This affects the cognitive function in terms of working memory and executive functions. The physical in-activeness and sedentary behavior has affected the quality of lifestyle and mental health. The WHO says that sedentary lifestyle has attributed to serious mental health problems leading to clinical depression, stress, and anxiety. The study shows that the quality of lifestyle depends on the activity they do to improve their physical and mental well - being. Thus reducing the activity of sedentary behavior ameliorate the cognitive function and improved physical activity. The focus is on encouraging behavioral changes to shift sedentary or virtual lifestyle to active lifestyle to resulting in better quality living and mental health.

The study is also meant to obtain insights regarding factors empowering rural women through microfinance services and which factors influences most and what extent. Respondents of Patan are approached with structured questionnaire by following a non-probabilistic convenience sampling technique. ANOVA was used to test hypotheses through SPSS version 16. Major findings include Most of the SHG members are illiterate and some of them have taken primary education, so NGOs and Government should undertake programs to provide basic education and training programs. The Government and NGOs should firstly undertake awareness programs to teach rural women what is SHG and what are the best use of it. The main objective of this study is to find the best predictive model of COVID-19 cases in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. We have considered daily COVID 19 new cases for the period of April 2021. In parametric models different linear, non-linear, smoothing methods and time series models have been employed. Among the non-linear and ARIMA models, appropriate model was selected based on highest adjusted R2 values, significance of the model parameters, lowest values of RMSE, MAE and MAPE values. Further the residual of the selected model was tested for randomness and normality.

Oral route is considered as one of the most convenient route for administration of various pharmaceutical dosage forms like, tablet, capsule, syrup, suspension and emulsion. Fast Dissolving Drug Delivery systems have developed various fast disintegrating preparations like mouth dissolving film, MDT. Oral thin film are new dosage form that are prepared from hydrophilic polymer which are when placed in mouth, buccal cavity disintegrate rapidly. Mouth dissolving film is superior as compare to mouth dissolving tablet as the cost of production is low. Geriatric and pediatric patients are facing difficulty in swallowing of tablet and capsule, the oral film can bypass it, along with that it has other advantages like self-administrable, fast dissolving, rapid absorption that make it versatile dosage form. The aim of this article is to review the ideal properties, significance, characteristics, limitation, choice of drug candidates, challenges in formulation, approaches for preparation of MDTs, Patented technologies on MDTs, Suitable drug candidates for MDTs, Marketed product of MDTs, and Evaluation tests of MDTs.
