The skill training ecosystem must take an integrated view of existing and potential demand for employers and employees. Considering the demographic ,economic, cultural and resources diversity of India, Putting such ecosystem in place would continue to be an in-progress project for a long while. The demographic dividend not withstanding with U.P,BIHAR,ODISHA,MADHYA PRADESH,W.BANGAL AND JHARKHAND expecting the numbers of returnee migrant workers to run in millions, the preparedness of their home state to provide local employment is bring put to test. In wake of their challenges the government of many of these states have announced elaborate arrangement. Registering the returnees and their skill level and collecting job opportunities in projects funded by central and state government are some of the measures announced. Though, the process is still underway, it is becoming clear that an exercise of the nature call for strong ground level institutions with serious capacities of planning and implementation.

In India, Microfinance has emerged as a major intervention to reduce poverty. Innumerable stakeholders of microfinance are enthusiastically channeling financial assistance and resources to poor households in urban and rural areas through NGOs and MFIs who are engaged in microfinance activities. The microfinance program is considered as one of the most practical and attractive tools for providing access to credit to the poor and henceforth lessening poverty and achieving Sustainable Livelihood (SL). Therefore, it becomes very important to study how these two concepts are interlinked together for ensuring the sustainable livelihood generation and sustainable rural development of a nation. The present research work is an attempt to draw out the linkages between Microfinance and Sustainable Livelihood Approach (SLA) and to investigate the impact of microfinance on sustainable rural livelihood by using various sustainability measurement indicators. The impact assessment has been carried out on 355 BPL household families of Agra District by using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. This research finds that there is a positive and significant impact of microfinance and sustainable rural livelihood. Microfinance provides financial accessibility to the rural poor of Agra District by increasing their total family income through generating numerous livelihood parameters like human capital, financial capital, social capital, natural capital, and physical capital. This livelihood generation provides hope to the poor people to ensure sustainable livelihood by improving their health, education, skills, assets, and involvement in social activities and hence acknowledge them as an important part of society that assisting in achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The participation of women in the economy is important in order to enhance and contribute towards raising the economic potential of a country. Traditionally women were just dependent on their family members for their expenses or savings. But now they are not only earning member of the family but also taking financial decisions on how, when and where to invest money without compromising their lifestyle? Women today are not just investing money in only traditional options like gold , land, bank and post office schemes , they are also investing in bonds mutual funds and insurance ,as they are becoming more aware of different and more better investment alternatives as shown by the different recent studies .As investment many professional options are also available with the women with which they can easily balance their home and professional life easily one such option is financial trading or stock trading with the need of time. In the present study, the diverse literature available worldwide on the stock market participation of women has been explored and analyzed in terms of their objectives, research methodology, sample, respondents and the impediments faced by women while investing in the stock market. The article demonstrates that there are several impediments that prevent women from investing in the stock market and suggests that besides financial literacy programmes, changes in attitude and behaviour of the society as well as women are needed in order to improve their participation in the stock market as traders.

Even today prevalence of syphilis is no doubt very high in underdeveloped countries like Nepal, but there has been scarce of information regarding the exact prevalence of this disease in general population. The objective of this study is to assess the seroprevalence of anti-treponemal antibody among patients visiting tertiary care hospital. A retrospective study was conducted for 9 years (2009 to 2017). Clinical data were collected from the serology section of Department of Microbiology, BPKIHS, Dharan. Of total (9610), 235 (2.4%) tests were reactive for anti-treponemal antibodies. Significant decrease in the prevalence of syphilis is a good indication for an underdeveloped country like Nepal towards acheiving millinium development goal. But in the era of HIV/AIDS, there is always a high chance, where syphilis can increase mobidity and mortality, thus authorities should be always vigilant in monitoring and spreading awareness to control spread of syphilis.
