India, a rural country with an enormous number of small farmers who still use traditional methods and do farming with few agricultural inputs. NGOs that indorse organic agriculture and other administrations who support farmers in these aspects. An organic measure is now developing in India on different levels (manufacturer groups, instructors and counsellors, certification bodies and processors and dealers). So, distribution of information about the different opportunities and challenges for Indian organic products on the domestic and international market are of fundamental concern to license continue. Organic food manufacture could be a self-regulated industry with government oversight in some nations, distinct from isolated agricultural. Currently, the ecu Union, the United States, Canada, Japan, and plenty of other countries require producers to get special certification supported government - defined standards so as to plug food as organic within their borders. within the context of those regulations, foods marketed as organic are produced in an exceedingly way that complies with organic standards set by national governments and international organic industry trade organizations.

Smart People can quickly obtain and publish the news through many platforms i.e., social media, blogs, and websites, among others. Everything that is available on these plat-forms in not credible and it became imperative to check the credibility of articles be-fore it proves to be detrimental for the society. Multiple initiatives have been taken up by platforms like twitter and Facebook to check the spread of fake news omits platforms. Several researches have been undertaken utilizing machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) methodologies to address the problem of determining the re-liability of news. Traditional media solely employed textual content to spread in-formation. However, with the introduction of Web 2.0, fake images have become more readily circulated. The news piece, along with the graphic statistics, lends credibility to the material. The picture data is occasionally supplemented with the news pieces. For this research the prime focus is DL based solutions for text-based fake news detection. This research discusses about various techniques to automated detection of fake news. The paper gives a comparative analysis of various techniques that have been successful in this domain. Various datasets that have been used frequently are also highlighted. Despite various researches have been conduct-ed for tackling fake news, these approaches still lack is some areas like multilingual fake news, early detection and so on.

Extracellular enzymes are involved in the fungal pathogenesis in plants. Currently, culture media, data analyses, and data report related to extracellular enzymes produced in vitro conditions are different and therefore, lack standardization. This work with the potato-dextrose-agar (PDA) medium combined with a specific compound to produce extracellular enzymes through pathogenic fungi (Alternaria alternata, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides, Curvularialunata, Fusarium equiseti, Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium oxysporum, Penicillium digitatum, and Rhizopus stolonifer), as well as to analyze and report enzyme data based on different criteria. The assay was randomized, with three factors (culture media, isolates, and enzymes). The studied enzymes were cellulase and pectinase. The normal media detected more enzymes and was more precise compared to the PDA medium plus specific compound. We suggest the normal media culture to study enzyme production, as well as the criteria mentioned to assess and report the data related to enzyme activities.

Two data science subfields with a lot of focus are big data analytics and deep learning. Big Data has grown in importance as a result of the large-scale collection of domain-specific data by both public and private entities, which can provide useful information regarding issues like national intelligence, cyber security, fraud detection, marketing, and medical informatics. Large data sets are being analysed by businesses like Google and Microsoft for business analysis and decisions that will affect both current and future technologies. Deep learning techniques extract high-level, complex abstractions as a means of data representation through a hierarchical learning process. Based on relatively simpler abstractions created in the previous level of the hierarchy, complex abstractions are learned at a given level. A key benefit of deep learning is its capacity to analyse and learn from massive amounts of unsupervised data.

The soft candy which is available on the market are known with many health effects due to addition of improper preservatives added on to it. This study and the development of the product ensures that no chemical preservatives are added on to it and as well as ensures that this development of the product is highly nutritious and safe for consumption. The two mainly incorporated herb (giloy) and palm sugar in combination with tamarind which has been used for the development of the product compute to be an excellent source of nutrients and also adds up an additional flavoring to the product which compared to the other soft candies which is avail these days. The formulated soft candies were good in terms of nutritional composition like energy, carbohydrate, protein, fat, fiber, total sugars and vitamin-c. Finally, the product which has been developed outperforms the control completely in terms of nutritional aspects. Due to its nutritivevalue, this product is especially recommended for diabetic people.
