Bifenthrin type 1 synthetic pyrethroid technical grade and 10% EC induced alterations in the biochemical parameters of total proteins (TP), Glycogen and Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), Aspartrate Amino Transferase (AAT) and Alanine Amino transferase (ALAT) in the fish Labeo rohita, in the laboratory after exposing them in both lethal and sublethal concentrations for four days and 10 days respectively taking into consideration of 96 hour LC50 values of the respective toxicants. The fish organs, Gill, Liver, Kidney, Brain and Muscle are studied and found an appreciable quantity of percentage as decrement of TP, glycogen and increment in LDH, AAT and ALAT enzymes in this present study. Proteolysis and an hormonal imbalance due to the toxic stress as an effect resulted in the protein break down and gluconeogenesis might be also be reasons of the decrement followed by increment of the three enzymes studied in the biochemical parameters of the fish. Shifting of aerobic pathway to anaerobic resulted LDH activity that got enhanced.

Today, when we have crossed each boundary wall, inner and outer, these academic pursuits are the greatermost platforms where we try to locate the bright side of each subject. In our country, we have a very rich tradition of critical inquiry known as Indian Sanskrit-Poetics which flourished into the following schools (sampradayas): Alankar (Embellishment), Riti (Style), Vakrokti (obliquity), Aucitya (Propriety), Dhvani (Suggestion) and Rasa (Aesthetic Experience). Automated fault detection in medical imaging has become a hot issue in a range of medical diagnostic applications. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) automated tumour diagnosis is crucial because it provides information about abnormal tissues that is needed for therapy planning. The traditional method for finding flaws in magnetic resonance brain imaging is human inspection. This method is unworkable when dealing with large amounts of data. As a result, radiologists are developing automated tumour detection methods in order to save time. MRI brain tumour identification is difficult due to the intricacy and variety of tumours. Using CNN, This Paper detect whether an MRI picture is a tumour or not in our suggested work. In this Project use frontend and backend are used. On the frontend, we utilised DJANGO in Python to create the Web Application, and on the backend, we trained the model using 3000 photos and completed the testing phase.

One of the most important goals is to develop a medical diagnosis system for disease prediction. Machine learning techniques and technologies have been effectively applied in a variety of areas, including medical diagnostics. Machine learning algorithms may be extremely useful in developing a health system to address health-related issues, such as assisting doctors in diagnosing diseases at an early stage. Diabetes is a chronic disease marked by high blood sugar levels. It has the potential to induce a variety of serious illnesses, including stroke, kidney failure, and heart attacks. When our blood oxygen level falls below the normal range, we may experience hypoxemia symptoms. It could result in a slew of complications. Heart disease, heart attack, stroke, neuropathy, nephropathy, retinopathy and vision loss, hearing loss, and so on are all symptoms of heart disease, heart attack, or stroke. This research focuses on a review of machine learning techniques for predicting diabetes and hypoxemia disease.

New technologies and the available computing tools are becoming more important every day in the teaching evolution. The use of Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) with MATLAB enables the implementation of practical teaching methodologies to make easier the comprehension of a given subject. In this work, we report on the application of GUI's in order to provide the students with a simple tool for a better understanding on how to design GRIN elements for optical systems. Another GUI's advantage is that they can be converted to an executable file, so any student could use the interface in their own computer without having a MATLAB license. We present a graphical interface to show the performance of an optical device for controlling beam size and for deflecting light for coupling purposes, by a simple geometrical optics study, in a tapered GRIN lens illuminated by a parallel beam of tilted rays. We also show a graphical interface to obtain the maximum coupling efficiency between fundamental modes of two single-mode fibers by a scaling operation carried out by a GRIN fibre lens. With this interface the students can vary the magnification and the image plane in order to get the more suitable GRIN fibre lens to maximize the coupling efficiency between two fibers.

The aim of the study was to examine the influence of character strengths on life satisfaction. The participants were 400 college students. Character strengths were studied using Value in Action Inventory by McGrawth. To study life satisfaction, Psychological well-being scale developed by Sisodia and Choudary was used. The data was analyzed using ANOVA. Findings reveal that people with high character strengths found to have higher level of life satisfaction. People with average and high character strengths significantly differ on life satisfaction. Girls found to have higher level of life satisfaction compare to boys.

Birds are unique in having a coat of feathers and in resting on the hind limbs alone. Hence they are defined as the feathered bipeds. For many years nest building in birds has been considered a remarkable behavior. Perhaps just as remarkable is the public scholarly consensus that bird nests are achieved by instinct alone. As a consequence, we contend that nest building is a much under investigated behavior that holds promise both for learning in that behavior as well as a new model system for examining brain-behavior relationship.
