Optical Fiber communication is one of the vital communication technologies preferred by broadband service provider which is spread all over the world with worldwide data infrastructure. It is preferred not only for the less expenditure required for its installation and maintenance but also for its other advantages. The optical fibers are the main attraction because of high data rates and large bandwidth having the capacity to support large number of users at same time. This high end technology may also become interrupted due to sudden fiber cut or link failure which causes problem to the users. So, faster recovery of the network system with seamless connectivity is highly appreciable to any broadband service provider. In our research work, the restoration technique with seamless communication is proposed which uses BER evaluation of the alternative link and connects those links for data communication to overcome single link failure within network. This proposed method uses BER evaluation to find the least BER value of the adjacent path between two nodes in a given network and in case of failure occurred on any link of the working network, all the adjacent cycles between end nodes of the failed link are determined. Then Genetic Algorithm (GA) is applied to get the fittest path. Here the basic parameter to select the fittest path is BER performance of the link. This is served by marking adjacent cycles of the failed link having the least BER value and that adjacent cycle consists of the source and destination nodes of the failed link which finally help to bypass the failed link to stay connected all the time.

Abstract: Immediately after India's independence, the "language problem" emerged as a very sensitive political issue in Indian politics. It was not uncommon for such a problem to arise at that time in a multilingual country like India, which had just tasted independence. The people expected the political leadership and the framers of the constitution at that time to be sincere in their efforts for a lasting solution to this problem. This is because such a problem is not only inconsistent with the idea of national unity in India, but also a threat to India's national unity in the future. But the unfortunate truth is that the framers of the Constitution have been unable to find a lasting solution to this problem. Similarly, at different times later, different governments of the country could not bring a permanent solution to this 'language problem'. The answer to the question of what will be the state language of the country is still unresolved. This article discusses the debate on "official language" in the Constituent Assembly, the constitutional statute on languageand "state restructuring on the basis of language". It also discusses how the politics of language-identity has become relevant in recent times in India through the "National Education Policy Debate", "One Language, One State" debate.

Data is presumed to be the next oil. Unless it is refined, it is of no value. But once it is refined and presented in the required format, is equivalent to gold. Education is also no exception. Big Data has found its way deep into the realms of education and is transforming the way education is delivered and consumed. This work is an attempt to explore the ways Big Data is transforming education and what are the challenges that beset this transformational journey. Some noteworthy tools that have attracted quite an ample amount of prominence are also discussed and how the conventional tools of education are being transformed or replaced by the tools powered by analytics and artificial intelligence are making way into the mainstream. The advantages of adopting the data driven technologies also find mention in this work. Ethical and moral questions have also been raised as analyzing the data generated by someone through digital interactions are always a shady area. There is no clear black or white to it.
