In recent times, most of the financial transactions are done through smartphones. Financial transactions contain data of high confidentiality;therefore, security is a main concern in these transactions. Every transaction should be recorded, and this information must be made non-tamperable. Authentication and Authorization of users must be done to check the authenticity of the users to avoid misuse of the data from an intruder. The proposed Mutual Authentication Blockchain based ID as a Service [MABIDaaS] [10] helps to achieve this. Our system uses blockchain technology for storing the transaction details of the user, cloud storage services for access rights, and Trusted Execution Environment [TEE] [11] for a secure execution of the transaction through mobile phones. This paper shows how the proposed system can be used for mutual authentication between two mobile users by using digital signature [3], key set and records the transacted data in the blocks as the data inserted into the blocks cannot be manipulated.

Lateral load resistance in seismic prone areas, has leads to damages to the structure, to overcome this under seismic excitation steel bracing has proved most effective systems against earthquake effect. RC frames in seismic areas has to design in such a way that they resist considerable amount of lateral loads. In this paper RC frame is analyzed with different bracing system such as X, K & ZX & various steel section such as ISA, ISMB, ISMC in zone-V area of India, by Non-linear static procedure, through ETABS software. The lateral loads are carried by bracing. In order that strength & stiffness is increased by using steel bracing in RC frame. In this 10(ten) models is analyzed with 3(three) bracing system of different section & without bracing. Thus the main purpose of analyzing is to known the structural behavior of bracing steel section for building, lateral displacement, and performance of bracing section applied on RC frame and to know the pushover process

Duringan earthquakestructures will suffer from severe damages due to the drastic variation in the lateral stiffness and strength. In most of the cases damages have occurred due to the presence of soft storey in the structure. It is clear in IS 1893 Part-1 (2016) that storeys below should not have stiffness lower than that of upper storeys. In this paper the dynamic analysis is done on a high-rise structure (G+29) to know the behaviour the structure under the influence of soft storey. This analysis is done by providing soft storeys at different levels in the structure by decreasing the column size when compared to the upper storeys. A comparative study is done between the symmetrical structure and structure having soft storeys at different levels in the structure. Storey displacement, drifts and stiffness of structure with soft storeys are compared with structure with no soft storey.

The recent advancements in technology have now enabled us to make low-cost machines for Real time applications. This paper presents a simple way of designing and implementing an automatic sheet metal cutting machine using easily available low-cost pneumatic, sensor & micro-controllers. A pressure from the pneumatic cylinder is enough for operating the shearing machine unit. The pressurized air from the compressor, actuates the pneumatic cylinder, power from the piston is transmitted to the shear cutting blades. Sheet metal is fed through the roller and the sensor fixed at a particular position senses the sheet and sends command to the blades to cut the sheet metal. This entirely eliminates the human intervention.

Since the early dawn of civilization, agriculture has been an intrinsic part of human life. When we look at the modern farming arena, we observe that this is rapidly changing. With the increased demand and rising production costs, farmers are looking for modern farming equipment's that could help them in cutting the cost and even reducethe labor hours. One such modern agricultural tool which is rising on horizon of agricultural advancements is an RF based AGriculturalRObot (AG-RO). These Autonomous robots are creating abundant curiosity and driving some of the great enthusiasts for its development from different dimensions of engineering. In this paper, we are implanting autonomous robotic machines to carry out agricultural tasks. This robot will be used to perform agricultural operations such as ploughing, seed sowing and water sprinkling. The objectives of the proposed system are to dig the soil, to plough the seeds and to provide irrigation system by spraying water with a pump automatically. The robot constitutes of ARM controller along with a geared dc motor and an RF decoder for driving the motor, a remote which consists of an assembly of switch array to send signals for designated movement, a microcontroller, an RF encoder, a pump and water sprinkler arrangement. The RF modules used here are STT-433 MHz Transmitter, STR-433 MHz Receiver, HT12E RF Encoder and HT12D RF Decoder. The control switches are interfaced to the RF transmitter through RF encoder. The encoder continuously reads the status of the switches, passes the data to the RF transmitter which then transmits the data to the AG-RO.

Tuberculosis is a common and deadly infectious disease caused by Mycobacteria. WHO estimates that one third of global population is infected with Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is a Multidrug resistant since their are a lot of mutations occur in genes .Our study focused on uncharacterized mutated tuberculosis target identification by using Systems Biology Approach, which is used to find the better drug targets. From the advance search by using UniProt we observed seven receptors are the significant targets 2CCA,1P44, 3VZ1,3IFZ, 1KOR,2EYQ .Tuberculosis target candidates are screened and validated by docking studies using Auto dock Software .Analysis has revealed that among 14 ligands it has been observed that Josamycine and Rifapentine showed a better interaction score (-10.3 kcal/mol and -12.7 kcal/mol) and could be potential ligands. These potential ligands have also shown better ADMET properties in Insilico studies by using ADMET SAR software.

A lot of people rely on content available on social media for making decisions. The possibility that anyone can post a review provides a golden opportunity for spammers to write spam reviews about products and services. Identifying these spammers and the spam content is a very important topic in field of research and although a considerable number of studies have been done recently, but so far, the methodologies put forth still barely detect spam reviews, and none of them show the importance of each extracted feature type. This propose a novel framework, named NetSpam, which utilizes spam features for modeling review datasets as heterogeneous information networks to map spam detection procedure into a classification problem in such networks. Using the importance of spam features help us to obtain better results in terms of different metrics experimented on real-world review datasets from Yelp and Amazon websites. The results show that NetSpam is better than the existing methods using the features like review-behavioral, user-behavioral, review-linguistic, user-linguistic.

An earthquake is a natural disaster which causes damages to the structures and responsible for loss of life. Earthquake refers to shaking of ground and is unpredictable. It is not possible to prevent the earthquake and thus attempts have been made to resist the earthquake forces acting on the structures. Base isolation is one of the effective method of resisting earthquake forces. They consist of rubber bearings which are sandwiched between superstructure and its foundation. These rubber bearings absorb earthquake energy thus resulting in energy dissipation. In this thesis work, an attempt is made to study the behavior of structures with and without base isolation system. Lead Rubber Bearings (LRBs) are used as an isolation system. Four models of plan 20m x 20m with different heights are modelled and analysed in ETABS 2016 software. Response spectrum method is carried out for the analysis of models. The models are analysed for two different zones of India. I.e. Zone II (low seismic risk) and Zone V (severe seismic risk) as per IS 1893:2002 (Part 1). From the analysis of fixed base models, maximum axial reaction is obtained and LRBs are designed manually as per Design of Seismic Isolated Structures by James M Kelly and Farzad Naeim. The parameters such as storey displacements, storey drifts and mode periods are compared between fixed base and isolated base models. It is found that, storey drifts are reduced in the building with isolated base. Storey displacements and mode periods are increased due to increase in the flexibility of isolated base building. Hence it is found that the use of base isolation system reduces the earthquake forces transferring to the superstructure.
