 Abstract

Ebola contagion complaint( EVD) is a severe and constantly murderous complaint caused by Ebola contagion( EBOV). EVD outbreaks generally start from a single case of probable zoonotic transmission, followed by mortal- to- mortal transmission via direct contact or contact with infected fleshly fluids or defiled diminutives, Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) exhibits a high rate of cases resulting in casualties, displaying symptoms such as fever, gastrointestinal manifestations, and a pattern of dysfunction across multiple organs opinion requires a combination of case description and laboratory tests, generally real- time rear recap PCR to descry viral RNA or rapid-fire individual tests grounded on immuno- assays to descry EBOV antigens. Recent advances in medical countermeasure exploration redounded in the recent blessing of an EBOV- targeted vaccine by European and US nonsupervisoryagencies. The technologically advanced vaccines like a viral- vectored vaccine, DNA vaccine and contagion- suchlike patches are underway for testing against EBOV. In the absence of any effective control measure, the adaption of high norms of bio-security measures, strict aseptic and aseptic practices, strengthening of surveillance and monitoring systems, assessing applicable counter-blockade checks and alert on trade, transport, and movement of callers from EVD aboriginal countries remains the answer of choice for diving the EBOV spread. In this discussion, we focus on the current script of Ebola virus (EBOV), with particular attention to animal and veterinary viewpoints, as well as advancements in approaches to prevention and control strategies that should be adopted. learned from the recent outbreaks and the global preparedness-plans.The results of a randomized clinical trial of Investigational rectifiers for EVD demonstrated survival benefits from two monoclonal antibody products targeting the EBOV membrane glycoprotein. New compliance arising from the unknown 2013 - 2016 Western African EVD outbreak( the largest in history) and the ongoing EVD outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have mainly bettered the understanding of EVD and viral continuity in survivors of EVD, performing in new strategies toward forestalment of infection and optimization of clinical operation, acute illness issues and attendance to the clinical care requirements of cases.

 Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has rapidly affected our day-to-day life disrupting world trade and movements. Wearing a protective face mask has become a new normal. In the near future, many public service providers will ask the customers to wear masks correctly to avail of their services. Therefore, face mask detection has become a crucial task to help global society. This paper presents a simplified approach to achieve this purpose using some basic Machine Learning packages like TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV. The proposed method detects the face from the image correctly and then identifies if it has a mask on it or not. As a surveillance task performer, it can also detect a face along with a mask in motion. The method attains accuracy up to 95.77% and 94.58% respectively on two different datasets. We explore optimized values of parameters using the Sequential Convolutional Neural Network model to detect the presence of masks correctly without causing over-fitting. Effective strategies to restrain COVID-19 pandemic need high attention to mitigate negatively impacted communal health and global economy, with the brim-full horizon yet to unfold. In the absence of effective antiviral and limited medical resources, many measures are recommended by WHO to control the infection rate and avoid exhausting the limited medical resources. Wearing a mask is among the non-pharmaceutical intervention measures that can be used to cut the primary source of SARS-CoV2 droplets expelled by an infected individual. Regardless of discourse on medical resources and diversities in masks, all countries are mandating coverings over the nose and mouth in public. We will use the dataset to build a COVID-19 face mask detector with computer vision using Python, OpenCV, and TensorFlow and Keras. In our proposed system we will use a live video stream and finally in the output it gives a red box on the face when someone is not wearing a mask. Our goal is to identify whether the person on the image/video stream is wearing a face mask or not with the help of computer vision and deep learning.

 Abstract

Indian democracy is upheld by the three major pillars namely, legislature, executive and judiciary. Lord Macaulay, considered "media" to be the fourth pillar of the democracy. It is always critical to raise awareness and bring changes in the minds of the people. This can be done only by the means of free and independent media, thus ensuring the democracy. Though Part 3 of the Indian Constitution has not expressly provided for the "Freedom of Media", the Supreme Court with its interpretation has ensured the freedom under Article 19(1)(a) guaranteeing the "Freedom of speech and expression". The media has developed to the phase wherein people are able to access to the worldwide happenings in their hands by means of the digital world. But in the recent times, media is frequently criticised particularly in reporting the high-profile cases, as they try to sensationalise and distort the facts in order to gain the public attention. The media has equal responsibility as to the judiciary in upholding justice and both should never be at loggerheads. Under the guise of investigative journalism, the media goes beyond and interferes in the functions of judiciary. This is posing a huge obstacle to free and fair trial. This research article focuses on the freedom and also the degree of the restriction imposed on such freedom. Further focuses on the impact of media trial that takes the cover of freedom of speech and expression and poses undue interference in the administration of justice. The articles also addresses the impact of media trial on right to privacy, right to reputation and right to fair trial.

 Abstract

In the 8th Century, the Southern part of India was ruled by three prominent kingdoms The Cheras, Pandyas and the Cholas. Cholas were considered as the most powerful of the three. Chola Dynasty was one of the important parts in the history of South India. The Chola Empire was based in the Kaveri River Valley, which runs south east through Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Southern Deccan Plateau to the Bay of Bengal. Chola kingdom which came to be called as 'Cholamandalam'. Throughout the Medieval period, however the Cholas had major throne on their side. The Chola kings followed a highly efficient system of Administration. The Cholas had three major administrative division called Central Government, Provincial Government and Local Government. Local self Government was flourished in Chola period. The most striking feature of the administrative system of the Cholas was their autonomous village administration (Kudaivolai system) and town administration. The 'Uttaramerur Inscription' belonging to the reign of Parantaka-I who belong to 10th century, gives details about the functioning and constitution of the local administration. The efficient Chola Administrative System has been well appreciated by many historians and rulers. Dynasties and Empires have risen and fallen, but Local Self Governments were survived. Thus, the conception of Local Self government is not foreign to the genius of the people of India.

 Abstract

Background Renal transplantation is one of most common organ transplant techniques, improves quality of life and overall survival in patient with end stage renal disease. Pulmonary complications such as atelectasis, pulmonary emphysema, and pulmonary thromboembolic events have been observed in post-transplant patients. Common symptoms of primary atelectasis patients include coughing, shortness of breath, and reduced chest expansion. Purpose The purpose of this case study is to report the results of a prone positioning along with conventional rehabilitation in paediatric renal transplant recipient. Case Presentation An 8-year-old girl child who underwent renal transplant surgery with her grandmother as donor and was presented with lung atelectasis. The patient reported with NRBM -12 lit of o2 support having pain, breathlessness, cough accompanied by reduce chest expansion. Chest X-ray and HRCT shows collapse consolidation with air bronchogram involving both lower lobes, markedly dilated all cardiac chambers, mild pericardial effusion. Method Nebulization, segmental breathing exercise, thoracic expansion exercise, incentive spirometer and active exercises was given thrice a day from day1post atelectasis , 3-5 repetitions a time with rest. Due to lack of improvement on first 2 days prone positioning was added from day 3. Result The results of the intervention in measuring the breathless using the Borg Scale, measuring thoracic expansion using a Medline, as well as the results of a chest X-ray. Discussion In case of primary atelectasis in post renal paediatric patient the prone positioning is given for improve ventilation along with nebulization and chest percussion vibration which helps to loosen secretion, segmental breathing exercise and thoracic expansion exercise to increase chest expansion and incentive spirometer to encourage coughing and facilitate mucus removal. Conclusion Prone positioning along with chest physiotherapy increase oxygenation, relieve breathless and increase thoracic expansion
