The phrase "investment" refers to any method of obtaining future income. To invest is to put money into something with the expectation of future reward. The purpose of this research is to learn how investing expertise and risk perception influence financial choices. Investing is not possible if investors do not cover saving. Those who must save engage in this type of activity, where investments are made using their savings, or, to put it another way, it is the people who will have to save who invest their savings. There are many different financial options, including banking, gold, real estate, post services, mutual funds, systematic investment plans, Stock market and so forth. Investors constantly make investments with a variety of goals in mind, including profit, security, safety, and stable income. The purpose of this study is to examine attitudes and actions towards the various investment opportunities that are accessible and to determine their relationships. The researcher's findings indicate that salaried employees take into account both safety and a favorable return on frequent investments. With a sample size of 200 salaried individuals, the researcher explored the various investment avenues in this article, as well as some considerations when selecting an investment. The survey was conducted in the Vadodara, Gujarat using a structured questionnaire. Percentage, tables, and graphs have been used to analyze and illustrate the data. The researcher's analysis revealed that salaried employees take into account both safety and a favorable return on frequent investments. It also seeks to provide insight on the elements taken into account for an adequate investment.

In this period, there are increasing needs for automation and Industry 4.0. Automation is necessary for every machine since it helps to boost productivity and efficiency. A stretcher that is mechanised is created with these demands in mind. The machine or device in the manufacturing sector finds its way to move from one location to another. The autonomous guided vehicle has the ability to stick to a predetermined path. The use of automation improves and maintains quality while reducing human mistake in handling and increasing job efficiency, all of which contribute to economic growth. An automated stretcher that responds to commands has been created. Multispecialty hospitals with huge buildings can benefit from this use. The name of this machine is "Line Follower Stretcher." Using Ir sensors, the proposed system detects the dark path and moves in that direction on the ground. This technique reduces the need for labour while also making work easier. According to the specifications, a black line is traced through the hospital, and the stretcher recognises the lines and travels there on its own. The line-following robot is powered by an Arduino-based system. If there is a problem, a buzzer sounds to signal the moving impediment to move out of the way.

The main objective of this study was to assess household water demand and willingness to pay (WTP) for improved water services in Abobo Woreda of Gambella Region. The specific objectives of the research were to estimate mean WTP and establish factors that influence per capita water consumption and WTP for improved water service. The survey data were collected from 260 households using both purposive and cluster sampling methods, in the month of April 2019, mainly in four villages, namely; Tegny, Village 14, Village 17 and Chebukier. The study used the Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) to estimate WTP using a double-bounded dichotomous choice elicitation format. In assessing the determinants of WTP and water consumption, the study employed both the probit model and double-log regression model, respectively. Results from the study showed that about 67% of households in the study areas were willing to pay the initial bid offered for an improvement in their water services. Generally, about 93% of the sampled households were willing to pay something for the improvement in water services. The study further showed that the estimated mean WTP for a 20 liter of water was 0.40 Cents. On household water demand, results showed that the mean daily per capita water consumption was 26.18 liters. Results from the probit model showed that gender, household size, household income, distance and owning a backyard garden positively and significantly affect WTP. Moreover, age, household daily water used, household averting behavior, current water quality, and the initial bid offered negatively and significantly affected WTP for improved water. On the other hand, results from the double-log regression model showed that gender and years of using source were positive factors influencing household water consumption. In addition, distance, household size, and education level were negative determinants of household water consumption. The implications of the study are that factors such as age, income, level of education, gender, distance, and household size should be considered when setting domestic water tariffs and designing strategies on demand management.
