Cloud computing conveys scalable and on-demand services to huge set of users in variety of domains all over the world. Thus it has been revolutionized the strategy used for employing distributed services to various business as well as government organizations. As the popularity increases, the complication of the cloud environment is also increasing at an enormous degree. Though, this novel technique has produced many issues not only for service providers, but also for customers, who have already been owned complicated legacy systems. This paper analyses SLA management related to cloud computing. The work begin with an investigation of cloud computing architecture. Then, we discuss existing structure, metrics, penalties etc. of Service Level Agreements in various cloud services models such as SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. Subsequently we analyses the Energy Aware SLA which is the extension of existing Cloud SLA in which as an additional, it includes energy and carbon parameters. In the last section, we summarize our findings as a conclusion.

One of the problem that commonly faced in transportation systems is the disruption of emergency vehicle service, such as ambulance or fire fighting units, due to the traffic congestion. This analysis developed to provide the route guidance and navigation for emergency vehicle. The goal is to provide help for the emergency vehicle to reach the destination effectively by coordinative traffic data through a wireless communication networks. Our proposed system provides shortest route guidance and navigation for the emergency vehicle among the multiple routes. And system also gives proper vehicle tracking details to traffic police through the application. So that traffic police can take immediate action to solve traffic jam in particular areas. The goal is to provide assistance for the emergency vehicle to reach the destination effectively by using machine learning algorithms and coordinating traffic information through a wireless communication networks and to find a shortest plus minimum traffic route solution for emergency vehicle.

The concept of smart grid has emerged as a convergence of traditional power system engineering and information and communication technology. It is vital to the success of next generation of power grid, which is expected to be featuring reliable, efficient, flexible, clean, friendly, and secure characteristics. Security has turned into a significant issue when the uses of huge information are drastically developing in cloud processing. The advantages of the execution for these rising innovations have enhanced or changed administration models and enhance application exhibitions in different points of view. Moreover, since millions of smart meters create a huge amount of data, a privacy-preserving authentication scheme in smart grid should not only be secure but also efficient in terms of communication and computation cost. In this proposed approach, we describe smart grid goals and tactics, and present a securing the smart grid. Following a brief discussion about major challenges in smart grid developmentOur proposed approach intends to specifically scramble information also, utilize protection characterization techniques under planning requirements. They improve traditional advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) and meter data management (MDM) functionality with robust data analytics and operational data storage and management capabilities. This approach is intended to boost the security assurance scope by utilizing a specific encryption system inside the required execution time necessities.

Technology is essential in teaching and learning mathematics, it influences the mathematics that is taught and enhances student's learning. This paper presents new trends in technology and learning through GeoGebra, which could be especially important for the future development of e-learning for College mathematics. GeoGebra is a free, open source, multi-platform, translatable, dynamic mathematics software that has an extensive and very active international community of users who support each other with teaching materials and technical support in the use of the program. Examples of the use of GeoGebra will be shown using some concepts of 3D-geometry.

Noise elimination from image is one of the most challenging and important task in digital image processing. Now-a-days, nonlinear filters are most extensively applied for removing salt and pepper noise from gray scale images. In this paper salt and pepper noise removal using different nonlinear filters are analyzed based on the restoration performance of the filters by undergoing various simulations in MATLAB environment on a set of standard images. Also the performance of the filters are compared in terms of some well known image quality metrics such as Mean square error (MSE), Peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) and mean structural similarity index (MSSIM).

NHM is a national health mission seeks to provide equitable, affordable and quality health care to the rural population, especially the vulnerable groups. Achieving effective healthcare by the state and other parameters leading to health development. The thrust of the mission is on establishing a fully functional, community owned, decentralized health delivery system with inter-sectoral convergence at all levels, to ensure simultaneous action on a wide range of determinants of health in Gumballi. Awareness about NHM is found to be 100% which throws light on how effectively there is penetration of awareness among the community and beneficiaries of particular village.

: The Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, 1958 is an act that is implemented in areas that are declared as ‘disturbed’ either by the Central Government or the State Government under the Act. Once AFSPA is imposed in a region, security forces are deployed there and these forces enjoy special powers and immunity under the act empowering them to kill, arrest, search without warrant etc. This wide range of powers bestowed upon them is often allegedly abused resulting in abhorrent human right violations. This article talks about the origin, implementation and its abuse at the hands of the armed forces in the North – East region of India comprising of seven neighbouring states where it has been in force for more than 50 years now and how it has affected the livelihood of the inhabitants living there.
