 Abstract

In today's world, everything is associated together by means of Internet, So it has been genuinely said that an Internet turns into an imperative piece of human life. Be that as it may, two-third of total populace still doesn't have an Internet Access. Project Loon is concocted by Google for giving Internet Access to rustic and remote zones. It is ballon powered internet for everybody. The project is set in stratosphere at an elevation of 20 miles(32km). The project utilizes high-elevation ballon to make ethereal remote system with the speed of 3G. Project Loon is a network of different ballons traveling at the edge of space. This paper presents information about the "Project Loon for all" technology.

 Abstract

There has been several advancement in the field of e-learning. Several e-learning platforms has emerged in past decade as a result of pushed efforts for recording learning activities for a student. Nevertheless, it is still a subject of research, for we have still few advancements to make, a specification to prepare, as well as to present this in a framework as a whole. In this paper, I am going to discuss one such framework, called xAPI, which provides a schema to track learning activities on. Furthermore, this paper discusses how Aadhar card can be used as a base for such tracking on a national scale.

 Abstract

Video compression is nothing but compression of video, it involves compression of video size, audio format. In other words we can state video compression as one of the encoding format of video that it can have less memory size than the original video file. One of the basic need for video compression is nothing but, if video size less is then it is easy to transmit over the air i.e. on internet. Video compression is done by removing repetitive frames and audio effects so, mainly it will reduce all unimportant data or it will reduce it from video file. There are different algorithms for compression of video. We are going to use LZW compression algorithm to do effective compression of digital video. LZW is dictionary based algorithm. This paper implements one of the advanced video compression technique by providing less data loss by using LZW algorithm.

 Abstract

Nanoscience is a field of study concerned with manipulation of matter on an atomic, molecular, and supra-molecular scale. Nanotechnology refers to the application of nanoscience to build nano-components based on the manipulation of matter with at least one dimension sized from 1 to 100 nanometers. Nanotechnology has been slowly progressing for decades and is anticipated to make a big impact in certain key industry verticals including aerospace, clothing, construction, energy management, healthcare, electronics, manufacturing, packaging, and more. In our paper we discuss about Leveraging computing and telecommunications technologies represents a substantial opportunity for nano-devices and nano-sensors to communicate as part of a nano-network. Also in this paper focus on the nanotechnology issues in telecommunication engineering and also provides a review of applications and future technologies in field of telecommunication based on nanotechnology. In modern sciences, nanotechnology is considered as the next industrial revolution which it may give more possibilities exceed our expectations in many fields. In telecommunication engineering nanotechnology could provide effective solutions for power efficient computing, sensing, memory enlargement, and human machine interaction. Nanotechnology in communication systems also provides ability for manufacturers to produce computer chips and sensors that are considerably smaller, faster, more energy efficient, and cheaper to manufacture than their present-day modules. Autonomous nano-communications, supported by Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, will create the opportunity for signalling, monitoring, and control of nano-systems for the benefit of many industry verticals. Internet of Nanoscale Things (IoNT) networks represents nanotechnology embedded with physical things, leveraging IoT to form an interconnected system.

 Abstract

The methodology proposed to maintain the efficiency of a solar panel by integrating with air cooling system. DC (direct current) fan axial flow of 30 w is connected with the copper tube for better heat transfer, Water act as refrigerant and heat transfer fluid to allow cold ambient air flow from a fan and cool back side of the solar panel; in order to maintain its efficiency. Increase in temperature beyond 400C reduces the efficiency of solar panel reason behind is resistance provided by material along with electrical conductivity. By the set up of accessories is drawn, pump 1w DC type, plastic container act as a reservoir for water, analysis of power output, current and voltage before and after implementation of solar PV(photovoltaic) panel cooling system is done.

 Abstract

Abstract : Education is the key factor for women empowerment, prosperity, development and welfare. Discrimination of women from womb to tomb is well known. There is continued inequality and vulnerability of women in all sectors and women oppressed in all spheres of life, they need to be empowered in all walk of life. In order to fight against the socially constructed gender biases, women have to swim against the system that requires more strength. Such strength comes from the process of empowerment and empowerment will come from the education. And rural development will come from women empowerment. This paper aim to create the awareness among the women?s about different empowerment and identifying the impact of education in women overall empowerment in Karnataka. Conclusion of the study shows that educational qualification play significant role in women empowerment and it concludes that if women's empowerment is to be effected, it can be carried out only through the medium of education. Hence, it is of foremost importance to raise the level of education amongst women
