Sexual harassment is more than a social issue, as it impacts on worker productivity, employee communication and organizational morale. These are direct costs to industry, combined with indirect costs such as worker discontent, absenteeism and stress. It includes requests for sexual favors, sexual advances or other sexual conduct when submission is either explicitly or implicitly a condition affecting academic or employment decisions, the behavior is sufficiently severe or pervasive as to create an intimidating hostile or repugnant environment or the behavior persists despite objection by the person to whom the conduct is directed. Due to the inherent characteristics, service organizations are a prime breeding ground for such harassment. This study reviews and analyzed full-length articles published in refereed academic journals related to issues and challenges of sexual harassment in different industries. At the end of the database search and the reading of the articles, a total of 19 published studies were determined to be relevant and were included in the analysis. Paper also proposed a theoretical model on the basis of literature review which lay the foundation for further research in this area.

Concrete made with natural light weight aggregate originating from hard rock has a density within a narrow range (300kg/m3-1840kg/m3) because of their low specific gravity while that of normal concrete lies between (2200kg/m3-2600kg/m3).Lightweight concrete (LWC) has been used for more than 2,000 years (ACI 213R) (American Concrete Institute [ACI], 2003). Early notable LWC structures include the Port of Cosa, the Pantheon Dome, and the Coliseum. In modern times, structural LWC structures are widely used but to a much lesser extent than normal weight concrete. The essential characteristics of light weight aggregates are its high porosity, which results in a low apparent specific gravity. Some light weight aggregates occurs naturally; others are manufactured from natural materials or from industrial by-products.

Bond strength is one among the important property of hardened concrete. Bond between the reinforcement and concrete influences the behavior of structural concrete in many respects. The quality and quantity of ingredients used for making the concrete affect the bond strength of concrete. The addition of mineral admixtures like fly ash, silica fume, rice husk ash etc. into the cement by means of replacing the cement content is nowadays considering as an important matter for protecting the environment against any hazardous situations and also recycling the waste by-products into an effective manner. But, the addition of mineral admixtures affects the structural system of cement and also in concrete. It also leads to the variations in the properties of concrete both fresh and hardened state. With these in mind, the bond strength variations of ternary blended concrete were examined in this experimental investigation and compared with the normal strength concrete. The class F type Fly Ash (FA) was used for making the binary blended concrete. In addition to that Silica Fume (SF) and Rice Husk Ash were (RHA) considered for developing the ternary blended concrete.

Abstract: The Criminal Tribes Act had its origin in the report of the Indian Police Commission of 1902 - 1903. The Commission laid down the principle that it should be the aim of every police station to obtain knowledge and too have secret supervision over all the persons addicted to crime. Muthuramalinga Thevar, a political leader and a powerful orator, attacked vehemently the Criminal Tribes Act and asked the people to defy the Black law. This was one of the political activities which gained him fame and name.

Abstract: Growth of mobile phone technologies has created a new range of piece of equipment, a programmable mobile phone, the smart phone. Normally, smart phone users can program some application which is personalized for needs. Smart Phones have turned into very popular among youths, especially students and young Professionals these days. A Smartphone is not just a mobile phone; it is more than a mobile phone. The objective of this study is to investigate Post Purchase Behaviour Decision towards Smart Phone users. Quantitative data (Primary) was collected by means of a survey in which samples of 300 Smartphone (IOS, Android, Windows, and Blackberry) users were taken by using convenient sampling technique. Moreover, eight important factors were selected and analyzed through the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was applied.

Theoretical conceptual of this study that the energy gap for germanium below elevated pressure and dissimilar temperatures is evaluated by means of two approaches. The electronic carry coefficients, transmittance and the current-voltage uniqueness were measured the length of the three principle axis via the Wannier WanT Distribution put together. Plane-wave pseudo potential (DFT), as incorporated in the (PWSCF) set of laws of the Quantum Espresso distribution have been utilized to evaluate the electronic properties of abundant stress-free Ge structure. The generalized gradient approximation Perdew Burke-Ernezerhof (PBE) pseudopotential. Another, by using different equation of state to evaluate the variation of lattice constant with pressure, and then evaluate the variation of (Eg) with pressure.

AJAX stands for Asynchronous JavaScript and XML. AJAX is a new technique for creating better, faster, and more interactive web applications with the help of XML, HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Ajax uses XHTML for content, CSS for presentation, along with Document Object Model and JavaScript for dynamic content display. Conventional web applications transmit information to and from the sever using synchronous requests. It means you fill out a form, hit submit, and get directed to a new page with new information from the server. With AJAX, when you hit submit, JavaScript will make a request to the server, interpret the results, and update the current screen. In the purest sense, the user would never know that anything was even transmitted to the server. XML is commonly used as the format for receiving server data, although any format, including plain text, can be used. AJAX is a web browser technology independent of web server software. A user can continue to use the application while the client program requests information from the server in the background. Intuitive and natural user interaction. Clicking is not required, mouse movement is a sufficient event trigger. Data-driven as opposed to page-driven

Now a days predicting the motion has become important in our daily lives. Most of the traffic monitoring systems have been using the motion equipment for the estimation of motion of the particular vehicle. Motion Estimation and vehicles segmentation is an interesting solution for the efficient traffic monitoring system. Segmentation of moving vehicles in a scene is very much seen in applications such as robotics, video coding techniques, video surveillance, video indexing. One of the key elements of a traffic monitoring system is the motion analysis component, which segments vehicles from the scene and estimates the motion on the image plane. The objective of the paper is to find the methods that can be used efficiently to extract vehicles from the background in captured video frame and to apply the techniques of motion estimation and segmentation. We have applied Lucas Kanade algorithm to a reference frame and determined the motion vectors of the vehicles. We then extended this by applying segmentation to the reference frame to segment the vehicles from the background and then applied Lucas Kanade algorithm. Lukas Kanade algorithm is selected due to its efficiency in video coding standards and its simplicity for software implementations. This processed information will provide a brief information about the vehicle count, vehicle motion and turning rates at the cross road junction and also in video coding techniques.
