The study is aimed to understand whether the charting patterns (Japanese candlesticks and classical price patterns) work for the charts of smallcap and midcap companies. Also, whether charting patterns can be relied upon as a tool for technical analysis or not. The study takes into account various charting patterns (both, Japanese candlestick patterns and classical price patterns) and sees if they work for these companies as well. Systematic sampling was chosen and companies were categorised on the basis of their market capitalization. Three companies from both, midcap and smallcap categories were considered as the sample of the study. Upon analysis, it was found that the 16 patterns (11 Japanese candlestick patterns and 5 classical price patterns) existed in the sample considered for the purpose of study and those patterns had a success rate of 75% and the number of patterns so found were more in the smallcap companies than the midcap companies. Japanese Candlesticks had a success rate of 72%, whereas the classical price patterns had a success rate of 80%. If the patterns are observed correctly and a person enters (and exits) into trades timely, then he/she can reward himself tremendously with just little work and practice.

The commonest offences were those against the person, against property and those involving disputes regarding the possession of land with cases of smuggling and forgery. There are, both criminal and civil, crimes were happened. But there were any distinction in early days regarding the criminal and civil offences. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the order of the day; there is no dimension of life (including organizational ecosystems) that has not been permeated by AI. While AI is making its mark in almost every role in an organization, it must critically examine its effect on the function of Human Resource (HR), especially as this is the most 'human' of all verticals in an organization. Undoubtedly, the method of discovering, recruiting, engaging, maintaining and cultivating talent is the cornerstone of organizations' good economic health. In processes such as talent screening, recruiting, engaging, re-engaging, employee relationships, on-boarding, etc., which used to consume many working hours in the past, AI-based systems currently allow HR automate a wide segment of routine activities, allowing the HR department to be more effective and focus on building compliant and regulatory policies. Talent Acquisition is one of the influential fields within the HR feature that affects AI, for which AI has been nothing short of a game changer - Talent Acquisition is at the height of the organizations' talent management lifecycle. This paper investigates the cascading effect of Artificially Intelligent Systems on organizational talent acquisition processes. It provides a deeper understanding of current AI frameworks and their ability to automate repetitive TA procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation. The paper documents the current, also extrapolating the future of Talent Development in AI assisted professional settings, through many case studies of existing AI programs in TA from around the world.

Green audit is a mechanism for the measurement of parameters related to environmental conditions of an area. It consists of flora, fauna, air, soil, water, energy and carbon footprint audit. It helps an institution for evaluating its environmental performance index. If any parameter does not lie within the permissible limits then this audit helps to improve sustainable development practices. It is the duty of an organisation that an environmental policy should be adopted and on the basis of that policy an institution should follow an action plan. According to NAAC quality audits on environment and energy are be regularly undertaken by an institution of higher learning. Action plans should be strictly followed by that institution because green audit is not only a NAAC exercise but it is a way of expressing our gratitude towards mother earth. Conservation and preservation of environment should be our first priority because survival of mankind remains in the root of ecological conditions prevailing on earth.

The article comprehensively reviews some significant trends in the use of phase change materials in textile applications. Efforts have been directed to determine which of the existing PCM families are more suitable for textile thermoregulation while proposing new solutions. Indeed, many of these materials are either limited by their overall enthalpy of phase change or by their thermal window.Clothing that responds to the environmental changes and adapts accordingly to make the wearer comfort this to be a long time challenge to the Textile engineers. Integrating various material sciences with that of textiles have yielded many tailor made intelligent textile structures. The application of phase change materials into the thermal comfort regulation of textile clothing has been considered. Phase change materials (PCMs) are widely being used in thermal energy storage systems for solar engineering, building materials, heat pumps, spacecraft, and in textile field especially smart and technical textiles.

Tourism is one of the largest businesses in the world. It contributes a major share of foreign exchange earnings to every country. Throughout the world, tourism has emerged as a major sociological and economical factor. The turnover figures are indeed tremendous. Objectives of the study to analyze problems faced by tourists in Kodaikanal. Methodology Data were collected from both primary and secondary sources. The primary data were collected through interview schedule. Journals, newspapers, magazine and e-articles form the secondary source. Data collected from the tourists in Kodaikanal using convenient sampling techniques used. The sample size composed from 100 tourists visiting in Kodaikanal. Stastical tools such as simple percentage, fried man rank test have been used to analyze the primary data. Findings of the study, The tourists have given first rank to parking facilities which has a mean value 6.90, second rank to lack of communication lines at the hills which has a mean value of 6.76 and lack of accommodation and restaurant, no life saving security at the lake, remote location, lack of rest room & sanitation facility and lack of medical facilities problems showing mean ranks of 5.38, 5.38. 5.22. 4.95. 4.50 and 4.20 respectively. Suggested this study, Creation of more hotels and accommodation and improve basic amenities such as roads, electricity, water, transport and communication services as there will bring more tourists come to the destination. Conclude this study. Youngsters visit Kodaikanal more than the children and aged people. The tourists are able to visit Kodaikanal independently without the help of travel arrangements or tour operators.
