Maize crop is grown in most of the states in India as it can be cultivated in various geographical locations. Maize is cultivated for various purposes including grain, fodder, sweet corn, etc. The secondary data on area and production of maize crop along with the weather parameters of Karnataka was collected for the period of 30 years from 1991 to 2020. In this study an attempt has been made to elicit the trend in area and production of maize along with the forecasting of production of the above crop. Further an attempt has been made to know the impact of area and weather parameters on the production of maize crop. Trend analysis was performed by fitting different models such as linear, quadratic, cubic, exponential models and Generalized additive model (GAM). Based on the maximum R2 value best fitted model was selected. Exponential and GAM was best fitted for production (49.3%) and area (95.1%) of maize crop respectively. Production of maize crop was forecasted for the period of 5 years from 2021 to 2025 using Exponential model.

Nanoparticles are frequently used in a variety of scientific and engineering disciplines worldwide. By using particle size, nanoparticles are used to quickly deliver a material to a particular place. The fabricated silver nanoparticles were verified by UV spectroscopy, DLS, FTIR, and SEM studies. The characterizations confirmed that the fabricated material was nanoparticles, and two bacteria species, S. aureus and E. coli, were used in the tests to determine silver nanoparticles antibacterial potency. The establishment of anti-bacterial zones demonstrates the ability of the produced nanoparticles to stop the growth of E. coli and S. aureus. This study concludes that the silver nanoparticles have the ability to inhibit the growth of microorganisms like E. coli and S. aureus.

In this Modern era, the world is moving at a very fast pace, and the people are looking for the factors or alternatives which can make them achieve financial wellbeing which ultimately will lead to overall personal wellbeing. So my research is to know about the factors which impact, influence and are responsible for achievement of financial as well as personal wellbeing, so it took the variables which are influencing the financial behavior and pattern of the people, for this we need some of the factors which help to prove financial wellbeing of people. So, we find nine factors from this we made a questionnaire, and we collected the responses from the people who are our respondents. This output helps us to find the dependent variable and try to prove the financial and personal wellbeing. Based on the dependent variable, we made a model to prove the financial and personal wellbeing, and this can help us to create the financial decision and planning for the people.

The Indian education sector is undergoing a sea change in the recent past. The focus is shifted from the public sector to the private sector providers in higher education. Purpose- The objective of this paper is to provide the detailed knowledge based on the empirical studies on Integrated Marketing Communications. This paper aims firstly, to cover the evolution of IMC including the definitions of IMC. Secondly, to identify the barriers while implementing the IMC by the organizations and advertising agencies over the three decades. Methodology - This paper is based on a review of literature, by taking the articles from different databases (EBSCO, Scopus,) over the last decades (1991-2020). Findings- The study has found that over the three decades (1991-2020) It has been observed that the IMC has been defined differently by diverse authors in the past three decades wherein, Don.E Schultz; Seric and Gill & Lucia Porcu have contributed significantly while defining the definitions in three phases respectively. The study has categories barriers into four groups namely- conceptual issues, turf wars, organizational culture and stiff organizational structure. Research limitations- This research is limited to secondary data and few papers. Future studies should review a greater number of studies to get represent able results. Originality: This paper has a novel contribution by filling the existing gap. Firstly, this paper covers definitions evolved over the time 1991 to 2020, as existing studies have neglected the evolving definitions of IMC from 2008 onwards. Moreover, the study helps to identify the obstacles faced by the agencies and organization while IMC implementation.

This article investigates the link between Over the Top (OTT) and customer attitudes and perceptions of OTT platforms, as well as subscription intention. To research if different characteristics such as gender, Education, Age impacts Intention to utilise the OTT platform. The information was gathered from original sources. It was discovered that high-priced hotels frequently utilise customisation, but various sectors typically put value on the purpose to use an OTT platform with clients. This study aims to determine whether consumer participation in the industry's intention to utilise an OTT platform corresponds to worldwide experience. The writers concentrated on OTT, customer interaction, knowledge, and long-term usage. The findings have significant implications for future OTT research. According to the data, consumers are becoming increasingly active with OTT platforms that define who they are. As a result, marketers looking to engage consumers with OTT campaigns should establish a culture of intent to utilise the OTT platform, which can be reinforced through discourse and ongoing customer engagement in value chain activities.
